Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Return On Equity (ROE), Return On Assets (ROA), and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). By using the population of all property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019, there were 62 companies listed as the population. Then a sample of 27 companies was taken using a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of companies listed on the IDX, having financial statements related to variables during 2017-2019, as well as property companies using the rupiah currency.The results in this study indicate that there is a partial effect of Return On Equity (ROE) on Corpotare Social Responsibility (CSR) but the variables Return On Assets (ROA) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have no effect on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Keywords: Return On Equity (ROE), Return On Assets (ROA), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

Abstract

Abstract This observasion provides performance improvement models and strategies for employees working at Malang City Hall to increase Staff performance. This study is aim to identify and analyze how human resources quality, expertise of work, and commitment simultaneously affect to the staff performance at Malang City Headquarters. This survey uses a quantitative survey method. The survey used a sample of 41 respondents, all of whom are officials of the Government-General of Korea. This study used the multiple linear regression method is the analytical method used in and the hypothesis test using SPSS software. The research finding are as follows: (1) Staff quality, work expertise, and commitment also have a significant effect on staff performance. (2) The quality of personnel has a positive effect on staff performance, but it is not significant. (3) Work professionalism have a significant effect on staff performance. Abstract

Abstract This study examines the influence of Fashion Lifestyle, Consumer Attitudes, and Product Promotion on Three-Second Product Purchase Decisions. The researcher uses explanatory research with quantitative methods in this research. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, the Islamic University of Malang, class of 2019, who had purchased Three-Second products at least two times. Purposive sampling was employed in concert with nonprobability as the sampling strategy for this study. The Malhotra formula employed in this study was followed by a sample of 65 respondents using Google Forms. To analyze the data, the researcher used SPSS 25.0 to examine the influence of Fashion Lifestyle, Consumer Attitudes, and Product Promotion on Three Second Product Purchase Decisions. The results of the study show, Fashion Lifestyle has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, consumer attitudes have a significant positive impact on buying decisions, and product promotion has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. A case study of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang class of 2019, who had purchased Three Second products at least twice, found that 79.9% were influenced by variables other than those in the study, and consumer attitudes and product promotion influenced the rest. Keywords: Fashion Lifestyle, Consumer Attitudes, and Product Promotion

Abstract

 Abstract                This study analyzes the comparison of income tax payments of individual taxpayers before and after changes in income that are not taxable with research data for the year 2012-2018. This research was conducted in KPP Pratama Malang Selatan. The purpose of this study is (1) to analyze the comparison of tax revenues before and after the increase in non-taxable income (PTKP) (2) to analyze the comparison of the number of taxpayers before and after the increase in non-taxable income (PTKP). The research of this paper uses analytical techniques such as comparative analysis. The data needed in this study are the amount of tax revenue, the number of taxpayers, and the list of non-taxable income, for the past seven years. The analytical method used is Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 2.1. The analytical method used in this study includes descriptive statistics, normality tests, hypothesis testing.                The results of this study indicate that the amount of tax revenue is different but not significant before and after the change in income is not taxable. While the number of taxpayers shows that there are differences in the number of taxpayers before and after changes in income are not taxable. The existence of a difference in the form of an increase in the number of taxpayers before and after changes in non-taxable income (PTKP) can be due to an increase in income not taxable will result in a decrease in the level of tax revenue. Keywords: Tax revenue, taxpayer, non-taxable income (PTKP).

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Price to Book Value, Price Earning Ratio , and Return On Asset on stock return in the sector consumer goods industry manufacturing companies. The independent variable in this study is the Price to Book Value, Price Earning Ratio, and Return On Asset, while the dependent variable in this study is the stock return. The type of research that is used is empirical research with the data used, namely secondary data obtained by searching and collecting annual report data obtained from the website. The population in this study is the sector consumer goods industry manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2018 with a total of 21 companies. The sample selection technique in this study was using purposive sampling, so that a sample of 18 companies was obtained. Using normality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis test. The results of data analysis show : There is a positive influence on the Price to Book Value and Return On Asset, while the Price Earning Ratio have a negative effect on the stock return of the sector consumer goods industry manufacturing companies. Keywords: Price Book Value (PBV), Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Return On Asset (ROA), Stock Return.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of the research was do determines the effect ofEPS, DER and PER simultaneously or partially to stock returns on food andbeverage companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Research approach usedis a quantitive approach that works for test the hypothesis proposed in theresearch as wells as do answer the problem in the research.Samples taken as many as 8 food and beverage companies whichis listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange and has an active share during 2014-2016. To gaet required informatif is done data collection process throughdocumentation. For data collection methods that are done by making copiesby collecting records and records of existing companies. Research analysistool used is multiple linear analysis. Analysis results show That EPS, DER,and PER effect simultaneously on stok return. Abstract

