Abstract

This research examines the obstacles in applying the principles of restorative justice in resolving criminal acts of violence against child in South Konawe. The research uses normative juridical methods with statutory regulations and a case approach. Data was obtained through a literature review of primary and secondary legal materials. The results of the research show that there are two main obstacles in the implementation of restorative justice, namely legal protection for law enforcement officers who use the mediation process to take financial advantage, as well as the failure to realize peace due to the lack of recognition of criminal acts and the withdrawal of peace due to stressful conditions. To overcome these obstacles, it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring system, establish clear mechanisms regarding peace money, and increase understanding of the essence of restorative justice for all parties involved.

Abstract

This research seeks to explain the role of community participation in development, the active involvement of the community or participation can mean involvement in the process of determining the direction of the development policy strategy implemented by the government. In terms of planning, community participation as the frontline in the implementation of development can be seen during the implementation of the Village Development Planning Meeting (MUSREMBANG). This research design is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The type of data used in this research is qualitative. Data collection techniques were carried out in several ways, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that community participation in development planning in kamung yoka has not been maximized. This is illustrated by the lack of interest and desire of the community to attend and play an active role in the Village Development Planning Meeting (MUSREMBANG)

Abstract

The Indonesian state guarantees and protects all citizens in all aspects. Indonesian citizens have the right to legal protection, as stated in Article 27 paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, which states that “All citizens shall be equal before the law and government and shall uphold the law and government with no exception”. In this article, citizens have the right to legal protection. In connection with the rights, in Article 27 paragraph (1) mentioned above, citizens also have obligations, one of which is obliged to obey the law and government. In everyday life, despite the implementation of laws and regulations, there are often behaviors from the community and corporations that deviate or conflict with laws and regulations. In connection with trade activities that sell a product, there are still business actors who have not maintained the halalness of a product such as not obtaining a Halal Certificate, this is of course very detrimental to the community as consumers, various matters related to consumer protection issues have always been discussed by the community, especially the community as disadvantaged consumers. This research is a normative juridical legal research, the purpose of this research is to be able to produce legal arguments regarding the perspective of criminal law on products that have not been certified halal in Indonesia, as well as to find out the regulation of halal certification and halal labeling as a form of legitimacy of the halalness of a product and legal protection for consumers in Indonesia

Abstract

In the era of globalization, it requires institutions to manage in order to create quality human resources in accordance with existing demands. This study aims to determine the quality of educational services and graduate satisfaction of LKP Vision College. The research method is a qualitative approach to reveal educational services and graduate satisfaction with interactive model analysis. The results of this study indicate that the quality of educational services at LKP Vision College plays an important role in ensuring graduate satisfaction. A clear division of labor between each division in this institution supports the achievement of structured and quality educational goals. However, although LKP Vision College has provided quite complete facilities, there are some shortcomings that need to be considered to further improve service quality. The absence of a document shredder and some facilities that have not been optimized can reduce the comfort and professionalism of the institution.

Abstract

At this time the problem that occurs in Waibron Village is the utilization of groundwater as a source of clean water for daily consumption, while there are 3 surface water sources that have the potential as raw water sources. Thus, it is necessary to utilize existing water sources, therefore it is necessary to plan a clean water supply system by utilizing raw water sources, namely Waibron river water. Thus, the objectives of the study were to determine the characteristics of Waibron river water, the water needs of the Waibron Village community and plan a clean water supply system. The type of research is descriptive by measuring the quality and quantity of raw water. Planning is carried out by planning the water needs of the Waibron Village community for 20 years of planning, namely 2021-2041, water quality based on laboratory tests shows that the physical and chemical parameters are still below the quality standards, while the total coliform microbiological parameters are 2 MPN/100 ML which exceeds the quality standards based on PERMENKES No.32 of 2017. Based on the calculation of raw water quantity, it is 13.392 liters / second or 1,157,068, 8 liters / day. With the total water demand of Waibron Village, namely 741,762 liters / day in 2041, the current amount of water discharge can meet domestic and non-domestic needs. In the planning of the clean water supply system unit, it is determined that the free channel Intake has dimensions of 54 m3, a sedimentation unit with dimensions of 52.4 m3, a 20 liter chlorination basin, a 242 m3 dimensioned reservoir. The planned piping system uses HDPE type pipes with dimensions in 4 inch transmission pipes and 2 ½ inch distribution pipes and 0.5 inch SR pipes. In the process of distributing clean water, simulations are carried out using the Epanet 2.0 program and the average remaining pressure on the pipe network is ± 10 m so that the flow can be fulfilled in 24 hours of distribution.

