Abstract

ABSTRACT          This research was conducted at the Department of Investment, PTSP, and Probolinggo Manpower. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of communication, work environment and motivation on employee performance at the Department of Investment, PTSP, and Probolinggo Manpower.          The variables used are communication, work environment, and motivation as independent variables, while employee performance variables are the dependent variable. The sample used in this study were 60 employees of the Investment Service, PTSP, and Probolinggo Manpower. The study used descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistics. Data collection method by collecting primary data. The analysis used includes instrument testing, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing and determination coefficient test.          The results showed that the communication variables had a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Probolingo Investment Service, PTSP, and Probolingo Manpower, while the work environment and motivation variables did not have a significant effect on the employee performance of the Probolingo Investment Service, PTSP, and Probolingo employees.Keywords : communication, work environment, motivation, and performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to describe and analyze the influence of the recruitment system on job training, and work motivation on employee productivity in poor water companies. The company strives to get and place the right employees in accordance with their respective fields of expertise, even in the company most employees are not in accordance with the field of ability they have because most employees recruit with nepotism so that the potential for employee productivity is less than optimal. This type of research is experimental. This study uses primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires. This study consisted of 342 active employees with a sample of 77 employees in the Malang regional water company. Data collection through questionnaires. In this study data analysis used the SPSS 14.0 version.This research uses descriptive quantitative method which contains validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear analysis, F test, and t test.The results of this study indicate that, (1) simultaneously the influence of the recruitment system, job training, and work motivation on employee work productivity in the Regional Water Supply Company of Malang. (2) partially the recruitment system variable does not have a significant effect on employee work productivity, further job training has a significant effect and work motivation has a significant effect on employee work productivity in the Malang water utility company. Key word: recruitment system, work training, work motivation and productivity

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of brand association, brand loyalty, brand awareness, brand image on brand equity of Scarlett products simultaneously and partially. Where to be able to achieve and maintain market competition, companies must pay attention to their brands by creating strong brand equity in the minds of customers. This study uses data analysis using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 29. The results of this study show that brand association has no positive and significant effect on brand equity, brand loyalty has no positive and significant effect on brand equity, brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on equity brand, brand image has a positive and significant effect on brand equity. brand association variables, brand loyalty, brand awareness, brand image have a positive and significant effect on brand equity. Keywords: brand equity,brand association,brand loyalty,brand awareness,brand image

Abstract

Abstract                The purpose of this study was to examine how the influence of firm size, asset growth, profitability and corporate income tax on the capital structure of cosmetic companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017.               The population in this study are all cosmetic companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample selection uses a purposive sampling method. Based on the criteria obtained by 4 cosmetic companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The test method used is a multiple linear regression analysis test with hypothesis testing using the t test and F test.               The results of this study indicate that firm size, asset growth and profitability (ROE) have no effect on capital structure (DER). Whereas corporate income tax affects the capital structure. Simultaneously, the four independent variables influence the capital structure. Keywords: Firm Size, Asset Growth, Profitability and Corporate Income Tax.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, work environment and motivation on the administrators of UAM FEB UNISMA, in this study the sample is the management of UAM FEB UNISMA, collecting data using questionnaires to administrators, analysis of the data used is validity test, reliability test, normality test , multiple linear analysis, statistical test f and statistical test t, the results of this study have a significant positive effect on organizational culture, work environment and motivation on the performance of UAM FEB UNISMA administrators, there is a significant influence of organizational culture on the performance of UAM FEB UNISMA administrators, there is a significant influence work environment towards the performance of UAM FEB UNISMA administrators, there is a significant effect of motivation on the performance of UAM FEB UNISMA administrators. Keywords: Organizational culture, Work environment, Motivation, the performance.

Abstract

AbstractIn the digital era such as today's online activities have penetrated into every sector is no exception in marketing activities. Rapid technological developments have an impact on entrepreneurs, promotion of social media can be used as a sales strategy, buying and selling, and the promotion process simultaneously. This research uses explanatory research with a qualitative approach. There are four variables used in this study, namely content creation (X1), content sharing (X2), connecting (X3), word of mouth (X4) and purchasing decision structure (Y) . Data collection was obtained using online questionnaires (Google form) on mbok taya customers according to the number of Instagram followers. The sample used in this study amounted to 97 respondents, all respondents came from mbok taya customers according to the number of Instagram followers totaling 1,645 who were divided using the formula slovin get the 97 respondents. The technique used in sampling is Non-Probability analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear analysis, the results of this study indicate that each variable consisting of content creation (X1), content sharing (X2), connecting (X3) ), word of mouth (X4) simultaneously influences the purchase decision (Y). Based on the results of this study, mbok taya should use an online marketing strategy or social media marketing namely intsagram to strengthen purchasing decisions.keywords : social media marketing, purchase decision and word of mouth

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of Online customer  review, Online customer  rating, and Positioning on Customer  trust. The population in this study were users of SomeThinc products in Malang City. The Non-Probability Sampling method is Snowball Sampling with a sample of 60 respondents. The results of the study partially show that: 1) There is a positive and significant influence Online customer  review on the Customer  trust of Somethinc products 2) There is a positive and significant influence of Online customer  rating on the Customer  trust of Somethinc products 3) There is a positive and significant influence of Positioning on the Customer  trust of Somethinc products. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between visual merchandising and brand personality on impulse buying which mediated by positive emotion. The data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to consumers at Matahari Department Store Malang Town Square. The population taken in the study was 309 respondents and calculated using the Slovin formulaso that a sample of 76 respondents was obtained. Data analysis techniques in this study using validity tes, reliability test, normality test path analysis, t test and sobel test. Data obtained from questionnaire deployment is measured using a likert scale. Where the results of the analysis depend on the scores obtained from the respondents. The results of the study are (1) visual merchandising and brand personality directly influence impulse buying (2) visual merchandising and brand personality have a direct effect on positive emotion (3) positive emotion has a direct effect on impulse buying (4) visual merchandising and brand personality influence indirect to impulse buying through positive emotion as an intervening variable. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to know and analyze how the Influence ofService Quality And Facilities To Student Satisfaction Faculty of EconomicsAngakatan 2014-2016 Islamic University of Malang. The population in this studyis all students of the Faculty of Economics UNISMA. This research used surveymethod by taking sample from a population and using questionnaire as main datacollecting tool, with number 95 respondents. Analytical techniques in this studyusing multiple linear regression.The results showed that partially Variable Service Quality and Facilitieshave a positive and significant effect on Student Satisfaction. Abstract

Abstract The aim of this study to find out the effect of owner’s equity and foreign equity on the income of micro, small and medium enterprises at Desa Candirengo, Kecamatan Singosari, Malang. The population of this study were rooster breeders in Desa Singosari totally 31 breeders and with a sample totally 15 breeders. The research was quantitative research using secondary data to collect the data, namely the financial report of the breeders. The financial report used are six times on harvests and in one harvest for two months. The data analysis method in this study used the normality test and the classical assumption test. The results of this study indicate that intern equality and extern equality have a positive influence on the income of micro, small and medium enterprises at Desa Candirengo, Kecamatan Singosari, Malang. Keyword: Owner’s Equality, Foreign Equality, profitabilty.
