Abstract

This study is examining influence of knowledge, skill, and adaptation ability of new technology on employee performance of PT Home of Living Arts Indonesia. This analysis includes classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing via t test and F, as well as the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). Results of analysis using the F test showed that thred of independent variables are knowledge, skill, and social on adaptation ability of new technology have a significant effect on the dependent variable is employee performance of PT Home of Living Arts Indonesia. Results of analysis using the coefficient of determination is known that the variation of performance of 87,6% can be explained by knowledge, skill, and adaptation ability of new technology. While the remaining 12,4% is explained by other variables that are not included in this study.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine more clearly and analyze the influence of leadership and job satisfaction on organizational commitment at PT Merapi Utama Pharma Medan. The method used is descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis method, using simultaneous test, test parsiaI and determination analysis. The data used are primary and secondary data. Researchers used 36 respondents in the sample. The results showed 1) Variable influential leadership on organizational commitment at PT. Merapi Utama Pharma Medan. 2) The variables affect job satisfaction to organizational commitment at PT. Merapi Utama Pharma Medan. 3) Variable leadership and job satisfaction simultaneously influence on organizational commitment at PT Merapi Utama Pharma Medan. The test results determinant coefficient (R2) shows that the value of R Square = 0.907 90.7% means the factors affecting organizational commitment at PT Merapi Utama Pharma Terrain can be explained by the leadership and job satisfaction. While the remaining 0.093% can be explained by other factors not examined by this study..

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence between total quality management on the quality culture of case studies at PT London Sumatera-Medan. The research approach carried out in this study is associative / quantitative. The population of this study is managers and employees of PT London Sumatera-Medan totaling 40 people. The sampling method used is census i.e., making the entire population a sample in this study. So that the number of samples is 40 respondents. The analysis method used in writing this thesis is an analysis technique with a simple linear regression method with SPSS software application tools. The results showed that Total Quality Management has a positive and significant effect on Quality Culture.

Abstract

This research aims to test and know clearly how the effect of X and Y Theory and Abraham Maslow on performance employee of PT FIF Finance Cabang Binjai. This research used quantitative methods that involved 78 respondents. The data was collected using questionnaires division. Data were analyzed using a statistical formula, namely by using multiple regression analysis of the processing performed by SPSS Version 16. Results of regression analysis is Y = 4.478 + 0.448 X1 + 0.317X2 + e. The result of quantitative analysis showed X dan Y Theory and Abraham Maslow Teory have positive influence on productivity employee of PT FIF Finance Cabang Binjai.

Abstract

This research aims to test and know clearly how the effect of consumer motivation and quality perception on consumer decision to use Honda Motor Cycle. This research used quantitative methods that involved 60 respondents. The data was collected using questionnaires division. Data were analyzed using a statistical formula, namely by using multiple regression analysis of the processing performed by SPSS Version 16. The result of quantitative analysis showed motivation consumer and quality perception have significant influence on consumer decision to use Honda Motor Cycle

Abstract

The object of this research on Amy Mobile phone located in Area Jendral Gatot Subroto Medan is one of the businesses engaged in the sale of various brands of mobile phones and at the same time repair damage all kinds of brand mobile phones. Problems in this study related to business capital and market competition on the development of Small Micro Business Cellular Phone Amy Mobile in Medan. The result of the research shows that business capital, Market Competition simultaneously and significantly influence to Micro Small Business development, while partially positive and significant business capital variable influence to micro small business development and market competition variables have positive and significant influence on Micro Small Business development. Determination of the results of this study shows the development of Micro Small Business bias is explained by independent variables of business capital and market competition, while the rest (100% -85.1% = 14.9%) can be explained by other variables that have not been meticulously.

