The function and purpose of national education is to develop and shape the character and civilization of a dignified nation in the context of the intellectual life of the nation, aiming to develop the potential of students to become human beings who are devoted to both parents and useful for the homeland and religion. In order to be more deeply embedded in students' souls, the process of implementing character education, entrepreneurship education, and creative economy needs to be carried out through good planning and an effective learning approach and carried out jointly by all school members, through integration in subjects, local content and activities. -activities in self-development (Depdiknas, 2006). Entrepreneurship education aims to develop an entrepreneurial spirit, informing that the traits developed are responsible (94%) and risk-taking (97%). Fenomena maraknya aksi penipuan yang dilakukan secara sadar atau tidak oleh para pelaku usaha di media sosial dan televisi membuat banyak konsumen resah. Hal yang juga dialami oleh para peserta penyuluhan ini. UU 8 Tahun 1999 Tentang Perlindungan Konsumen memaksa para pelaku usaha untuk menerapkan hak, kewajiban, dan tanggung jawabnya pada konsumen. Politeknik LP3I Jakarta bekerjasama dengan PKBM Ristek Nusantara Jaya Jakarta dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini. Para peserta dibekali pengetahuan hukum agar mampu menghadapi perilaku tidak baik dari konsumen, dan upaya pengembangan usaha mereka di kemudian hari dari aspek yuridis. Mendapakan Izin Berusaha merupakan perlindungan hukum untuk ketenangan dan kemudahan usaha mereka. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan hukum melalui aplikasi zoom secara daring. Kata kunci: Penyuluhan, Perlindungan Hukum, Usaha Kecil dan Mikro.

Yaa Bunaya Islamic Boarding School located in Purwakarta is a growing Islamic boarding school. The administrators of the Yaa Bunaya Islamic Boarding School want to expand the marketing of the Islamic boarding school which so far has only been done by word of mouth. Currently, Islamic boarding school administrators want to use social media, especially Youtube and Tiktok, as a digital marketing tool that can be used to expand the marketing of Islamic boarding schools with the aim of getting more new students quickly. It is hoped that the training and assistance provided by the team of community service lecturers in making videos for Youtube and TikTok can help increase the income of the number of new students at the Yaa Bunaya Islamic Boarding School in Purwakarta.Keyword: youtube, tiktok, digital marketing

The 2013 curriculum brings changes to the world of education, especially in entrepreneurship education and crafts and creative economy subjects. The concept of the Creative Economy is a concept in the new economic era whose main supports are information and creativity, where ideas and stock of knowledge from Human Resources (HR) are the main factors in economic activity. Creative ideas that come from entrepreneurs require a touch of innovation to sell in the market. The innovation needed by entrepreneurs is the ability to add value to products and maintain product quality by paying attention to market orientation. The increase in the use value of a product will also increase the selling power of the product in the market, because there is an increase in the economic value of the product for consumers. During the covid-19 pandemic, tutors felt obstacles in implementing craft subjects and the creative economy, especially in helping students market business products. Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, the products were marketed through market day activities which were held after the craft and creative economy subjects took 4 meetings.The solution provided by the Jakarta LP3I Polytechnic to PKBM 11 Manggarai, South Jakarta is to provide Entrepreneurship Activity Development Training in Craft and Creative Economy Subjects with the theme "Implementation of Digital Marketing as a Marketing Strategy in the Covid-19 Pandemic Period" for PKBM 11 Manggarai tutors, with the hope tutors can master digital marketing skills and then teach these skills to students as a tool for promoting products produced while participating in crafts and creative economy subjects.Keyword: Craft and Creative Economy, digital marketing, PKBM

Independent housewives need financial support who are members of a group of inclusive economic and financial development programs under the name Asmarandhana under the guidance of Rorokenes. Its administrative activities are located at Jalan Bukit Putri No.17 Bukit Sari Semarang. Some of these mothers have children with special needs, so they have difficulty if they have to work outside the home leaving their children. Most of the mothers run businesses on a small scale with various types of businesses, which are used to fulfill their daily needs. Most of the members of the Asmarandhana group in their business practices have not implemented good financial management. In financial management there is no separation between business finances and family finances so that income does not reflect business profits and cannot describe the condition of business profits and losses. The purpose of service activities is to provide better knowledge, understanding and skills for Asmarandhana group members in managing business finances in improving family welfare and forming target community members into productive and beneficial communities for the surrounding community. The form of this service activity is to provide business financial management training, namely how to manage transactions, how to prepare financial reports including income statements, capital changes reports, balance sheets and cash flow reports. The service activity was held on Saturday, June 4, 2022 at the Soto Pandanaran Hall on the 2nd (second) floor. This activity is carried out for 1 (one) day from 10.00 to 13.00 (1 x 3 hours). Service activities are carried out through the stages of Focus Group Discussion (FGD), lectures, discussions and questions and answers. The service participants were very enthusiastic in participating in the training activities. The service participants felt very helped by the training activities in managing business finances. The training participants thought that recording transactions and preparing reports were simpler, shorter and more practical and easier to understand.Keywords: Independent Housewives, Rorokenes, Finance

