Abstract

The role of archives in every organization or institution is very important, one of which is as a memory center. Organizations will find it difficult to prove something if the organization does not have good records. In principle, archives have several important roles where the aim is to help smooth organizational activities in planning organizational policies. The school is one of the organizations that has many archives, for example invitations both official and committee, diplomas, student report cards, school accreditation files, teacher administration, school administration, championship administration owned by school residents, and others. These archives will be very unfortunate if not managed properly, because it is important for the progress and success of the school. The problems that occurred at SDN Sukaresmi 04 Bekasi Regency related to archives were due to the lack of awareness of educators and education staff in the importance of managing archives, especially regarding the types of documents and about how to archive school documents. The series of service activities are carried out in two stages. The first stage is observation where universities make visits to SDN Sukaresmi 04, Bekasi Regency to identify problems that occur during the documentation process of administrative activities at the school. The second stage is to carry out activities to provide material regarding archiving documents in schools for educators and education staff.Keyword: archiving documents, schools

Abstract

Saat ini di banyak aspek dalam kehidupan manusia diisi oleh teknologi AI. Penggunaan Kecerdasan Buatan sadar atau tidak telah diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Banyak aplikasi yang sudah menerapkan kecerdasan buatan sebagai kelebihan dari aplikasi tersebut. Dalam dunia pendidikan pun AI dapat mempermudah kinerja guru, terutama dalam urusan administratif seperti menentukan nilai akhir berdasarkan bobot penilaian. teknologi AI juga dapat mempermudah guru dalam melangsungkan kegiatan belajar mengajar. Kegiatan PKM ini ditujukan agar pemahaman mitra dalam hal pembuatan bahan ajar menggunakan artificial intelligence guna meningkatkan kualitas diri dan proses pembelajaran pada khususnya dan Pendidikan Nasional pada umumnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode “ceramah”, disertai pemberian informasi berbentuk pemaparan materi dan diskusi interaktif serta dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan pembuatan bahan ajar menggunakan artificial intelligence. Diskusi interaktif memberikan kesempatan kepada tim pengusul dan guru berinterkaksi guna memastikan pemahan pemaparan materi pembuatan bahan ajar menggunakan artificial intelligence.Kata kunci: kecerdasan buatan, guru, proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

In the teaching and learning process, there are three aspects of ability that are targeted, namely knowledge, attitudes, and skills. The balance between these three aspects requires serious attention from teachers and all related parties in schools or in educational institutions. Students are nurtured and educated not only as intelligent, but at the same time have good social sensitivity, morals/character and religion, so that students are born as a religious generation. To achieve these educational goals with religious nuances, teachers are expected to be able to deliver students who have the intelligence to understand good morals through setting an example by showing good behavior so that students can emulate and apply it in everyday life. School is a place of learning for children. The purpose of the school itself is to teach about teaching students to become students who are able to advance the nation. In schools there is interaction between students and their teachers, which is called the teaching and learning process. In the teaching and learning process, of course, it does not always run smoothly or efficiently, but there are also problems encountered in learning, as well as for students at school, of course there are many obstacles or problems faced by students. This happens due to several factors besides that the attitudes and behavior of each student are of course different so that it can cause problems at school whether studying or not. The series of service activities is carried out in three stages. The first stage is observation where universities pay visits to SMKN 16 Jakarta to identify problems that occur in student character during the learning process at school. The second stage is carrying out activities for providing material and muhasabah for students, while the third stage is the evaluation stage related to the implementation of community service.Keyword: character building, muhasabah, generation Z

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide training to teachers on how to manage educational services through the use of the Google calendar application during this pandemic transition that can reach many parties. Data collection uses participatory observation techniques so that the team is able to observe the events that occur and obtain the information sought to answer questions that are partner’s problems. It is conducted before and during the activity. In conclusion, the use of any application in the management of school activities has advantages and disadvantages. With this socialization, teachers will no longer experience the hassle of using the Google calendar application, especially in terms of utilizing a number of features in the application and its use in making schedules or reminders for future school agendas.Keywords: Appilcation, Google Calendar, Sechedule