Abstract

This research uses four psychological factors as independent variable, consisting of motivation, perception, learning, and belief and attitude. This study uses a dependent variable, namely the purchase decision. This study aims to find the influence of psychological factors consisting of motivation, perception, learning, and beliefs and attitudes on purchasing decisions either partially or simultaneously. The research was conducted in Alfamart outlet located at Jalan Medan-Binjai Km. 12 Muliorejo Village Sunggal Sub-district Deli Serdang District - North Sumatra. Sampling of 97 respondents using the formula Zikmund. Samples were taken by purposive sampling. Data collection using questionnaires distributed to respondents who shop at Alfamart booth where the research is done, and the scale used is Likert scale. Data analysis using multiple linear regression in which data processing using SPSS 24 windows based auxiliary application. The tests include data quality testing consisting of validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, F test, t test, and test of determination. The results showed a positive and significant influence simultaneously motivation, perception, learning, and beliefs and attitudes on purchasing decisions. partially, only perception, learning which shows a positive and significant influence on purchase decision. The adjusted value of R Square obtained is 0.539 indicating that 53.9% of purchasing decisions can be obtained and explained by psychological factors consisting of motivation, perception, learning, and beliefs and attitudes, while the remaining 46.1% is explained by other factors or variables beyond the model such as advertising, brand image, discount, and others..

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the financial performance JHT (Old Age Security) as an effort in improving corporate profits and analyze methods of calculating EVA (Economic Value Added) and Financial Value Added (FVA) on financial ratios JHT (Old Age Security) on BPJS Employment. For the calculation of the financial statements commencing from December 2014 to June 2016. Of all the variable data is conducted quarterly financial calculations. EVA (Economic Value Added) is an effective tool commucation good for value creation that can be reached by the line manager who ultimately drives corporate performance and to connect with the capital markets. Which is included into the calculation of EVA is to calculate NOPAT, Calculating Cost of Debt, Counting the Cost of Equity, Calculating the Weighted Average Cost of Capital, and Counting Invested Capital. Then also through the method of calculation of Financial Value Added (FVA) is a new method for assessing performance and value-added enterprises. These methods consider the contribution of fixed assets in the company's net profit. The covering in the calculation FVA is Calculating NOPAT, Calculating Total Resources (TR), Calculating Depreciation Equivalent (ED), and Calculating the Financial Value Added (FVA). The results of the analysis of the hypothesis testing EVA partially affect financial performance which shows the EVA (Economic Value Added) a negative result in no added value to the company. it says that the company is not healthy, so it can be detrimental to the company. For FVA (Financial Value Added) showed a positive influence to create added value for the company. Then to the results of hypothesis testing to two (2) EVA (Economic Value Added) has no effect simultaneous to the increase in financial performance due to EV negative, but for the FVA (Financial Value Added) influence simultaneously against the company due to a positive effect and provide added value against the company..

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether commission agents, climate and profit margins partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on sweet orange sales in Kutabuluh Gugung Village, Kutabuluh District, Karo Regency. The analysis methods used are quantitative methods and multiple linear regression analysis. The data used in this study are primary data. The data collection methods in this study were interview studies and questionnaires. This study used 50 respondents as samples in the study and the sampling method used saturated samples. The results showed that commission agents, climate and profit margins partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on sweet orange sales in Kutabuluh Gugung Village, Kutabuluh District, Karo Regency.

Abstract

PT Infomedia Nusantara is one of Telkom Group's subsidiaries specializing in publishing and advertising media as a communication bridge between business people and also an information channel for telephone customers. The problem in this study is whether selection and performance affect simultaneously or simultaneously the termination of employment at PT. Infomedia Nusantara Telkom Medan. The data collection technique in this study was carried out by questionnaire by distributing a list of questions to respondents as many as 65 respondents through the help of the Statitical Product Service Solution (SPSS) program Version 19.00 Simultaneously or simultaneously Employee Selection and Performance affect Termination of Employment. Partially, independent variables of employee selection and performance have a positive and significant effect on termination of employment. Determination with an adjusted R square of 0.922 means that 92.2% of the variation in termination can be explained by independent variables of selection and performance while the rest (100% - 92.2% = 7.8%) can be explained by other independent variables.
