Abstract

The population for this research was employees at the BRIDA Medan Office. Data collection carried out in this research is: by distributing questionnaires, a data collection technique that is carried out by giving a set of questions or statements to other people who are used as respondents to answer. The author used multiple linear regression analysis techniques, T test, and F test with the help of Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS Version 23.0) software to process the data first by conducting data tests. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis (Multiple Regression) and using test data quality, classical assumptions and hypothesis testing. The analysis showed R Square 0,891 or 89.1%. 829.673 with a confidence level of 5% level test F-account = 829.673> F-table = 2.79 then H0 and H1 accepted, so Job Placement and Work Experience affects simultaneously (simultaneously) on Employee Productivity. While Job Placement with t-count 8.288> t-table 1.676 and significant 0.000 <0.05, then H0 is rejected and H1 accepted and can be interpreted Job Placement partial effect to the Employee Productivity and Work Experience variables with t-count -5.558 < t-table 1.676 and significant 0.000 <0.05, the Work Experience has no effect partially on Employee Productivity, as t-count smaller than the value t-tabel.

The research method used by the author is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, literature study, and questionnaires. The sampling technique used a simple random sampling technique with a sample of 100 outpatient BPJS Health claim files in February. In testing data analysis using SPSS, based on the results of the simple linear regression test and the significance of α=5% (0.05) or a confidence level of 95% shows that tcount > ttable, meaning that the completeness of the BPJS outpatient claim requirements files influences the quality of claims at the Muhammadiyah Hospital in Bandung. The influence is 69.5% of the completeness variable for outpatient BPJS claims on claim quality, while the remaining 30.5% is influenced by other variables error (e).

This study aims to analyze government policies' influence on Sharia businesses' growth in Indonesia. The research method used is library research, with a qualitative approach. Data is collected based on observation and documentation and then analyzed through qualitative data analysis. The study results show that government policies also include efforts to educate and promote Islamic finance to the wider community. This includes social campaigns, training, and other programs that aim to increase understanding and awareness of the benefits of Islamic finance. The government is collaborating with the private sector, including Islamic financial institutions and other business actors, to develop a more inclusive and sustainable Islamic finance ecosystem. With the support and conducive policies from the government, the growth of Sharia businesses in Indonesia can continue to increase, make a significant contribution to the country's economy, and provide more diverse financial options by Sharia principles for the community.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover and working capital turnover on profitability in construction and building subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. This research uses secondary data obtained from the financial reports of construction and building companies selected using a proportional sampling technique. The sample chosen was 20 construction and building companies and had 100 observations. The estimation model for this research uses panel data regression analysis with the Random Effect Model. The results of this research show that cash turnover has a positive but not significant effect on profitability. This can mean that cash turnover is managed well and effectively so that it can increase profits, but statistically it is not strong enough to be concluded as a definite or consistent relationship. The results are the same. shows that the results of receivables turnover have a positive and insignificant effect on profitability, although there is a positive influence between how quickly the company collects receivables and the effectiveness of using assets in generating profits, the effect is not strong and consistent enough to be considered statistically significant. Different results were found that working capital turnover had a negative and insignificant effect on profitability. This means that when working capital turnover increases, profitability tends to decrease.
