Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to analyze the impact of network trace and tracking, logistics service quality, and complaint handling on customer satisfaction of the Malang branch of JNE service users. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The samples used in this study refer to Ferdinand's purposeful sampling technique, that is, the researcher subjectively selects the purposeful sample, and there are 75 respondents in total. The results of this study also show the significant impact of Web tracking and tracking variables, logistics service quality, and JNE service user Malang branch on customer satisfaction complaint handling.Part of the test results show that Web tracking variables and tracking variables have a significant impact on the customer satisfaction of JNE service users Malang branch and complaint handling has a significant impact on the customer satisfaction of JNE service users Malang branch, while the variable service part of logistics quality does not Affect customer satisfaction JNE service user Malang branch.  Keywords: Website Tracking and Tracking, Logistics Service Quality, Complaint Handling, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and return on asset on the value of the company in food & beverage companies listed on the IDX in 2017 to 2019 using a quantitative approach method.. The population used is food & beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017 to 2019 totaling 20 companies. While the sample used in this study used purposive sampling so that based on predetermined criteria, 10 companies were selected as research samples. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. Through this study it can be concluded that managerial ownership ,institutional ownership and return on asset have a significant effect on the value of the company..Keywords: Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Return On Asset, and the value of the Company

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to test the influence of service quality, price and lifestyle on airfare purchasing decisions through Traveloka case study on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business of the Islamic University of Malang Year 2018. This study used the Malhotra formula to determine the number of samples so that 85 samples were obtained. Sampling techniques using accidental sampling methods obtained samples as many as 85 respondents. The data collection method in this study used questionnaires, data analysis techniques in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the quality of service, price and lifestyle simultaneously influenced the decision to purchase air tickets through Traveloka in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business of the Islamic University of Malang in 2018. In this study also showed that partially the quality of service, price and lifestyle influences the decision to buy air tickets through Traveloka on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business of the Islamic University of Malang in 2018. Keywords: quality of service, price, lifestyle, purchasing decision.

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted in Malang City. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of endorsements and Instagram on buying interest. The independent variables used are endorsement and instagram, while the dependent variable is buying interest. The sample used in this study were 80 respondents who were consumers of Make Over products. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is the instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, determination test, f test and t test using SPSS 16.0 computer software for data processing. The results of this study indicate that endorsement has an effect on buying interest, and Instagram has an effect on buying interest. Endorsements and Instagram simultaneously affect buying interest. Keywords: Endorsement, Instagram and Buying Interest

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of product quality, brand image and promotion on iPhone buying interest. This research uses a study on student consumers in the city of Malang, the data obtained by distributing questionnaires to students of Brawijaya University, Islamic University of Malang and Muhammadiyah University of Malang selected by purposive sampling. Determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula and the results obtained were 75 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is the research instrument test (validity test, reliability test), normality test, classical assumption test (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test (F test, t test) and coefficient test determination of data processing using SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that product quality, brand image and promotion simultaneously affect buying interest in iphone. Partially, product quality has a significant effect on buying interest in iPhone, while brand image and promotion partially have no significant effect on buying interest in iPhone. Keywords: Product Quality, Brand Image, and Promotion.

Abstract

ABSTRACTION The study was conducted at KUD Pakis Malang, East Java. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of competence, work environment and compensation for employee performance partially or simultaneously. The variables used are competence, work environment and compensation as independent variables, employee performance as the dependent variable. The samples used were 42 KUD Pakis Malang poor employees. Data collection method used is questionnaire (questionnaire). The analysis used includes instrument testing, classical assumption test, normality test, linear regression multiple regression and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 16.0 for Windows software.The results showed that the competence had a significant effect on the performance of Pakis Malang KUD employees in East Java, the work environment had a significant effect on the performance of Pakistani KUD employees in East Java, the compensation had a significant effect on the performance of Pakistani KUD employees in East Java. So it can be concluded that competence, work environment and compensation partially or simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of Pakistani KUD employees in East Java.Keywords: Competence, Work Environment, Compensation, and Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT               The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of dividend policy, debt policy, and company size on the value of the company in various industrial manufacturing companies. The independent variables in this study are dividend policy, debt policy, and firm size, while the dependent variable in this study is firm value. The type of research used is empirical research with the data used, namely secondary data obtained by searching and collecting annual report data obtained from the website www.idx.com. The population in this study is the various industrial sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2015-2017 with a total of 43 companies. The sample selection technique in this study was using purposive sampling, so that a sample of 16 companies was obtained. To solve the problem in this study, using the research method of multiple regression analysis. The results of data analysis show that: There is a positive influence on the dividend policy variable on firm value while the debt policy and company size have a negative effect on Company Value in various industrial sector manufacturing companies. Keywords: Dividend Policy, Debt Policy, and Company Size Against Company Values

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims 1) to find out how much influence Reward and Punishment simultaneously to employee work motivation, 2) To determine the effect of reward and partial variable of punishment on employee work motivation. The population in this study is the total employee Goldia Camilan Malang, which amounts to 60 employees. The analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on ststistic test F showed that both variables have influence because it has significance value less than 5% real level. The result of t test shows the significant influence of both variables on employee motivation Goldia Camilan Malang, both have t value> of t table. R square results obtained results of 0.654 means there is a strong relationship between reward and punishment on employee motivation Goldia Camilan Malang. R square of 0.654 which means that reward and punishment in explaining the fluctuation of employee's work motivation variable is 65.4%, while the rest of 34.6% is influenced by factors other than reward and punishmentKeywords: Reward, Punishment, Work Motivation

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis objectives of this research are: 1) To understand and analyze the influence of the Good Corporate Governance (GCG) towards the dividend policy in the manufacturing of the consumption goods sector. 2) To understand and analyze the influence of the Leverage (DER) towards dividend policy in the manufacturing of the consumption goods sector. 3) To understand and analyze the influence of the Return On Asset (ROA) towards dividend policy in the manufacturing of the consumption goods sector. The method used on this research is explanation. The data used are secondary data, obtained by documentation technique, which obtained by finding and collecting annual report data gained from websites. The object of this research are consumption goods manufacturing companies which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2018 periode, in the total 29 companies. The sampling selection used purposive sampling techniques, that in the end we got 15 companies.To solve the problem in this study, using the normality test, the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing. The results of the data analysis show that: There is a significant positive effect on Leverage, Return On Assets on dividend policy in the Manufacturing companies in the goods and consumption sector while Good Corporate Governance has a significant negative effect on dividend policies in the goods and consumption sectors listed on the IDX.Key words: Good Corporate Governance, Leverage, Return On Asset, Dividend Policy.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted at the Human Resources Development and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) of Malang City. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of the work environment, work discipline and supervision on the performance of employees of the Human Resources and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) Malang.The variables used are the work environment, work discipline and supervision as independent variables, while the employee performance variable is the dependent variable.The sampl used in this study was 44 employees, using quantitative methods. Data collection methods by collecting primary and secondary data. The anlysus used includes instrument testing, classic assumption tests, normality tests, multiple linear regession, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination test using multiple regression analysis using SPSS 26 for Windows software.The results showed that the variables of work environment, work discipline and supervision had a simultaneous or partial effect on employee performance.Keywords: Work environment, work discipline, supervision, performance.
