Abstract

This study uses research variables such as organizational culture and employee’s performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture towards employee’s performance to employee of millennial generation of PT Jasa Raharja North Sumatera branch. The approach used in this study is an associative approach and the population in this study are generation “Y” employees of PT Jasa Raharja North Sumatra branch. This research uses non probability sampling which sample must fulfil terms and conditions to be respondent. The determination of the sample size in this study was carried out using the Slovin formula. Based on the results of the Slovin formula, the number of respondents used in this study was 69 respondents.Data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire technique. Data analysis techniques in this study use Structural Equation Model (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS). Data processing in this study using the SmartPLS 3.0 software program. The results show that organizational culture affects toward employees performance millennials generation at PT Jasa Raharja North Sumatera branch.

Abstract

Abstract Healthcare waste management is a crucial aspect of public health and environmental protection. In Tamil Nadu, India, a densely populated state with a well-established healthcare infrastructure, effective management of healthcare waste is of paramount importance. This research paper aims to provide an overview of the current healthcare waste management practices in Tamil Nadu, highlight the challenges faced in the system, and propose recommendations for improving the waste management framework. The study employed a mixed-methods approach, including literature review, data analysis, and stakeholder interviews. The findings indicate that while Tamil Nadu has made significant progress in healthcare waste management, several key challenges persist. These challenges include inadequate infrastructure, lack of awareness and training among healthcare workers, inadequate policy implementation, and the need for enhanced monitoring and enforcement. To address these challenges, the paper proposes recommendations such as strengthening infrastructure and waste treatment facilities, providing comprehensive training to healthcare workers, strengthening policy implementation and monitoring, and promoting public awareness and participation.

Abstract

Abstract Healthcare waste management is an essential component of both public health and environmental sustainability. The purpose of this study article is to evaluate present practises, difficulties, and recommendations for healthcare waste management in Punjab, India. While Punjab has made progress in implementing waste management legislation, the analysis finds that there are still severe gaps in infrastructure, training, and awareness. Inadequate segregation, ineffective disposal methods, and a lack of resources all impede effective healthcare waste management. Recommendations for addressing these concerns include strengthening regulatory frameworks, increasing infrastructure and technology, improving training and awareness programmes, and fostering research and innovation.

Abstract

The concept of job attitudes and psychological capital, their role in performance in the context of hospital organizations is very important. There is still a dearth of research developing the model in its entirety. The purpose of this research is to develop a model of the essentials of job attitudes and psychological capital on the performance of health professionals in the context of hospital organizations and to try to develop a model empirical research. Various approaches and tools are used in the framework, which presents a review that provides high-level views and various perspectives and interactions from the essence of job attitudes' and psychological capital constructs in other workplaces starting with a review of the concept of job attitudes' and psychological capital construction in the context of hospital organizations. , then its role on the performance of Health Professionals. The results of this study developed a model, the essentials of job attitudes and psychological capital on the performance of health professionals in the context of hospital organizations and an empirical research model. Organizations can influence work performance on organizational mechanisms, and individual mechanisms to achieve effective and efficient transformation and improvement of health professionals' performance.

Abstract

The fisheries development can be integrated with varieties activities in tourism sector. Fisheries tourism is a tourism activity based on fishing activities, such as catching, cultivating, processing, and marketing. Pulau Banyak village is one of the areas in Langkat Regency has fisheries potential that can be integrated with tourism and become a tourist destination. This syudy attempts to explore the profile of tourism activities and develop the product that occur in Pulau Banyak Village. Moreover, a tourism development strategy for Pulau Banyak Village can be formulated. The research was conducted using qualitative descriptive methods. The development strategies was analyzed using SWOT matrix. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and focused discussions with research respondents. The findings revealed that Pulau Banyak Village as a tourist destination has become a special interest tourism package with a fisheries-themed outbound as the main attraction. It was also supported by the existence of a cultivation pond complex and natural river waters. Fishing tourism products can be developed in Agrotourism Education and Tourist Village Tour packages. The strategy for developing fisheries tourism in Pulau Banyak Village includes; developing thematic and cross-regional based tourism packages, improving the completeness of facilities and accessibility, marketing and promoting attractive and effective tourism products, increasing investment, and strengthening the capacity of tourism managers and existing institutions.

Abstract

Sebraya village, located in Karo Regency, has 5.5 ha of agricultural land and livestock that is managed directly by the local villagers. This agricultural land includes fruits, vegetables, diverse types of flowers, medicinal plants, etc. Moreover, this village also has animal husbandry such as sheep, chicken, fish, and pigeon cultivation. This study attempts to examine what agrotourism activities can be explored, what extent agrotourism has been developed, and how the villagers contribute to agrotourism activities. Qualitative method was used in this study. Data collection was conducted by observation, interviews, and documentation. The primary data sources were obtained from the villagers who work in agriculture and the secondary data sources were directly collected by researchers as support data to the first source. The findings revealed that the agrotourism of Seebraya Village could potentially be developed as agrotourism. Yet, the local villagers really needed assistance in the field of planning, counseling about the concept of agrotourism, and facilities that support the development and management of agrotourism in Seberaya Village.

Abstract

The primary objective of this study is to examine the various determinants that influence time budget pressure within the context of the regional government of North Sumatra province. Furthermore, this research aims to assess the subsequent effects of such pressure on the overall quality of internal audits conducted within the regional government of North Sumatra province. The influencing factors encompass job completion time, continuous audit assignments, and involvement in arranging audit time. The research data was acquired by distributing questionnaires to respondents who were auditors working at provincial and district/ city inspectorates in the region of North Sumatra. The multiple regression data analysis comprised 130 questionnaires deemed usable for the study. This study offers significant insights for inspectorates and provincial and district/ city governments in North Sumatra to effectively identify the determinants of time budget pressure and its subsequent effects on the quality of internal audits. The individual demonstrates a high level of professionalism and adherence to ethical standards. One of the primary challenges currently confronting auditors is the imperative to broaden their audit methodologies and establish comprehensive standards that effectively oversee the activities of corporate organizations. The current prevalence of high turnover rates serves as a poignant reminder to organizations invested in training and providing adequate resources to address the challenges auditors encounter in their professional environments. This study examines the various elements that contribute to time budget pressure and its subsequent effects on the quality of internal audits within the regional administration of North Sumatra province.
