Abstract

Youth is an individual who when viewed physically is experiencing development and psychologically is experiencing emotional development, so that youth are human resources for development both now and in the future. As a candidate for the next generation who will replace the previous generation. The aspect of human personality that functions to actualize its potential is called self-confidence. Problems will arise if people don't have self-confidence, and one of the weaknesses of Indonesian youth today is a lack of self-confidence. Efforts to increase self-confidence for adolescents who experience self-doubt can be done by learning and practicing. Problems that occur in students such as difficulty in adjusting, conflicts with parents or friends, personal problems, or academic problems, and unpreparedness in facing exams, then the main quality that a student must have is self-confidence. Self-confidence is one of the elements that will help individuals win life's struggles easily. Children should be told the importance of self-confidence. Pessimism and give up easily will hinder our journey. Confidence is the key to achieving goals. The problems that occur to students at PKBM 02 Karet Tengsin, Tanah Abang, Jakarta are due to the lack of self-confidence of students. The series of implementation of service activities are carried out in two stages. The first stage is observation where the university visits PKBM Research and Technology 02 Karet Tengsin, Tanah Abang to identify problems that occur in students regarding self-development problems. The second stage is to carry out activities to provide material on increasing self-development for the millennial generation.Keyword: self development, millennial generation

Abstract

Teknologi yang semakin canggih harus diimbangi dengan kemampuan dan ktetrampilan yang menunjang pekembangannya. Oleh sebab itu dalam menghadapai era digital diperlukan pengembangan SDM yang professional serta siap menghadapai perkembangan teknologi.  Oleh Karena itu untuk menghadapi era tersebut SDM diwajibkan untuk selalu melakukan perubahan perubahan ke arah yang lebih baik.  Terdapat  2 hal yang dapat dilakukan guna memenuhi tuntutan tersebut.  Dua hal tersebut yaitu menyediakan SDM yang kompeten serta penyediaan fasilitas sarana prasarana yang mendukung. Politeknik LP3I Jakarta dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat turut menjadi bagian dalam rangkan mengoptimalkan kemampuan dan ketrampilan karyawan di SMPN 1 Bekasi. Hal ini dilakukan dalam bentuk pelatihan pembuatan program e-filing perpustakaan yang diberikan kepada karyawan SMPN 1 Bekasi serta penjelasannya khususnya kepada petugas yang menangani pekerjaan perpustakaan dan admin sekolah. Tujuan program pelatihan ini adalah memberikan edukasi dan meningkatkan ketrampilan karyawan dalam penggunaan  software e-filing perpustakaan sekolah berbasis digital serta menambah wawasan tentang Aplikasi e-filing dan penggunaannya serta pengelolaan Administrasi perpustakaan berbasis elektronik dalam bidang kearsipan sehingga dapat memberikan pelayanan yang berkualitas kepada warga sekolah baik murid maupun pengujung perpustakaan. Target luaran yang ingin dicapai dari  program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah adanya harapan atas peningkatan ketrampilan yang dimiliki masyarakat ini yaitu karyawan serta ,e,bantu memajukan SMPN 1 Bekasi dalam proses akreditasi. Bagi dosen-dosen LP3I dapat menjadikan sebagai tempat untuk mendistribusikan ilmu dan pengetahuannya yang bermanfaat bagi masyarakat, sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai artikel jurnal yang di publikasi yang terbit pada jurnal nasional.Kata Kunci : Pelatihan, Software E-Filing, Karyawan

Abstract

Millennials were born by the digital era where technology has become an inseparable part of their lives. This has become an impetus for many companies to also switch to the digital realm. The Millennial Generation spends time communicating via the internet or smart phones and social media, while the previous generation prefers to communicate face-to-face. However, instead of using technology appropriately, many Millennials use various platforms for unnecessary things, such as excessive surfing on the internet, focusing on various hoaxes on social media, to inappropriate self-actualization. The digital era has also made the current generation lose focus on religious values. Efforts to overcome the problems of the Millennial Generation in achieving success in this world and the hereafter are socialization of the importance of developing various Millennial characteristics, including having a realistic vision of the future, rich in innovative ideas, smart in managing finances, being confident and opening up to new insights.Keywords: Digital Era, Millennials, Success, Generation.

