Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of social media promotion on purchasing decisions with viral marking as an intervening variable. The research population is Warung Siji House and Resto with a total of 700 consumers. The sample in this study were 88 respondents. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. Analysis of the data used in this study using validity, reliability, normality, path analysis, t test and sobel testhe results showed that social media promotion had no significant effect on purchasing decisions, social media promotion had a significantly positive effect on Viral marketing, Viral marketing had a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the implementation of the village fund policy on the effectiveness of the village budget in empowering the community's economy during the covid-19 pandemic. The data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative analysis with village head informants and village officials. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the village fund policy in the Tajinan village during the Covid-19 period went quite smoothly. And the effectiveness of the village fund budget in empowering the community's economy during the COVID-19 pandemic in Tajinan village is quite effective. The realization of the village budget in 2019 to 2020 has changed. Community empowerment funds in 2019 were used to improve health facilities and infrastructure in the Tajinan village. Community empowerment funds in 2020 were diverted for disaster management and emergency funds. In accordance with Ministerial Regulation No. 8 of 2020 regarding Covid-19 response villages and the confirmation of the Village Cash Intensive Work. Based on the calculation of the effectiveness ratio, it appears that the village fund budget allocated for the handling and prevention of COVID-19 has been effective. The community in Tajinan Village was given socialization about the COVID-19 pandemic. And the village has also created a new program, namely a resilient village so that the community remains stable and awake despite the COVID-19 pandemic.Keywords: village fund policy, village budget effectiveness, community economic empowerment, covid-19

Abstract

Abstract Transformational leadership is the ability of a leader to influence employees to achieve targeted goals to do extraordinary things. A leader must be able to influence his employees in certain ways to achieve the goals to be achieved from the company. Transformational leadership is the ability of superiors to work with others to optimally transform human resources within the company to achieve goals in accordance with predetermined achievements.Transformational leadership has a strong influence in running an organization. A leader must be able to create a sense of self-confidence with employees, as a leader must also be able to make the employees he leads have the determination to carry out the goals that have been determined by the company. Leaders should involve employees when making decisions, so that employees feel more valued and have self-esteem. Transformational leadership is a situation in which employees of a transformational leader feel trust, admiration, loyalty, and respect for the leader, and they are motivated to do more than expected. A leader must be able to transform and motivate employees by making them more aware of the importance of results or work, encouraging them to prioritize the company or team over self-interest, and activating their needs at a higher level. The leadership style applied by the leader will have an impact on employee job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is a positive emotional state that is the result of evaluating one's work experience. Job dissatisfaction arises when one's expectations are not met. (Danang Sunyoto 2015) Work discipline can be defined as an attitude of respect, respect, obedience, and obedience to the applicable regulations, both written and unwritten and being able to carry out them and not evading sanctions. Employee discipline is absolutely necessary so that all activities that are being carried out run according to the mechanism that has been determined by Rivai, (2009) Good job satisfaction must be supported by high employee discipline, especially seen from the level of employee attendance. According to Wijaya et al. (2012: 52), the average attendance rate is 2-3 percent, symptoms of poor employee work discipline. Basically the discipline factor is one of the important functions of human resource management and is the key to the realization of goals, because without discipline it is difficult to achieve maximum goals. Job satisfaction is an assessment, feeling or attitudea person or employee towards his work and relationships with the work environment, type of work, compensation, relationships between coworkers, social relations at work and so on. Job satisfaction is the fulfillment of several wants and needs through work or work activities. Each employee will have a measure of job satisfaction which varies from one employee to another. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe capital market is one investment alternative for investors.  Investors who are willing to invest in the stock market can invest in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). One index that is often ignored by investors when they invest in the Indonesia Stock Exchange is the Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI), because through the movement of the Composite Stock Price Index, investors can see whether the market conditions are excited or sluggish. Some things that need to be considered by investors in investing are the dollar exchange rate, dow jones index and the interest rate of Bank Indonesia certificates, This study aims to test and empirically prove the effect of the exchange rate of the dollar, the Dow Jones index, and the interest rate of Bank Indonesia certificates on the composite stock price index during the period January 2016 to December 2018. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling with the amount  144 data were processed. The analyzed data were carried out using multiple linear regression methods. The results showed that the Dollar Exchange Rate variable had a significant positive effect on the Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI).  SBI Interest Rate has a significant negative effect on the composite stock price index (CSPI).Keywords: Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI), Dollar Exchange Rate, Dow Jones Index, Bank Indonesia Certificate Interest Rate.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are: 1) To analyze the effect of  parking tax toward Regional Original Income of  Malang, 2) To analyze the effect of restaurant tax toward Regional Original Income of Malang, 3) To analyze the effect parking retribution toward Regional Original Income of Malang. Subjects of this study are The Original Realization Report of Regional Original Income which derived from parking tax, restaurant tax and parking fees on 2011 - 2015, data source are secondary data obtained from records or reports receipts that have been arranged in the archive (documentary data) which is acquired from Financial Management Agency and Asset of Malang. This study uses a quantitative approach, assorted explanatory research. The results showed that the Parking Tax, Restaurant Tax, and Parking Retribution partially have significant influence toward Regional Original Income of Malang

