Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality, Service Quality, and customer trust on customer loyalty Ijo ireng coffee 99 Malang, the sample of this study is consumers of Ijo ireng coffee 99 Malang. For data collection using a questionnaire to consumers in Ijo ireng coffee Malang, to analyze data using validity, reliability, normality, multiple linear analyze test F and statistical tests t, coefficient determination test in IBM Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 16.0 version..From the results of calculations with SPSS that are quality product, quality service and trust customers variables simultaneously and significantly affect customer loyalty. While partially the product quality variable has no effect on customer loyalty. Whereas the variable service quality and customer trust partially have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Keywords: product quality, service quality, customer trust and customer loyalty.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of system quality, information quality, and service quality of UNISMA's academic information system (SISFO) on student satisfaction either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study amounted to 875 students (at FEB Malang Islamic University Students, Class of 2016) and the sample in this study was calculated using the Slovin formula with a total of 90 respondents. Collecting data through distributing questionnaires online using google form. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that the quality of the system, the quality of information and the quality of service simultaneously have a significant positive effect on student satisfaction while the partial quality of the system and the quality of information are not significant on student satisfaction, while the quality of service has a significant positive effect on student satisfaction.Keywords: system quality, information quality, service quality, student satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted at PT. Phalosari Unggul Jaya Jombang. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of allowances and bonuses on employee job loyality at PT. Phalosari Unggul Jaya Jombang. The variables used are allowances and bonuses as independent variables, while the employee job loyality variable is the dependent variable. The sample used in this study were 69 employees of PT. Phalosari Unggul Jaya Jombang. The sampling technique uses probability sampling. Data collection methods by collecting primary and secondary data. The analysis used includes instrument test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS 25.0. The results showed that the variables of giving allowances and bonuses, and employee job loyality had an effect simultaneously. the variable giving allowances has a partial effect on employee job loyality, the bonus variable has a partial effect on employee job loyalityKeywords : Allowances, Bonuses and Employee Loyality

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the impact of Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership, ROA and Company Size on CSR disclosure in Property & Real Estate manufacturing sub-sector companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2019. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. The population of this study is the property & real estate manufacturing sub-sector companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2019, which are 65 companies. In this study, the sample selection used purposive sampling technique, in order to obtain 14 companies that matched the criteria in the property & real estate manufacturing sub-sector companies. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously institutional ownership, managerial ownership, return on assets (ROA) and firm size have no effect on CSR disclosure. Partially shows that (1) Institutional Ownership has a positive and insignificant effect on CSR disclosure, (2) Managerial Ownership has a negative and insignificant effect on CSR disclosure, (3) Return on Assets (ROA) has a negative and insignificant effect on CSR disclosure, (4) Firm size has a positive and insignificant effect on CSR disclosure. Keywords: Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership, Return On Assets (ROA), Company Size, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

Abstract

Abstract The study aims to find out and analyze the effects of the influence of the headmaster's transformational leadership, the discipline of work, and the teacher's work motivation on teacher satisfaction (case studies at the Insan Permata Lowokwaru Integrated Islamic Elementary School). The population in this study is all teachers at the Insan Permata Lowokwaru Integrated Islamic Elementary School. The method of collecting data in this study uses a questionnaire with a total of 58 sample respondents. The independent variable in this study is the the effects of transformational leadership, job discipline, and work motivation and contained variables of job satisfaction. The analytical method used in this study is linear regression analysis used by SPSS 22. The results of this study simultaneously indicate that the influence of the headmaster's transformational leadership, job discipline, and teacher's work motivation have both a positive and significant impact on the teacher's job satisfaction. Partially, too, the headmaster's transformational leadership, the teacher's discipline, and work motivation make a significant difference to the teacher's job satisfaction. Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Work Discipline, Work Motivation, And Work Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract The emergence of modernity has made the fashion sector, experience rapid development, as well as the business competition that is getting tougher every day. Therefore, companies must be able to compete and find ways to win market share for their products. One brand that offers up-to-date fashion trends is the Erigo. Erigo is the most brand in demand and sought after by the public during COVID-19, it has several types of products, such as sweaters, etc. The purpose of the research with this type of explanatory research and quantitative approach is to find out and analyze the effect of brand image, brand love, brand equity, and price on purchasing decisions for Erigo brand sweater products. The Malhotra formula was used to sampling technique for students from the FEB UNISMA, yielding a sample of 100 respondents. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS analysis tool. This study shows that brand image, brand love, brand equity, and price have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions in the test carried out with the partial test, two independent variables have a negative and insignificant effect on the dependent variable, both of which are the brand image and brand love variables. Keywords: Fashion; Brand Image; Brand Love; Brand Equity; Price; Purchasing Decision

Abstract

ABTRACKThe aims of recent study are to portray the workload, work stress, organizational climate, and employee performance of CV Kampoeng Sejahtera in Malang and to investigate whether workload, work stress, and organizational climate simultaneously and partially have effect on employee performance of CV Kampoeng Sejahtera or not. This study involved 98 out of 130 employees as the sample. The sampling technique was proportional random sampling, in which takes consider on elements or categories in the population to be chosen as a sample. The instrument being used was questionnaire and document analysis. Then, the data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. The result revealed that (1) workload, work stress, and organizational climate had simultaneous effect to employee performance, (2) workload positively and significantly effected to employee performance, (3) work stress positively and significantly influenced on employee performance, as well as (4) organizational climate had positive and significant effect to employee performance. Keywords: workload, work stress, organizational climate, employee performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of price, promotion, location, product completeness and service quality on consumer satisfaction of UNISMA students who shop in Indomaret either partially or simultaneously. The population and sample in this study were 85 people. Data collection through questionnaires. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 14 with data testing techniques used in this study include multiple linear regression test, and testing of research hypotheses. The results of the analysis show that location does not significantly influence customer satisfaction, price, promotion, product humidity and service quality significantly influence customer satisfaction. Simultaneously shows that price, promotion, location, product completeness and service quality influence consumer satisfaction of UNISMA students who shop at Indomaret.Keywords: Price, Promotion, Location, Product Completeness and Service Quality Towards Consumer Satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRACT               The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, innovation capabilities and corporate image on consumer loyalty through satisfaction as an intervening variable.The population of this study consisted of 605 consumers of breadfruit indomaret. The sample used was 82 samples that met the criteria in the research subject. The analytical method used is the normality test, path analysis test, t test and sobel test.The results showed that there was an effect of Service Quality, Innovation Capability, and Company Image on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction at Indomaret Sukun. Keywords: Service Quality, Innovation Capability, Corporate Image, Customer Loyalty and Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

AbstractIn recent months the world has been in shock with the deadly corona virus or Covid-19. This has caused a number of aspects of people's lives to be affected because of this corona virus and has made teachers have to be able to adapt to the new work system.  This study aims to determine the effect of Work From Home and Work Environment on Work Productivity at SMPN 12 Malang City Teachers. The population in this study amounted to 40 employees with a saturated sampling technique, where all members of the population were sampled.  Using multiple linear regression analysis, and the results of the study show that Work From Home and Work Environment have a simultaneous influence on Teacher Work Productivity at SMPN 12 Malang Work From Home has no partial effect on teacher work productivity at SMPN 12 Malang and the Work Environment has a partial effect on  Teacher work productivity at SMPN 12 Malang