Abstract

Kegiatan pelatihan pengelolaan data menggunakan microsoft excel bagi para tutor di PKBM Negeri 21 Tebet berlangsung sangat baik. Kegiatan ini berlokasi di PKBM Negeri 21 Tebet Jakarta pada tanggal 10 Desember 2020. Tahapan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu identifikasi kebutuhan / masalah, pengambilan alternatif keputusan, pengambilan keputusan, implementasi keputusan, serta evaluasi pelaksanaan. Dalam imlementasi pelaksanaan ada sebagian tutor yang masih kurang memahami tetapi diberikan pendampingan yang intens selama pelatihan sehingga semua tutor dapat memahami materi yang diberikan dari awal sampai akhir. Pentingnya pengeloaan data bagi para tutor di PKBM Negeri 21 Tebet untuk dapat meningkatkan kinerja nya seperti memudahkan dalam proses laporan penilaian siswa ataupun proses pelaporan para tutor itu sendiri ke dinas pendidikan.Kata kunci : PKBM, Pengelolaan Data, Pelatihan

Abstract

Teknologi yang pada ahkirnya hendak memahami dunia perindustrian, baik dari sisi pembelajaran sampai ke bermacam aspek pekerjaan dengan memudahkan seluruh akses dalam melaksanakan sesuatu kegiatan penjualan baik di kota ataupun wilayah Dimana baju ialah sesuatu kebutuhan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari manusia terlebih kebaya. Sebab semacam dikenal kalau Negeri Indonesia tidak lepas dari kebutuhan hendak baju kebaya, baik digunakan dalam kegiatan resmi ataupun sehari-hari, kebaya meruapakan budaya aset nenek moyang bangsa Indonesia yang telah sepatutnya dilestarikan. Oleh karena itu, pemanfaatan teknologi untuk pemasaran serta pelestarian baju kebaya dan salon kecantikan jadi salah satu industry jasa yang sangat banyak diminati oleh warga. Tujuan daripada aktivitas dedikasi kepada warga ini merupakan supaya warga sanggup melestarikan dengan mengawali usaha menjahit kebaya serta salon kecantikan yang bisa menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas dengan menggunakan akun media sosial semacam tiktok dalam mempromosikan benda hasil usaha pengrajin. Akun media sosial tiktok bisa diganti jadi akun bisnis dengan mengganti akun individu jadi akun bisnis. Hasil dari aktivitas ini merupakan untuk pelakon usaha salon kecantikan serta usaha menjahit kebaya sudah mengganti akun tiktok individu jadi akun tiktok bisnis dengan mengubah di pengaturan, sehingga untuk pelakon usaha menjahit kebaya dan salon kecantikan bisa memperluas ruang lingkup usahanya dengan melaksanakan promosi pada media sosial tiktok.Kata Kunci: Mendesain Video, Tiktok, Menjahit K eBay, Salon Kecantikan

Abstract

Basic data management using Microsoft Excel tools is the initial material given in studying functions in Microsoft Excel so that all participants, both beginners and those who have studied  before, can easily understand and practice, while the material given starts from understanding Microsoft Excel. , advantages and disadvantages, operators, basic mathematical formulas and calculation functions. the purpose of holding community service with this theme is so that people can easily and practice how to manage data in the form of calculations to reporting using Microsoft Excel so that work will be completed faster when compared to manual management. Abstract

