Abstract

Kosmetik berasal dari kata Yunani “kosmetikos” yang berarti keterampilan menghias, mengatur. Definisi kosmetik dalam Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan RI No. 445/MenKes/Permenkes/1998 yaitu kosmetik adalah sediaan atau paduan bahan yang siap untuk digunakan pada bagian luar badan untuk mengubah penampakan tetapi tidak untuk menyembuhkan suatu penyakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh bauran pemasaran terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam membeli prodk kosmetik halal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan sumber data yaitu data sekunder, berupa kajian kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bauran pemasaran mempunyai pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen yaitu dengan adanya strategi yang baik terhadap bauran pemasaran seperti meningkatkan kualitas produk, harga yang terjangkau, strategi promosi yang menarik dan distribusi yang lancar akan mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen dalam membeli sebuah produk atau barang.

Abstract

Islam has taught everything, including teaching about moral-based mechanisms in the maintenance of justice and social welfare in the field of economics. with the field research method implemented in the distribution of income and wealth of the basic food business at the Sewu Satus Shop, Lohbener District, Indramayu Regency, maqasid sharia emphasizes Fulfillment of family needs, must prioritize if there is debt, which must be prioritized is paying zakat if it has fulfilled the nishab and haul, funds musaadah and so on are applied by Toko Sewu Satus for equal distribution of income and wealth and proper allocation, both mandatory and sunnah, for the creation of income equality among others, starting from the distribution of family coverage, so that there is no accumulation of wealth only for them but allocation has been made. By holding the principle of avoiding the element of usury capital. In order to create a fair, honest and equitable distribution system, Islam stipulates positive and prohibitive actions. Positive actions include zakat, infaq, alms, while prohibitive actions include the prohibition of usury.

Abstract

The LinkAja Syariah service is one of the sharia digital payments fintechs in Indonesia and its features can support activities during the pandemic. However, the use of LinkAja Syariah is still not popular because Islamic economic literacy is still low. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate the factors that cause the decision to use these services. The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of promotion, convenience, and service features and there is a moderation of effectiveness on decisions to use LinkAja Syariah services. The approach used in this research is quantitative based on primary data. The sample is 200 users of LinkAja Syariah services in Jabodetabek using purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used with SmartPLS is path analysis and data collection is obtained by questionnaire. The results of this study are the promotion of a negative and significant influence, the ease of a positive and significant influence, and service features a positive and significant influence on the decision to use. Moderation of effectiveness weakens the relationship between promotions and service features with usage decisions, and effectiveness can strengthen the relationship between convenience and use decisions. This research is expected to provide input to LinkAja Syariah services for product service development.

Abstract

Underwriting is a vital process in Islamic insurance because underwriting is one of the factors for Islamic insurance companies to experience profits or losses. Risk management is an important part of sharia insurance in carrying out its operations. Good risk management allows sharia insurance companies to grow and provide profits. This study aims to analyze the underwriting risk management process at PT Asuransi Jiwa Reliance Syariah Unit based on POJK No.44/POJK.05/2020 with descriptive qualitative research methods. Data was collected by conducting interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study used data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that the application of risk management underwriting processes implemented by PT Asuransi Jiwa Reliance Unit Syariah has been going well, systematically and complies with POJK regulations No.44/POJK.05/2020, this is evidenced by the results of the OJK audit which shows no evaluation. as well as violations in the underwriting risk management process as well as the company's internal SOPs running well.

