Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of product quality and price on customer satisfaction. The research method used is a quantitative method. This research uses Purposive Sampling. The sample in this study consisted of 50 respondents. The data collection instrument uses a questionnaire. The dependent variable is the customer satisfaction variable and the independent variable is product quality, price, namely price, product quality, and customer satisfaction for tower 215 Bireuen chips. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. All statements are valid, reliable and normal. The results show that the coefficient of determination (R Square) of the independent variable on the dependent variable is R2 = 0.821 or 82.1%. The independent variable can explain the dependent variable. Research shows that price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction for tower 215 Bireuen chips. This is proven by tcount being greater than ttable (2.523 > 2.014). And product quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction for tower 215 Bireuen chips. This is proven by tcount being greater than ttable (5.120 > 2.014). Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous test of price variables, product quality, have a significant influence of fcount 51,639 > ftable 2.58 on customer satisfaction. This shows that, the better the price and product quality provided, the greater the customer satisfaction of tower 215 Bireuen chips.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of local taxes and levies on local revenue, there are two variables, namely the independent variable of local taxes and levies and the dependent variable of local revenue. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification method with quantitative approach. This study uses secondary data, data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing in this study used T test statistics with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics 23.00 for Windows program. The results showed that local tax (X1) had a significant effect on local revenue (Y) and local retribution (X2) had no significant effect on local revenue (Y). Determination (R2 ) local taxes and local retribution influenced local revenue 67.1%, the remaining 32.9% influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of discipline on student learning achievement at Harapan Umat Arongan Private Middle School, the influence of motivation on student learning achievement at Harapan Umat Arongan Private Middle School and the influence of discipline and motivation on student learning achievement at Harapan Umat Arongan Private Middle School. In this research, researchers used quantitative research. The sample in this study was 65 students at Harapan Umat Arongan Private Middle School. The results of this research show that the results of the t test on the discipline variable (X1) obtained tcount > ttable (5.166 > 1.998) with a probability of 0.000 whose value is below 0.05. Thus Ha1 is accepted, which means that there is a partially significant positive influence of discipline (X1) on student learning achievement (Y) at Harapan Umat Arongan Private Middle School. The results of the t test on the learning motivation variable (X2) obtained tcount > ttable (4.146 > 1.998) with a probability of 0.000 with a value below 0.05. Thus, Ha2 is accepted, which means that there is a partially significant positive influence on learning motivation (X2) on student learning achievement (Y) at Harapan Umat Arongan Private Middle School. The results of the calculation of Fcount ˃ Ftable (8.023 ˃ 2.75) obtained a sig value (0.000 ˂ 0.05), so simultaneously (together) discipline (X1) and learning motivation (X2) have a significant effect on learning achievement (Y) students at Harapan Umat Arongan Private Middle School.

The research was conducted at Investor Jeunieb Clothing Store in Bireuen. The object of the research is consumers who visit Investor Jeunieb Clothing Store. The population in this study includes all consumers of Investor Jeunieb Clothing Store, the exact number of which is unknown. The sample was taken using the Hair formula, with a total sample size of 98 respondents. This study uses a multiple linear regression analysis model to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on purchasing decisions. The data was analyzed using SPSS software version 25.0. The analysis tools used include validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, R-tests, and R-Square tests. The t-test results show that product quality with a t-value greater than the critical t-value at the 5% level (6.514 > 1.985) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and service quality with a t-value greater than the critical t-value at the 5% level (6.890 > 1.985) and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05 have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The F-test results indicate that the regression model used is significant with an F-value greater than the critical F-value (200.848 > 2.70) and a significance value (sig) of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that product quality and service quality together have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The R-test results show a strong correlation between the independent variables and the dependent variable (R = 0.899). The R-Square test results indicate that 0.809 or 80.9% of the variation in customer loyalty can be explained by service quality and customer value, while the remaining 19.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