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of price and promotion on the purchasing decision of Ms Glow in Arjowilangun Kalipare, Malang, East Java, simultaneously or partially. The population in this study were all consumers of Ms Glow in Arjowilangun Kalipare, Malang, East Java. Samples were taken using the Slovin formula, in order to obtain 85 respondents who met the requirements as samples. The type of data used is primary data. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The technique used to analyze multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that (1) there is a simultaneous influence between price and promotion variables on purchasing decisions of Ms Glow consumers in Arjowilangun Kalipare Malang, East Java (2) Price variables affect purchasing decisions on consumers of Ms Glow in Arjowilangun Kalipare Malang, East Java ( 3) Promotional variables affect purchasing decisions on consumers of Ms Glow in Arjowilangun Kalipare, Malang, East Java. Keywords: Price, Promotion, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of research is to analyze the effect of store atmosphere, product diversity, and service quality on consumer buying interest at Halalan Mart Sukorejo. The population in this study are consumers of Halalan Mart. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample size of 90 respondents to Halalan Mart consumers. The method used in processing data using a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis tools through the IBM SPSS 25 application program (statistical product and service solutions). From data management, it is found that store atmosphere and product diversity have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchase interest, while service quality does not, and simultaneously the three independent variables have a significant effect on consumer purchase interest. Keywords: Analysis Store Atmosphere, Product Diversity, Service Quality, Purchase Interest

Abstract

Abstract Rapid technological developments affect the development of e-commerce, including the behavior of consumer purchasing decisions. The development of online shopping services in Indonesia is very fast. Currently, there are various marketplace platforms such as Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada and others. Based on information stating that the Shopee marketplace won the Top Marketpalce award in Indonesia. The survey results show that Shopee is the marketplace with the highest number of visitors in Indonesia in the second quarter of 2020 with 93,440,300 monthly web visitors compared to Tokopedia, Lazada, Bukalapak, etc. In this study, the formulation of the problem is how brand image, brand trust and information quality affect purchasing decisions at shope. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of brand image, brand trust and quality of information on purchasing decisions at shope. This study uses quantitative methods. The data source in this study used a purposive sampling technique where the criteria in this study were FEB Unisma students who had made purchases at shope. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that Brand Image, Brand Trust and Information Quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of Capital Structure as measured by Debt ro Equity Ratio (DER) and Company Size using a measure of Total Assets to Retrun on Assets (ROA). In this study using companies that belong to the Group of Companies in the Basic Industry and Chemistry for the 2016-2018 Period. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 59 companies. The research sample used purposive sampling technique. The method of data analysis in this study used the normality test, the classic assumption test. The results show a negatively influential capital structure that is not significant for company performance. This shows that the higher the debt composition in the company's capital structure will reduce the Company's performance. The influence of Company Size has a significant positive effect on Company Performance because the larger the size of the company, can encourage an increase in the portion of funds that the company can use for production activities.Keywords: Capital Structure, Company Size, Company Performance

Abstract

Abstract Student organizations are a vehicle and a means of fostering students to increase knowledge and improve their intellectual and personal well-being in order to achieve university goals. One of the most important aspects of organizational life is the quality of leadership. Leadership has the responsibility to motivate members to achieve organizational goals, whereas leading an organization shows the relationship between leaders and members and how leaders lead their goals. This study aims to determine and measure the influence of leadership style, motivation and work discipline on the performance of BEM FEB UNISMA administrators. This research method uses quantitative methods with descriptive casual research. The population in this study is the administrators/members of the Student Executive Board of FEB UNISMA. In taking this sample using saturated sampling where all members of the population are used as samples. In this study, the sample was the entire management of the BEM FEB Islamic University of Malang for the 2020-2021 period consisting of the Daily Management Board, Internal Division, External Division, Talent Interest Division, Media Division, and Education Division, totaling 50 administrators. The results showed that leadership style, motivation and work discipline had a significant effect on the performance of the BEM FEM UNISMA management. Keywords: Management Performance, Leadership Style, Motivation, Work Discipline
