Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of price, promotion, product quality, and purchase decisions. Decreased purchasing decisions have occurred in the company due to a decrease in company income. In the pricing phenomenon, special prices are offered only to loyal customers who have been purchasing products for a minimum of 2 years. New customers, on the other hand, do not receive any price discounts. In terms of promotional activities, the company's efforts have been inadequate, primarily relying on personal selling by salesmen every month who offer products to customers. Product returns are still frequent, and customers often complain about the product's durability, which tends to be short. This research employs a quantitative approach with a sample of 100 customers. Multiple linear regression is used for data analysis. Simple random sampling is used as the sampling method. The conclusion of this research is that price has a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions, promotion has a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions, and product quality has a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions. In the case of price, promotion, and product quality variables, they all have a positive and significant impact on purchase decisions with a coefficient of determination of 35%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of crucial dimensions in the Indonesian domestic airline industry, namely Service Quality, Passenger Satisfaction, Perceived Value, and Airline Brand Love, on Word of Mouth (WOM) behavior among passengers. Data was collected from respondents who are users of domestic airlines in Indonesia. The analysis revealed several key findings. Firstly, Passenger Satisfaction has a significant positive influence on both Airline Brand Love and Word of Mouth. This relationship is supported by the calculated t-value exceeding the critical t-value and the significance level (P-value) being less than 0.05. Therefore, to increase sales, improving passenger satisfaction levels should be a priority. Secondly, Perceived Value does not have a significant positive influence on either Airline Brand Love or Word of Mouth. This is evident from the calculated t-value being lower than the critical t-value and the P-value being greater than 0.05. Nevertheless, it's important to still consider the aspect of Perceived Value in efforts to enhance customer experience. Thirdly, Service Quality has a proven significant positive influence on Airline Brand Love, but not on Word of Mouth. This positive relationship is indicated by the calculated t-value exceeding the critical t-value and the significance level being less than 0.05. In this context, improving service quality can be a crucial factor in building brand love for the airline. Thus, this study provides insights into the factors influencing Word of Mouth behavior in the Indonesian domestic airline industry. The implications of these findings are the need for airline companies to focus on improving passenger satisfaction and service quality to strengthen the connection between Passenger Satisfaction, Airline Brand Love, and Word of Mouth. Additionally, although Perceived Value does not have a significant impact in this context, it remains important to consider this factor in efforts to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

This study explores the role of spiritual leadership in enhancing employee performance. The purpose of this research is to understand how spiritual leadership contributes and influences the improvement of employee performance. The research methodology employed is a literature study using a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques involve gathering information from books, journals, websites, and other sources. The findings of this research indicate that to achieve competitive advantage, organizations require various supporting factors, and one of these supporters is spiritual leadership, which aims to build high commitment across all organizational components in achieving common goals. Performance can be understood differently depending on the individuals involved in organizational performance considerations, requiring knowledge of personality or behavior related to the accountable field and the ability to quantify the results. The conclusion drawn from this research is that religious physiological performance (prophetic work ethic) is measured by the use of natural resources, expertise, technology, and capital in an Islamic manner. Religious psychological performance is measured by the utilization of health, social interactions, recognition, and self-improvement in an Islamic way. Spiritual performance is measured by the level of trust, honesty, trustworthiness, and sincere intentions in work and production orientation in an Islamic manner. Spiritual leadership is leadership that brings the worldly dimension to the spiritual (divine) dimension, addressing the fundamental needs between leaders and followers in the organization's sustainability towards shared spirituality, leading to increased commitment and productivity for the organization. The importance of management creating spirituality in the workplace lies in its ability to stimulate creativity, which in turn enhances competitiveness. In fulfilling their roles, employee performance cannot operate in isolation but is linked to the leadership role and the level of motivation obtained by the company. Therefore, leaders in a company should understand the importance of spiritual leadership that can influence employee performance in the company.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of personal selling, promotion, and brand image on the purchase decision of Mitsubishi cars at PT Dipo International Pahala Otomotif. The declining phenomenon in purchase decisions is evident from the decrease in the number of units sold. Personal selling is currently focused only on exhibitions in shopping centers, thus not operating optimally. The promotions tend to rely more on discounts and less varied trade promotions, providing limited choices for consumers. The well-known brand image of Mitsubishi, perceived positively by consumers for its quality, is acknowledged. The research methodology employs quantitative research with data analysis using descriptive methods. The population in this study consists of 128 customers at PT Dipo International Pahala Otomotif, with a sample determined through simple random sampling, totaling 97 customers. The conclusions drawn from the research indicate that, both partially and simultaneously, personal selling, promotion, and brand image have a positive and significant impact on purchase decisions, with a coefficient of determination of 93.8%.