Abstract

After completing formal education, a person has the hope of getting a job and starting a career. A high school graduate, diploma or bachelor of course also wants to earn their own income or find a job. Therefore, new graduates need to have a strategy so that they can be looked at by companies or employers. Both strategies in making Curriculum Vitae and preparing for job interviews. Seeing this, the Jakarta LP3I Polytechnic together with PT SOS, which is a higher education partner, held training in the form of community service activities in order to improve CV writing skills and interview preparation for prospective employees of PT SOS. The purpose of this training is to meet the information and knowledge needs of PT S.O.S prospective  employees  in  preparing  documents  and  job  interviews.  Provision  of  making  a Curriculum Vitae and interview preparation for prospective job candidates at PT SOS is expected to have self-branding, recognize each other's weaknesses and strengths, be able to write them in the Curriculum  Vitae  and  be  able  to  present  them  during interviews.  The  method  provided  is  by delivering material in the form of seminars and direct assistance in making CVs and practicing job interviews. The result of this service activity is that after participating in the training, participants are expected to be proficient in making a Curriculum Vitae as a provision for applying for jobs to be able to promote themselves and provide information about their abilities so as to give a strong impression in the eyes of recruiters and are ready to undergo a job interview session.Key words: Training, Development, Curriculum Vitae, Job Interview

Abstract

This Community Service (PkM) aims to optimize taxpayer awareness in Sutawinangun Village, Kedawung District, Cirebon Regency. The method used is tax information and socialization introduction, as well as a participatory approach by involving the community in tax education programs. This PkM involves taxpayers consisting of traders, farmers, and informal sector workers. The results of this study show that through an effective participatory approach and tax education, taxpayer awareness can be significantly increased. This is evidenced by the increasing number of taxpayers who pay taxes regularly and the increasing revenue from taxes. Tax information and socialization introduction and a participatory approach in tax education programs are effective strategies to increase taxpayer awareness. In this PkM, several steps are taken to achieve the goal of optimizing taxpayer awareness. First, identification of problems related to low taxpayer awareness and its causes. Next, a tax education program is designed that involves the community in a participatory manner. The program includes providing information on the importance of paying taxes, how to calculate and pay taxes, as well as the benefits of taxes for village development.Keywords: Optimization, Taxpayer Awareness, Property Tax

Abstract

Curriculum Vitae bukanlah hal yang baru atau asing bagi sebagian orang, Curriculum Vitae sendiri merupakan dokumen yang berisikan tentang gambaran kualifikasi seseorang mengenai data pribadi, riwayat pendidikan, pelatihan dan  kemampuan/ skills, minat yang dimiliki oleh seseorang juga meliputi pengalamannya baik dalam berorganisasi maupun bekerja. Fungsi Curriculum Vitae biasanya digunakan ketika seseorang ingin melamar pekerjaan. Curriculum Vitae merupakan pintu pertama yang akan membukakan kesempatan dalam mendapatkan pekerjaan yang diinginkan tersebut. Dalam pembuatan Curriculum Vitae tentunya perlu dibuat menarik dan informatif supaya pembaca (HRD) tertarik dan untuk selanjutnya memberikan jadwal interview. Saat ini sudah tersedia banyak template Curriculum Vitae yang bisa didapatkan baik secara gratis maupun berbayar. Namun sekalipun ada template tetap penting bagi calon pelamar untuk bisa membuat Curriculum Vitae yang sesuai dengan klasifikasinya masing-masing, supaya Curriculum Vitae bisa dipertanggungjawabkan pada saat interview. interview merupakan proses komunikasi interaksi antara dua pihak yang setidaknya satu diantara mereka memiliki tujuan serius yang telah ditetapkan dan melibatkan proses Tanya jawab tentang sesuatu. interview merupakan suatu proses interaktif, karena adanya proses pertukaran atau melibatkan pembagian peran, tanggung jawab, kepercayaan, emosi, perasaan, motif dan juga informasi. Dengan begitu, bila ada satu orang yang berbicara terus menerus, sementara yang lain hanya mendengarkan saja, maka dapat dikatakan bukan wawancara, tetapi lebih tepat sebagai ceramah atau pidato. Yang mana Pada Interview terdapat dua pihak, ada orang yang mewawancarai / pewawancara dan ada orang yang diwawancara / responden, dimana kedua pihak saling berinteraksi dalam posisi yang tidak selalu sejajar dalam proses Tanya jawab. Adakalanya pewawancara lebih banyak bicara dengan bertanya, dan sebaliknya dapat terjadi responden lebih banyak berbicara dan bercerita untuk menjelaskan sesuatu secara panjang lebar dan detail.Untuk dapat melewati interview ada beberapa hal yang harus kita persiapkan, hal tersebut merupakan persiapan secara fisik (tampil dengan rapi dan menarik), persiapan secara mental ( membuat diri kita lebih tenang dan menghilangkan rasa grogi), persiapan secara  administrasi  (  mempersiapkan  dokumen  yang  dibutuhkan)  dan  menyerahkan  usaha  kita terhadap tuhan agar diberikan hasil yang terbaik Pengabdian Masyarakat Ini Membahas bagaimana siswa siswi SMKS AL Badar Balaraja Tangerang dapat membuat Curriculum Vitae yang informatif dan mampu menghadapi interview kerja.Kata Kunci: Curriculum Vitae, Interview Kerja