AbstractThe era of globalization, companies are required to compete globally. Therefore, companies must compete to improve the company's performance in order to compete with the company in order to increase its existence. This is done solely to attract investors who will invest in the company. A company must provide financial information its company provides financial reports that are issued annually. Investment is an activity that involves funds in assets that are intended to get the expected return (return). One investment that is often found is stocks. Investors need to have benchmarks in order to know whether he will get a profit if investing or investing in a company. Therefore the usual method used in corporate valuation is the basis of company judgment because the basic consideration of explaining the strength and tendency of increasing the company's finances is the financial ratio. Through financial ratios the company can compare the development of a company from time to time to determine the trends that are happening. Second, we can compare the company's financial ratios with other companies that are still engaged in an industry that is relatively equal to a certain period. As a ratio commonly used in analyzing fundamentals are Liquidity, Leverage, Activity and Profitability Ratios. ABSTRACTThis research aims to find out and analyze the influence of leader profiles, leader commitments and the use of power on employee performance in Yasyasan Tarbiyah islam kab. Pasuruan.. In this study the data collection method used a questionnaire method (questionnaire). The type of data used in this study is primary data. The method of analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression. This study uses data from a questionnaire distributed to to employees of the Tarbiyah Islam Foundation Kab.Pasuruan and the sample is taken using non-probability sampling. AbstractIn the current digitalization era, various types of online shopping or marketplaces as well as support for providing delivery service facilities from internet-based transportation services, have changed people's behavior from shopping traditionally to shopping online. The popularity of online shopping in the community in recent years has driven the growth of the logistics sector in the country, marked by an increase in the use of delivery services.The purpose of this study was to describe consumer satisfaction, service quality, timeliness, and trustworthiness of J&T Express shopping services on the Marketplace, to determine and analyze the effect of service quality, timeliness, and trustworthiness of J&T Express services on consumer satisfaction shopping at the Marketplace, to find out and analyze the effect of service quality on J&T Express services on consumer satisfaction shopping at the Marketplace. to find out and analyze the effect of timeliness on J&T Express services on consumer satisfaction shopping at the Marketplace, to find out and analyze the effect of trust in J&T Express services on consumer satisfaction shopping at Marketplace.The results showed that service quality, timeliness, and trustworthiness of J&T Express services had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction shopping at Marketplace, service quality on J&T Express services had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction shopping at Marketplace, timeliness on J&T Express services had no significant effect on satisfaction. consumers shop at Marketplace, trust in J&T Express services has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction shopping at Marketplace. Regarding timeliness on the statement "J&T Express rarely experiences delays" gets the lowest score. Suggestions for companies are expected to pay more attention and improve on factors that can affect timeliness such as process priority, order data collection accuracy, order grouping, and lot size so that it will increase consumer satisfaction so that in the future consumers can use J&T Express services continuously. Likewise with service quality, the J&T Express company still maintains service quality because if the service quality is good, consumers will be more satisfied and increase. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine and analyze the effect of profitability, company size, debt policy partially on the value of manufacturing companies. The technique used in sampling is purposive sampling technique, the technique of determining sample is consideration of certain criteria. The analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis and also through t test using the SPSS program.Based on the results of the data analysis partially shows that profitability has a positive and not significant effect on firm value, firm size has no significant positive effect on firm value and debt policy has no significant positive effect on firm value. Based on the research results obtained to the company it is suggested that it can improve the performance of fiber companies financial performance so that the prospects of investors towards the company will be better. To investors, the authors suggest that they be more careful and selective in making decisions to invest. Keywords: Profitability, Company Size and Debt Policy and the Value of the Company.
