Abstract

ABSTRACT            This study aims to find out and analyze the online promotion of repurchase intention with consumer perception as a mediation for FEB Student Traveloka users in Malang Islamic University. The sample in this study were FEB students at the Islamic University of Malang in the 2015-2016 academic year who had used Traveloka with 85 people who had used Traveloka. In this study the technique used was purposive sampling technique or by using criteria. The data source used in this study is primary research with data collection conducted by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis method used in this study used validity, reliability tests, normality tests, path analysis, t test and sobel test.            The results of this study indicate that : 1) online promotion has a direct influence on consumer perception 2) online promotion has a direct influence on repurchase intention 3) consumer perception has a direct influence on repurchase intention and 4) consumer perception is able to be a good mediation between online promotion and repurchase intention.Keywords: Online Promotion, Repurchase Intention and Consumer Perception

Abstract

AbstractThe objectives of this research are: 1) to find out the description of Employee Occupational Safety and Health from employee productivity, 2) to analyze the simultaneous effect of occupational safety and health on employee productivity, 3) to analyze the effect of work safety on employee productivity, 4) to analyze the effect of occupational health on employee productivity.The sample of this study amounted to 72 respondents from 250 employees of PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras Gresik, sampling using proportional random sampling technique, while the data collection method in this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this research is statistical descriptive and multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that 1) occupational safety and occupational health simultaneously have a significant effect on employee productivity at PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras Gresik, 2) work safety has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras Gresik, 3) occupational health has a positive and significant effect. on the productivity of PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras Gresik employees. Keywords: Safety, Health, Productivity

Abstract

ABSTRACTBased on research conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of Organizational Commitment and Work Environment Organizational Commitments on Employee Performance in Malang Municipal Water Supply Company.  The population in this study were 325 employees of PDAM Malang City.  The sampling technique used is proportional stratified random sampling in which the technique is to select samples based on class.  The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using the t test and f test.  From this study produced answers that have been previously processed that simultaneously the Organizational Commitment of Work Discipline and Work Environment influences Performance, Organizational Commitment influences Performance, Work Discipline influences Performance, and Work Environment influences Performance.Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Work Discipline, Work Environment, Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe aim of this study was to know the influence on training of work, incentive and discipline of work toward the emp loyee performance of PT FIFGROUP Batu. The subject of the study was from the employee of PT FIFGROUP Batu that consists of 47 respondents. The method of collecting data in this study used census method, also statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis are used in this study.            Based on the result of multiple linear regression analysis can be known that training of work was significant effect on the employee performance of PT FIFGROUP Batu, incentive insignificant effect on the employee performance of PT FIFGROUP Batu. Discipline of work was significant effect on the employee performance of PT FIFGROUP Batu. Keywords : Training of work, incentive, disclipline of work and the employee performance.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine and analyze the variables that affect employee work productivity, consisting of motivation, discipline, and morale during the Covid-19 pandemic at KPP Pratama Sidoarjo Utara. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population in this study were 144 employees of KPP Pratama Sidoarjo Utara. The sample in this study amounted to 59 employees who were taken by simple random sampling technique. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire measured by a Likert scale and interviews with one of the employees. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis.From the research results it is explained that motivation, discipline, and morale have a simultaneous effect on work productivity with a smaller significance level. It can be seen that work productivity is significantly influenced jointly by discipline, motivation and morale. But partially, motivation has no effect on work productivity because motivation is also influenced by work environment factors and is not only influenced by yourself, this shows that the higher the level of employee motivation does not affect to increase employee work productivity while discipline and morale have an effect on productivity. work. Key words: Motivation, Discipline, Morale, and Work Productivity.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of Commitment, Communication, Morale and Work Discipline on the Performance of the Executive Board of Unisma Students for the 2020-2021 period. The type of research used is quantitative research with the method of distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study was 80 administrators and data processing using the SPSS computer program. This study has met the requirements of validity and reliability. The data analysis used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination analysis. Against Performance. The results of this study conclude that the Commitment Variables, Communication, Work Spirit, have a partial effect on Performance, and Work Discipline had a partial effect on the Performance of the Student Executive Board of the Islamic University of Malang for the 2020-2021 Period. Keywords: Performance, Commitment, Communication, Morale And Work Discipline.

Abstract

ABSTRACKT This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of direct marketing, sales promotion, and price perception both simultaneously and partially on consumer buying interest in the Indosat Ooredoo internet data package. The method used in sampling is non-probability sampling, which is a purposive sampling technique in which the sample determination technique takes into consideration certain criteria. The analytical technique used is quantitative descriptive using a Likert scale, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and also through f test and t test using the SPSS program.Based on the results of data analysis simultaneously shows that direct marketing, sales promotion and price perception have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest in the Indosat Ooredoo internet data package. While partially it shows that direct marketing and sales promotion have a significant influence on buying interest. While the perception of price has no significant effect on consumer buying interest in the Indosat Ooredoo internet data package Keywords: Direct marketing, sales promotion, price perception and buying interest.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio onFinancial Performance Banking on the Banking Industry Go Public in BEI. To know the effect ofNon Performing Loan on Financial Performance of Banking on Banking Industry Go Public inBEI. To know the influence of Loan to Deposit Ratio on Financial Performance of Banking inBanking Industry Go Public in BEI. To know the effect of SBI Interest Rate on FinancialPerformance of Banking on Banking Industry Go Public in BEI.The type of research used is explanatory. The sample in this study selected as many as 3state banks PT.Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, PT.Bank National Indonesia Tbk, and PT.BankMandiri Tbk. Of the three banks meet all the criteria required by researchers. The 3 year studyperiod from 2014-2016 is taken quarterly. So the sample used is 36 samples with purposivesampling method. Data analysis in this research use multiple linear regression analysis.The result of the research shows that the ratio of Capital Adequacy Ratio has nosignificant positive effect to Financial Performance. Non Performing Loan Ratio has nosignificant positive effect on Financial Performance. Loan To Deposit Ratio ratio has nosignificant negative effect to Financial Performance. The SBI Interest Rate Ratio has aninsignificant negative effect on Financial Performance.Keywords: Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non Performing Loan, Loan To Deposit Ratio, SBI InterestRate and Financial Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Target of this research is to know influence cultural, social, psychological and personal by parsial to purchasing of noodles product of instan Noodles Mie Sedaap brand at student of university of Islamic Malang. To know influence cultural, social, psychological and personal by simultan to purchasing of noodles product of instan Noodles Mie Sedaap brand at student of university of Islamic Malang.Type this research is explanatory research. This research done at student Faculty Of Economics University of Islamic Malang school year 2013-2016 which consuming noodles of Sedaap amount to 1777 student while research sampel amount to 95 student with sampling technique of purposive sampling. Result of research indicate that variable cultural, social, personal, psychological have an effect by simultan to decision of purchasing of noodles instan Mie Sedaap brand. Abstract

ABSTRACT               This research aimed to describe the results of the business feasibility analysis creative economic products in financial feasibility aspect. This product is a products on the distribution of Powernoise Merch. The case study of this study is the Powernoise Merch distro business in Malang district. The results showed that Break Even Point Rp. 43.044.011 or 478 onpieces, Payback Period 2,11 years, Net Present Value Rp. 196.663.587, Profitability Index 2,8 , Average Rate of Return 49 % and Internal Rate of Return 36%. Based on finansial feasibility, Powernoise Merch is feasible to be developed. Keywords:Business Feasibility Analysis, Creative Economic Products, Financial Feasibility.
