Abstract

This study develops an integrative perspective on teacher management by addressing the fragmentation that characterizes much of the existing literature. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) combined with bibliometric analysis, the study examines global research trends from 2020 to 2026. Data were retrieved from Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar, resulting in 50 initial records, which were systematically filtered using the PRISMA protocol into 50 relevant articles. The findings reveal a substantial increase in scholarly attention to teacher management, particularly after the COVID-19 pandemic. More importantly, the focus of research has shifted from administrative concerns toward more complex dimensions, including teacher wellbeing, retention, and digital competence. Bibliometric mapping identifies four dominant clusters: professional development, teacher retention and motivation, digital transformation, and teacher wellbeing. Building on these insights, this study proposes an integrative model of teacher management that connects recruitment, distribution, professional development, and wellbeing within a systemic and adaptive framework. The analysis also highlights a divergence between developed and developing countries, emphasizing the importance of contextual adaptation. In the Indonesian context, this implies aligning global practices with local realities. This study contributes by bridging bibliometric evidence with comparative analysis, offering both theoretical integration and practical insights for sustainable education policy.

Abstract

Government agencies need to leverage the intersection of knowledge management (KM) and learning organization (LO) principles to optimize overall organizational performance (OP). Focusing on the Financial Education and Training Agency (BPPK), this research evaluates how the LO serves as a bridge, mediating the impact of KM on OP. A quantitative approach was employed, surveying 276 employees through SEM-PLS analysis. Results indicated that KM substantially improved outcomes through both straightforward effects and intervening processes facilitated by the LO. As a significant partial mediator, LO demonstrated that knowledge assets required a robust learning culture to maximize institutional efficiency. Consequently, public institutions should integrate KM with continuous learning initiatives to foster an agile organization and improve public service delivery.

Abstract

The digital communication revolution has fundamentally transformed the occupational safety and health (OSH) landscape through the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), Virtual Reality (VR), and various digital communication platforms. This study aims to analyze the dialectic between the rationality of technological efficiency and workers’ psychosocial well-being in the context of digital communication transformation in OSH. Using a qualitative approach through a systematic literature review, this study integrates four theoretical frameworks: Diffusion of Innovations (Rogers, 2003), the Technology Acceptance Model (Davis, 1989), the Job Demands–Resources Model (Demerouti et al., 2001), and the Socio-Technical approach (Trist & Emery, 1960). The study’s findings indicate that while digital communication technologies significantly enhance the effectiveness of workplace safety communication, their implementation must take into account workers’ overall psychosocial well-being. From the perspectives of work humanism and the philosophy of technology, the digitalization of occupational safety and health (OSH) should not be solely focused on production efficiency, but rather aimed at creating a balance between technological capabilities and the human dignity of workers. This study recommends the integration of a participatory development communication approach, the application of digital ergonomics principles, and the development of OSH policies that are responsive to the psychosocial dynamics of the digital workplace.

Abstract

Metabolic syndrome is a global health issue characterized by obesity, insulin resistance, dyslipidemia, and hypertension, which increase the risk of vascular complications. This study aims to analyze the relationship between metabolic syndrome and penile microvascular damage and its implications for early sexual dysfunction. A qualitative approach with a systematic literature review design was used, drawing data from PubMed, Scopus, Google Scholar, and ScienceDirect, and analyzed through thematic analysis. The findings show a strong association mediated by endothelial dysfunction, oxidative stress, chronic inflammation, and impaired nitric oxide bioavailability. These mechanisms reduce penile blood flow and trigger early erectile dysfunction as an early marker of systemic vascular disease. Early detection and intervention are essential to prevent cardiovascular complications and improve clinical outcomes.