E-commerce is an activity of distributing, selling, purchasing, marketing products (goods and services), by utilizing the internet network. Even though consumers and sellers do not meet face-to-face, transactions continue to run smoothly. In other words, e-commerce offers convenience in shopping online. Since the Covid-19 Pandemic, the level of internet use in Indonesia has been increasing. This pandemic condition forces or requires people to work from home, and nowadays it is common for us to hear about Work From Home (WFH) or study online. All activities carried out, the majority use the internet, both for personal needs (social media), financial transactions, and even used for face-to-face meetings through cyberspace (webinar or zoom meet or google meet and so on). This community service activity in the form of E-Commerce Training aims to provide knowledge and skills on how to use E-Commerce for electronic commerce to residents learning Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM) Negeri 11 Manggarai as an effective and efficient means of selling/promoting products, as well as encouraging citizens learn to use E-Commerce as a means for business opportunities and business development. The method or method used in carrying out community service activities is to use the online method which is divided into three stages, namely: First, Material Presentation in the form of Theory, Second, Simulation Method. Commerce and the use of smartphones, the three methods of discussion or question and answer between the material filler and the training participants. The participants in this training activity are lecturers from the Jakarta LP3I Polytechnic lecturer. This community service activity will be held on Friday, March 5, 2021, at 13.00-15.00 WIB. Abstract

The most important problems faced by  YAPPA Vocational Hihg Scholl graduatesok is how to find a job after graduating fromvocational education. This is the problem because there is a discrepancy between the curriculum  established by government and the condition that takes palce in the school and its entiremanagement to absorb and imply the curriculum. Several factors that cause this imbalance includes the unavailability of human resources to implement the curriculum optimally, and also due tothe financial condition of school so that the school cannot fulfill the requirements  requested by curriculum. In addition to the school factotr,  parents’ economic factor also determine  learning outcome where people are unable to meet the demands of school to meet the learning requirement.. This is bacouse most of school student at YAPPA Vocational High School come from poor family and orphans. So, Community Service Program from Polytechnic  LP3I Jakarta is expected to contribute to the problem faced by YAPPA Vocational High School graduates in the future.Keyword : Work Preparation, Industrial Age

Abstract

Passion related to work may make us forget that the work done is for someone else, so that any given task will be completed easily. Without passion, someone will not find ease in his work because we are not happy with what we are doing now. The purpose of this webinar activity is to share knowledge about how to find passion in the world of work with university students, high school students, and the general public. For the webinar method given, it is done by conducting presentations and discussion questions and answers. The Zoom application is used to present material to participants. This webinar provides an overview to participants that passion actually plays an important role in the world of work from our point of view as workers and also that the passion of workers who are fully supported either by the company or by individuals will make work performance higher above average. Keywords : Passion, work, performance

Abstract

Strategi pemasaran digital saat ini telah banyak digunakan hampir di semua perusahaan, alasannnya adalah agar lebih cepat, mudah dan luas dalam menjangkau konsumen. Digital marketing adalah upaya pemasaran produk dengan menggunakan media digital dan jaringan internel seperti website, blog, media social (Instagram, Whatsapp, facebokk, dll). Perubahan perilaku pemasaran dari konvensional ke digital tidak diimbangi oleh keberadaan UKM yang menggunakan digital marketing, padahal UKM dipercaya mampu memacu perekonomian Indonesia. Pemanfaatan konsep pemasaran berbasis teknologi digital menjadi harapan bagi UKM untuk dapat lebih berkembang di masa pandemi seperti saat ini, khususnya untuk publisitas produk dan membangun hubungan jangka panjang dengan konsumen. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah metode online, metode caramah/pemberian materi dan metode diskusi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan beberapa solusi agar mampu mempertahankan keberlangsungan usaha yaitu memanfaatkan kebijakan new normal, meningkatkan pengetahuan digital marketing dan meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai pemanfaatan media social Whatsapp business sebagai media promosi penjualan. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat bagi para pelaku UKM dalam memberikan saran-saran terutama mengenai strategi pemasaran digital marketing di masa pandemic Covid-19.Kata kunci : UKM, digital marketing, COVID-19