Abstract

Karang Cadets have a vision and mission that becomes an end goal, namely improving the quality of youth resources towards anadvancement that is aligned through Karang Taruna. The development of creativity of the younger generation to establish brotherhood and a sense of togetherness becomes an organizational partner, both youth and government in the development ofcreativity and ability in the field of Social Welfare. The mission of cadet coral is to improve the quality of youth resources through Karang Taruna, Increase the social responsibility of Karang Taruna in the development of social welfare, Develop the creativity ofthe younger generation to establish brotherhood. Based on the vision and mission above, there is a big agenda whose benefits are very much awaited by the wider community, namely the work of cadet corals and has an important role in community management.However, in the direction of more community management, cadet coral brushes themselves are required to make improvements interms of organizations and institutions managed by youth. This now digital condition becomes a momentum to activate the youththrough activities that provide benefits to other communities. Abstract

Students who study in non-formal education have the same opportunities in the world of work. The problem of the lack of information and skills that they have causes them to be less competitive in the world of work. Everyone, whether they realize it or not, will one day have the opportunity to speak. For many people, speaking in public is an extraordinary fear like being at the end of the age. Most people feel very nervous when speaking in public or as a public speaker. There are many things that must be mastered to be a good public speaker. Mastery of the material to be delivered, use of appropriate language and presentation methods, use of body language and vocal expressions and much more. In addition, mastery of the stage and practice are also things that must be learned. In order to prepare supplies to face the world of work, community service activities carried out by the Jakarta LP3I Polytechnic and attended by PKBM participants are in the form of Communication Skill Training with the Theme of Worryless Presentation Technique. With this training, it is hoped that it can provide knowledge and skills on how to present material through oral and written (slides), and can increase the confidence of the participants, especially in communicating in front of the public. Community Service Activities (P2M) are science and technology practices carried out by higher education institutions through the scientific method directly to the community outside the campus, especially in the context of transforming, developing, and disseminating science and technology. Overall, the Worry-Free Presentation Technique training activity in the communication process was considered successful. This success can be seen from the satisfaction of the participants after participating in the activity, interactive discussions and comments from the participants which were conveyed through messages after participating in this activity.Keywords : Communication Skills, Presentation Techniques, Public Speaking

Abstract

There are many MSME business actors and they are spread across urban, rural, and even remote areas. MSME businesses do not require a high level of education so that Indonesian people with low levels of education can also become actors in this business. Due to the lack of knowledge and understanding of accounting and business financial reports, the purpose of this activity is to increase understanding of the importance of recording and preparing financial reports in accordance with the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM). This activity was carried out using the method of socialization and mentoring of one of the MSME actors in Yogyakarta, namely Meyva Collection. Previously, business actors still used private in their business results, did not separate personal and business transaction accounts, and did not record consignment sales. The results of this community service activity are expected to increase the knowledge of Meyva Collection business actors by routinely recording expenses such as sewing wages, purchasing raw materials for fabrics, determining the cost of production, so that they can make financial statements of profit and loss. In addition, we also hope that Meyva Collection business actors will routinely record direct sales and consignment income in accordance with SAK EMKM. This activity can foster a mindset in business actors that understanding financial report information based on SAK EMKM is very important for business development and capital participation.