Abstract

Waste banks have emerged as an innovative community-based approach to environmental management and education, particularly in developing countries facing increasing waste generation and low public awareness of sustainable practices. This systematic review examines the effectiveness, educational strategies, and implementation challenges of waste banks as tools for environmental education. The review synthesizes findings from various studies published in recent years, focusing on how waste banks influence environmental awareness, waste sorting behavior, recycling participation, and community engagement. The findings indicate that waste banks contribute positively to environmental education by encouraging active participation, improving public knowledge about waste management, and fostering sustainable habits among students and communities. Educational strategies commonly applied include participatory learning, social campaigns, school-based activities, and economic incentives that motivate behavioral change. However, several implementation challenges remain significant, including limited financial support, inadequate infrastructure, inconsistent community participation, weak policy integration, and insufficient managerial capacity. In addition, differences in local socio-cultural conditions often affect the sustainability and effectiveness of waste bank programs. Overall, this review highlights that waste banks are not only waste management initiatives but also valuable educational instruments for promoting environmental responsibility and sustainable development. Strengthening institutional support, stakeholder collaboration, and educational integration is essential to maximize their long-term impact.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and compare the effectiveness of the Residual Income Valuation (RIV) model and the Dividend Discount Model (DDM) in predicting stock prices for companies listed on the LQ45 index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Changes in dividend policies and market uncertainty in Indonesia necessitate the use of accurate valuation models for investors and regulators. The research method used is a quantitative comparative study employing a multiple linear regression approach. The sample was determined using purposive sampling, which included LQ45 index companies with complete financial statement data available during the observation period. The effectiveness of the models was measured using statistical instruments and prediction accuracy measures such as Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) and Root Mean Square Error (RMSE). The results of the study indicate that, taken together, net income, book value of equity, and dividends have a significant impact on stock prices, explaining 65.8% of the variance. However, when considered individually, dividends per share were found to be the most dominant and significant variable influencing stock prices (Sig. 0.000). Conversely, net income and book value of equity did not show a significant independent effect. Thus, this study indicates that in the context of LQ45 companies, the Dividend Discount Model (DDM) proves to be more relevant and has stronger predictive power compared to the RIV model. These findings suggest that investors in the Indonesian capital market still heavily rely on dividends as the primary signal of a company’s stability and quality.

Abstract

This study analyzes electrical load behavior and engine-driven generator performance on the Boeing 737-500 using real flight test data across all flight phases, including taxi, takeoff, climb, cruise, descent, approach, and landing. The analysis is based on operational parameters such as altitude, airspeed, N1, N2, EGT, fuel flow, oil pressure, oil temperature, and vibration. Results show that the highest electrical loads occur during takeoff and climb due to anti-ice operation, bleed air demand, and maximum thrust settings, while the cruise phase at FL350 provides the most stable operating condition with balanced load distribution and minimal frequency fluctuation. Moderate load changes occur during descent as system configurations transition. Overall, generator performance remains stable throughout all flight phases without imbalance or frequency deviation. Unlike previous simulation-based studies, this research provides empirical evidence from actual aircraft operations, contributing to condition-based maintenance development and aircraft electrical system monitoring frameworks.

Abstract

The threat of a global recession due to the global economic slowdown, rising energy prices, and geopolitical instability has prompted Indonesia to strengthen its economic resilience through energy diversification. One alternative being developed is wood-chip-based biomass as a co-firing fuel in coal-fired power plants to reduce dependence on coal. This study aims to analyze the role of Law No. 11 of 2020 on Job Creation in accelerating the development of biomass-fired power plants and its contribution to national economic resilience. The research method used is normative legal analysis with a legislative and conceptual approach. The results of the study indicate that the Job Creation Law accelerates biomass development through risk-based licensing reforms, simplified environmental approvals, and streamlined forestry permits, thereby enhancing legal certainty for renewable energy investments. These policies also support the acceleration of the biomass supply chain and the implementation of co-firing programs in coal-fired power plants. However, their implementation still faces technical challenges, infrastructure limitations, and the need for policy harmonization across sectors. This study concludes that wood-chip-based biomass power plants have the potential to serve as a strategic instrument in strengthening energy security and national economic stability amid the threat of a global recession.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on learning quality in elementary schools with limited technology infrastructure. Addressing unequal AI adoption, a quasi-experimental design was applied to 130 fifth-grade students divided into AI-based and conventional groups. Data were collected through pretest–posttest and EKOP questionnaires, analyzed using t-tests and reliability measures. Results show the AI group improved from a mean pretest score of 56.65 to 78.85 (gain = 22.20), while the non-AI group increased from 57.15 to 67.60 (gain = 10.45), with significant differences (t = 15.15, p < 0.001). EKOP scores also favored the AI group across all indicators. This study contributes empirical evidence that AI enhances engagement, critical thinking, and learning outcomes in rural elementary contexts.

Abstract

Vernacular restaurant architecture in Indonesia increasingly deploys enclosed saung pavilions as spatial differentiators, yet the operational consequences of this design choice remain poorly understood. This study identifies the Sociopetal-Sociofugal Architectural Conflict (SSAC) a structural paradox in which the saung simultaneously creates intimate, comfortable conditions for dining guests while imposing navigational and communicational burdens on service staff. Grounded in Hall's Proxemics theory, Ching's architectural elements framework, and Bitner's Servicescape model, this research conducts qualitative field observation and behavioral mapping at Gurih 7 Restaurant in Bogor, Indonesia. The goal is to document and analyze how a single architectural typology produces opposing proxemic effects for two distinct user groups, and to establish the SSAC as a theoretically grounded phenomenon for recognition in future vernacular restaurant design and research.