Abstract

Salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di industri MICE di Indonesia adalah The Pokémon Company. The Pokémon Company, menggelar Pikachu’s Indonesia Journey atau Perjalanan Pikachu Indonesia sebagai event besar resmi di beberapa kota besar di Indonesia dan salah satunya ada di pulau bali. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh social media marketing dan brand image terhadap keputusan berkunjung pada Event Pikachu’s Indonesia Journey in Bali. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif kausal menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis (uji t, uji F, dan uji analisis koefisien determinasi (R)). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh pengunjung event pada Event Pokemon Run di Pikachu’s Indonesia Journey In Bali yang berjumlah 3500 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan rumus slovin. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, bahwa social media marketing dan brand image secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung. social media marketing dan brand image juga secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian dari uji koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa social media marketing dan brand image berpengaruh terhadap keputusan berkunjung sebesar 78,7% sedangkan sisanya 21,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

P.T Tebo Prima is a company engaged in coal mining which is located in the village of Sungai Bengkal Village. The mining method used is open pit mining using this method will cause an impact in the form of former mining holes which are commonly called voids. The aims of this research are to; Analyzing Existing Void Water Bodies Using the NDWI Method, and Analyzing Changes in Boundary Areas of Water Bodies. This study uses remote sensing-based data in the form of aerial photo data and Landsat 8 OLI/TIRS imagery. The method used in this study is the NDWI (Normalized Difference Water Index) method to compare the level of wetness in satellite images. This research uses Google Earth Pro, Global Mapper, and Surfer software. Based on the results of image data processing on the Global Mapper software, the area of ex-coal mining voids in May 2019 was 1.77 Ha, June was 1.33 Ha, July was 2.25 Ha, October was 2 ,77 Ha. Factors that  affect  changes  in the area of  water bodies  in the  voids are; Changes  in soil sedimentation in water bodies due to erosion by water There is water intrusion that enters through small rivers around the void, high rainfall in how many months so that it increases the water discharge in the void.   Keywords: Void; Change in Existing Void Area; NDWI

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Mendeskripsikan program MPD dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan MTsN di Aceh Tenggara (2) Mendeskripsikan Implikasi program MPD dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan MTsN di Aceh Tenggara (3) Mendeskripsikan hasil implikasi program MPD dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan MTsN di Aceh Tenggara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpalan data menggunakan teori moeloeng yaitu : observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian secara parsial diperoleh pengaruh langsung (1) Program MPD dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan MTsN di Aceh Tenggara berjalan dengan baik. (2) Implikasi program MPD dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan MTsN di Aceh Tenggara berjalan dengan baik dengan catatan peng upgrade guru secara menyeluruh. (3) Hasil implikasi program MPD dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan MTsN di Aceh Tenggara juga menghasilkan perbaikan signifikan dan berefek pada MPD sendiri dan MTs se Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara

Abstract

Burnout adalah kondisi fisik dan mental akibat stres kerja berlebihan yang mengakibatkan penurunan produktivitas dan ketidakmampuan dalam menjalankan tugas profesi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor usia, jenis kelamin, status pernikahan, pendidikan, masa kerja, dan stres kerja terhadap burnout pada perawat IGD di RSUP Haji Adam Malik Medan pada 2024. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross-sectional dengan teknik total sampling pada 49 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masa kerja dan stres kerja memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan burnout (p<0,05), sementara jenis kelamin, pendidikan, usia, dan status pernikahan tidak berhubungan signifikan. Sebanyak 57,1% perawat mengalami burnout. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar perawat mengembangkan sikap positif, bersyukur, dan membantu orang lain untuk mencegah serta mengurangi burnout.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis pengaruh desain dan fitur pada kemanfaatan serta kemudahan akses website bisnis terhadap penerimaan pelanggan. Kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah mendorong semakin banyaknya bisnis yang memanfaatkan website sebagai platform utama dalam menawarkan produk atau layanan. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk memahami sejauh mana desain dan fitur website dapat memengaruhi persepsi pelanggan terkait kemanfaatan (usefulness) dan kemudahan akses (ease of use), yang pada gilirannya mempengaruhi penerimaan mereka terhadap layanan yang ditawarkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei, dimana data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden pengguna website bisnis di berbagai sektor. Kuesioner diukur dengan SEM untuk mengevaluasi persepsi pelanggan mengenai desain, fitur, kemanfaatan, kemudahan akses, serta tingkat penerimaan terhadap website bisnis. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel desain dan fitur website dengan penerimaan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desain dan fitur website memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kemanfaatan dan kemudahan akses yang dirasakan oleh pengguna. Secara spesifik, desain yang intuitif, navigasi yang mudah, dan fitur interaktif (seperti personalisasi dan rekomendasi produk) dapat meningkatkan persepsi kemanfaatan website, yang pada gilirannya memperkuat penerimaan pelanggan. Selain itu, kemudahan akses yang tinggi, termasuk kecepatan loading dan kompatibilitas mobile, berkontribusi besar terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan meningkatkan penerimaan mereka terhadap bisnis tersebut.
