Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect on transformational leadership variables, organizational culture, and commitment to employee engagement Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kota Malang. For this reason, researchers took data from employees of the Perusahaan Daerah  Air Minum Kota Malang. This type of research is explanatory in view of the population taken from employees of the Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kota Malang, and the number of samples in this study was 223 employees. The acquisition of primary data is taken by distributing questionnaires to employees. the method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis which shows that simultaneously transformational leadership variables, organizational and organizational cultures are both positively and not significantly influencing employee engagement, while partially transformational leadership variables have an insignificant positive effect on employee engagement, Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee engagement and commitment has a significant but not significant effect on employee engagement in the Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kota Malang. Keywords: transformational leadership, commitment, organizational culture and employee engagement

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tax morale, tax sanctions and tax compliance costs on individual taxpayer compliance with creative economy actors in the fashion sub-sector of Malang raya city. Determination of the sample in this study using purposive sampling technique, so that the number of samples can be determined as many as 70 respondents who fit the criteria. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that tax morale, tax sanctions and tax compliance costs simultaneously had a significant effect on individual taxpayer compliance with creative economy actors in the fashion sub-sector of Malang raya city. The variables of tax morale, tax sanctions and tax compliance costs have a significant and positive effect on individual taxpayer compliance with creative economy actors in the fashion sub-sector of Malang Raya City. Keywords: Creative Economy Actors in Malang raya city Fashion Sub-Sector, Tax Morale, Tax Sanctions and Tax Compliance costs, Taxpayer Compliance.

Abstract

 Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of reward, punishment and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Wyndham Sundancer Resort Lombok. The location of this research was conducted on employees who work at the Wyndham Sundancer Resort Lombok. This research is a quantitative research. This research uses a case study method where data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees who work at the Wyndham Sundancer Resort Lombok, which were selected by purposive sampling. Determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula and the results obtained were 125 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and determination test. Based on the results of data analysis, the results of the F test indicate that reward, punishment and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on the performance of the employees of the Wyndham Sundancer Resort Lombok Hotel. Furthermore, the results of the t test show that reward, punishment and organizational commitment have a significant and partially positive effect on the performance of the employees of the Wyndham Sundancer Resort Lombok Hotel. The results of the determination test show that the percentage is 82%, where employee performance is able to be influenced by reward, punishment and organizational commitment. Keywords: Employee Performance, Reward, Punishment, Organizational Commitment

Abstract

ABSTRACT         This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of profitability, asset structure and firm size on the capital structure of a banking sector manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population is the 2015-2017 go public banking company of 43 companies, and the sample is 31 companies. Data collection through financial report data available on the IDX. Data analysis in this study uses the help of SPSS version 22 for windows. The sampling method with purposive sampling. The researcher used several tests including descriptive test, normality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and testing the research hypothesis.The results of the analysis show that partially the asset structure does not significantly influence the capital structure because it is caused by the type of assets that can be guaranteed, and the fixed assets owned by the company are not so many multipurpose assets that are not so guaranteed while the profitability and size of the company significantly influence the capital structure. Together, it shows that profitability, asset structure and company size have a significant effect on capital structure.Keywords: Profitability, Asset Structure, Company Size and Capital Structure

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of workload and bureaucratic leadership style on the performance of UB Guest House employees. The theory that is used in this research is Workload Theory, Social Exchange Theory, and Bureaucratic Leadership. The researcher uses Social Exchange Theory to identify the relationship between employees and leaders. This research uses descriptive quantitative analysis method and statistical analysis method by implementing Multiple Regression Test. Based on the collected data, it shows a positive influence of workload and bureaucratic leadership style on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. Keywords : Workload, Bureaucratic Leadership Style, Employee Performance, UB Guest House

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to examine the influence of motivation, discipline,satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. ANUGERAH PUTRASIANTAN Songsong Singosari Malang. The research was conducted by usingexplanatory method with quantitative method on PT. ANUGERAH PUTERASIANTAN Songsong Singosari Malang. Data collection was done by distributingquestionnaires to respondents. Questionnaires were distributed to 57 productionemployees. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results ofresearch show that the description of the research results showed that employeejob satisfaction influence on employee performance, work discipline employeesaffect employee performance, employee motivation has no effect on performance.Keywords: Motivation, Discipline, Satisfaction and employee performance.

Abstract

 ABSTRACT               This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing how the influence of Return on Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), and Price To Book Value (PBV) Against Stock Prices. The sample in this study were 23 manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector. The analysis method used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression with the SPSS Version 22 For Windows application. Based on the results of the hypothesis test it is obtained that the test results simultaneously show the value of Return On Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) and Price To Book Value (PBV) affect stock prices, and Price To Book Value (PBV). The partial test results show that Return on Assets (ROA) has a positive effect on the stock price of consumer goods companies, Current Ratio (CR) has a negative effect on the stock price of consumer goods companies. Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a negative effect on the stock price of consumer goods companies. . Abstract

Abstract One of the most rapid and consistent business developments is the Bottled Drinking Water (AMDK) business. More and more local and foreign products are emerging. Bottled Drinking Water (AMDK) fills an industry. One of them is that there are several areas in Indonesia that have abundant water resources such as the Umbulan spring in the Winongan District, Pasuruan Regency, which is one of the few with the world's best springs which has been a bone of contention since the Dutch era until now. with the existence of many water resources, not only the community wants to manage it, the company also includes AMDK Malika, AMDK Santri, and AMDK AQUA. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze a variable halal label, brand image, and price on purchasing decisions for malika mineral water in the Winongan sub-district. The population in this study are consumers of malika mineral water in the Winongan district. The approach method uses a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling which is a sample collection technique based on certain criteria using a questionnaire distributed to 70 respondents. partially halal label has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, partially brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, partially price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, simultaneously the halal label, brand image, and price have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Halal Label, Brand Image, Price, Purchase Decision

Abstract

ABSTRACT               The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of price, completeness of products and product displays of purchasing decisions on consumers super model Bandung branch Dinoyo Malang.               This research is Quantitative research. Population in this research is all consumer of Bandung Super Model of Dinoyo branch of Malang city. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique, while the data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis.               The results of this study provide empirical evidence that the variable Price, Product Fittings and Display Products both simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions.Keywords: price, product completeness, product display and purchase decision.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the simultaneous influence of mindset and competence variables on job readiness, to analyze the influence of mindset on job readiness, and to determine and analyze the effect of competence on job readiness. This type of research uses quantitative research. The population in this study were management students of class 2018 using probability sampling technique with the results of calculations using the formula, the number of samples used was 85 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study uses the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression, t-test, F-test and the Coefficient of Determination which is processed using the SPSS software program. Keywords: Competence, Mindset And Work Readiness