Perkembangan ketenagakerjaan di Indonesia makin tajam dan dinamis sehingga tingkat persaingan pun semakin tinggi, apalagi di situasi pandemic covid-19 seperti sekarang ini. Oleh karena itu pembekalan diri bagi siswa/i SMK merupakan hal yang sangat penting, mengingat banyaknya lulusan SMK yang ingin langsung memasuki dunia kerja. Mereka harus meningkatkan kualitas dirinya agar siap bersaing dengan tenaga kerja lulusan berbagai sekolah dan lulusan perguruan tinggi. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah sebagai solusi untuk membantu memberikan bekal kepada siswa/i SMK untuk lebih percaya diri dalam memasuki dunia kerja. Media yang digunakan adalah media online, dengan metode ceramah, pemberian materi dan diskusi. Hasil dari pengabdian yaitu memberikan bekal dan yang bermanfaat seperti merubah mindset siswa tentang soft skill yang dimiliki, merubah perilaku, rasa tanggung jawab, kejujuran, memiliki pengetahuan dalam membuat surat lamaran, kepercayaan diri menghadapi wawancara dan memanajemen (pengendalian) diri, dan keterampilan berkomunikasi yang efektif, serta kemampuan bekerjasama dalam keragaman. Kesimpulan dari pengabdian ini memberikan manfaat bagi siswa/i menjadi lebih percaya diri dan siap bersaing.Kata Kunci : Pembekalan, Persiapan, Dunia Kerja

Having communication skills is important for everyone, especially for students who are still learning to get knowledment. The importance of the ability to communicate for students is one of the means of supporting the success of students' achievements in learning. Implementation activities to build communication skills for students and teachers at PKBM Negeri 23 Jakarta went smoothly as planned. Starting from the speech of the head of PKBM, the delivery of materials and communication practices can be carried out properly, although it is carried out gradually and slowly. The disciples can absorb everything that has been well conveyed. With frequent training like this, it is hoped that students and teachers can improve techniques to build effective communication skills. Be a qualified person with communication. Understand how to manage emotions positively to build effective communication between members of the organization. Penyadaran masyarakat mengenai bahaya dan manfaat sampah perlu dilakukan secara terus-menerus. Edukasi kesadaraan dan membekali keterampilan kepada warga dalam pengelolaan sampah dengan penerapan prinsip reduce, reuse, recycle dan replant (4R). Prinsip 4R dapat mengubah sampah bernilai ekonomi sekaligus berkontribusi terhadap pengurangan sampah di lingkungan, dalam jangka panjang dapat mengurangi penyebaran penyakit dan banjir akibat tumpukan sampah. Pengelolaan sampah dimulai sejak dari sumbernya, dengan mengadakan dan menyiapkan sarana/prasarana. Salah satu yang dilakukan dalam upaya menyiapkan saran/prasarana pengelolaan sampah adalah dengan kegiatan Bank Sampah. Konsep Bank Sampah yakni memilah dan mengumpulkan sampah kering dan basah sejak awal. Bank Sampah dikelola layaknya perbankan yang memiliki manajemen, tapi yang ditabung bukan uang melainkan sampah. Polanya dengan melibatkan warga sebagai ujung tombak melalui kegiatan penyuluhan, pelatihan dengan metode partisipasi emansipatoris (interaksi dan komunikasi). Dialog dengan warga di komunitas lingkungan perumahan terus ditingkatkan. Kegiatan Bank Sampah memerlukan jejaring dan dukungan kemitraan berbagai pihak untuk bersama-sama mengelola sampah sehingga bernilai ekonomi dan market friendly, hal ini penting untuk menjaga semangat warga bahwa apa yang dilakukannya dihargai dan bermanfaat bagi diri dan lingkungan. Sampah yang di kelola secara baik memberi manfaat langsung dengan berkurangnya timbunan sampah di lingkungan masyarakat, sehingga lingkungan menjadi lebih bersih dan asri, serta dapat menambah penghasilan masyarakat.Kata Kunci: Sampah, Nilai ekonomi, (4R) Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Replant

Currently, the advancement of digital technology, including social media (medsos) in it, can now be maximized for all needs. Not only to communicate but also to maintain existence, to run a business. The prolonged pandemic that has made almost all activities carried out using technology has triggered the massive optimization of social media to occur. Social Media is increasingly becoming an option that is often used by brands to expand their products. From the need to use Social Media as a place to peddle products and services, in the end emerged the profession of influencers, content creators, key opinion leaders (KOL) who competed in terms of creativity in presenting content. The community and the younger generation are expected to be able to take advantage of social media and the internet as best they can in order to increase their income through social media. not just for playing games and watching videos for hours. In order to improve the knowledge, skills and mental attitudes needed to develop themselves and work for a living, prepare provisions to face the world of work. This community service activity was carried out for PKBM Negeri 23 Learning Citizens, Kebon Melati, especially Learning residents who had difficulties in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. This activity is carried out online. To help the Learning Citizens, several series of activities were carried out, namely training and the application of Social media in buying and selling transactions, as well as workshops on new businesses that are suitable to be run in the New Normal era The output of this activity is that the Training Participants can use Social Media in buying and selling activities. From the results of the evaluation and findings, it can be concluded that the community service program provides additional insight into knowledge about the concept of Social Media in the Digital Era so as to increase income for Training ParticipantsKeywords: Cuan, Digital, Social Media

The implementation of improving student skills through the introduction of databases at PKBM Research and Technology Nusantara Jaya Jakarta went as expected. This activity is located at PKBM Research and Technology Nusantara Jaya Raya Jakarta on September 11, 2021. The stages in this activity are identifying needs/problems, making alternative decisions, making decisions, implementing decisions, and evaluating implementation. In the implementation of the implementation, some students still did not understand the themes discussed, but were given intense and exclusive assistance during the training so that all students could understand the material provided from beginning to end.