Abstract

Pada dasarnya masyarakat sudah mengalami perkembangan teknologi yang signifikan. Salah satunya yaitu dengan adanya transaksi online berupa e-money. Menurut Peraturan Perbankan Indonesia Nomor : 12 November 2009 PBI Tentang uang elektronik Uang Elektronik. Uang elektronik diterbitkan berdasarkan nilai uang yang sebelumnya disetorkan oleh pemegangnya untuk penerbit yang disimpan secara elektronik di media seperti server atau chip, dengan uangnya bukan sebagai simpanan, serta digunakan sebagai pembayaran. Teknik promosi yang dilakukan pihak BI yaitu dengan cara mengadakan festival begawi yang dilengkapi dengan adanya UMKM yang ikut berpartisipasi untuk memberi sosialisasi pembayaran lewat e-money di masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu dengan metode kualitatif.Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi promosi yang dilakukan oleh pihak Bank Indonesia Kpw Lampung mengenai transaksi e-money. Selain itu, tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui aplikasi pembayaran seperti OVO, GO-PAY, dan Dana yang digunakan dalam transaksi e-money.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and explain the variables that influence the loyalty of Muamalat Digital Islamic Network users in Madiun City. Quantitative method is the method used in this study. The population in this study is the Muamalat Digital Islamic Network user community in Madiun. This study uses primary data as a data source with a purposive sampling method of 175 respondents and data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study is the inner model and outer model using SmartPLS. This study explains that the level of knowledge has a significant effect on loyalty. The level of knowledge is important because the respondents' answers indicate that customers know how to create an account either through the Muamalat DIN application or through Bank Muamalat KCP Madiun by coming in person. There is a significant effect of the satisfaction variable on customer loyalty. Satisfaction is obtained through customers who are comfortable when transacting using Muamalat DIN. The trust variable has a significant influence on loyalty. Customers believe that the safety of their deposit funds in Bank Muamalat has been guaranteed.

Abstract

Transaksi mystery box banyak dilakukan di e-commerce dimana sistem penjualan barang ini tidal menyebutkan kriteria barang tersebut sehingga pembeli tidak akan mengetahui apa yang akan didapat. Pada sisi lain dalam Islam segala transaksi sangat diperhatikan sehingga harus sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah, tidak terlepas pula nilai etika bisnis islam dalam suatu bisnis dan merupakan satu kesatuan utuh yang perlu diperhatikan pada kompetitifnya persaingan bisnis saat ini untuk mendapatkan maslahah kedua belah pihak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mekanisme jual beli mystery box dalam tinjauan etika bisnis Islam di e-commerce shopee. Metode penelitian yang dipakai yaitu kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan penelitian fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara semi terstruktur, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan penjual mystery box belum melakukan bisnis yang sesuai etika bisnis Islam karena prinsip fundamental tauhid telah dilanggar. Penerapan etika bisnis Islam harus mengacu pada beberapa indikator yakni tauhid, kebenaran, tanggungjawab, kejujuran, dan juga kehendak bebas.

Abstract

This study describes the factors that determine changes in food and non-food consumption patterns. This research method approach uses quantitative. The sample used is the Muslim community of DKI Jakarta. The sample of this research is 180 respondents. Analysis of the research data using Partial Least Square. The results of the hypothesis test are that income has a positive effect on food and non-food consumption patterns, the number of family dependents has a positive effect on food and non-food consumption patterns, and lifestyle has a negative effect on food and non-food consumption patterns.

Abstract

Economic development around the Darul Quran Mulia Islamic Boarding School is growing rapidly, but as an educational institution, of course, it should not only focus on education, but must also focus on economic management from the business perspective. This study aims to examine the roles and efforts that can be carried out by the Darul Quran Mulia Islamic Boarding School in managing the business units it owns. This research is a field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. The primary data sources in this study were PT. Berkah Group and employees of the Darul Quran Mulia foundation. Secondary data sources are documentation of the Darul Quran Mulia Islamic Boarding School and books and journals that discuss the economics of Islamic boarding schools. The analytical method uses interviews and documentation with qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques using inductive thinking patterns. The results of this study indicate that the Darul Quran Mulia Islamic boarding school operates a collaboration model with PT. Berkah Group in managing business units, in this case the Darul Quran Mulia Islamic boarding school acts as a customer while PT. Berkah Group serves as a service provider

Abstract

Liquidity indicates the bank's ability to meet the possibility of withdrawing funds made by customers. In this study, liquidity can be measured using the financing to deposit ratio (FDR). This study aims to determine the effect of financing, cash turnover, and short-term debt on the liquidity of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia. In this study, the independent variables are Non-performing Financing, Cash Turnover, and short-term debt, the dependent variable is liquidity. This research method used in this study is the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Hypothesis Testing.The results of this study show that non-performing financing, cash turnover, and short-term debt have a negative effect on liquidity. . In addition, based on the t test, the results showed that the variables indicated problematic financing, cash turnover, and short-term debt had a partial effect on liquidity.
