Abstract

This research aims to find out the public perception of government political communication related to the Minister of Health Regulation No. 10/2021: Implementation of Vaccination in the Context of Countering the Corona Pandemic 2019. Pandemic cases globally require good communication techniques from the government in disseminating information on a basis that is expected to provide a sense of security for the community in dealing with social disasters caused by the pandemic. Regulation of the Minister of Health No. 10 of 2021: The Implementation of Vaccination in the Context of the 2019 Coronavirus Pandemic has caused controversy in the community. Many opinions are developing in the community about this basic regulation of vaccination. Meanwhile, communication by the government about policies in various ways began to be felt by the public. This study uses a survey method using data collection techniques through questionnaires to find out the public's perception of government political communication related to PMK No. 10 of 2021 for a total of 424 respondents. The research was conducted in DKI Jakarta Province with the assumption that people close to the center of government should get better information (knowledge). The information bias obtained by the people of DKI Jakarta and the public rejection of this policy show that the communication is ineffective.

Abstract

Autonomous maritime operations increasingly demand sophisticated navigation solutions for unmanned surface platforms conducting surveillance missions. This systematic review examines bio-inspired optimization techniques applied to route planning within multi-vessel autonomous systems during 2020-2025. Analysis encompasses twelve computational methods centered on Particle Swarm and Ant Colony Optimization, evaluating execution speed, solution accuracy, and operational applicability. Findings indicate PSO variants offer optimal equilibrium between processing efficiency and outcome precision, whereas combined methodologies demonstrate enhanced resilience within unpredictable marine conditions. Four coordination frameworks leader-follower, virtual structure, behavior-driven, and consensus mechanisms were assessed for tactical scenarios. Integration of international collision prevention regulations through adaptive safety zones shows substantial advancement, though 73% investigations utilize simulation exclusively without physical maritime testing. Results establish theoretical groundwork and performance standards for operationally deployable autonomous fleet patrol capabilities while highlighting research priorities including standardized assessment protocols, robust communication architectures, and comprehensive validation bridging simulation-reality gaps.

Abstract

Downstreaming, the Dow Jones Islamic Market US (IMUS), and inflation are suspected to affect the performance of the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI). This study aims to analyze the direct and indirect influence of these three variables on ISSI for the 2019–2024 period. The method used is path analysis with monthly secondary data from reliable sources. The results show that inflation has a positive and significant effect on ISSI, while downstream and IMUS have no direct effect. However, IMUS has an indirect effect on ISSI through inflation as a significant mediating variable. These findings confirm that moderate inflation (3–4%) can support the performance of the Islamic capital market, while the downstream impact is not significant in the short term. This research makes a new contribution by integrating downstream policies, global Sharia indices, and macroeconomic variables in a single model and highlights the importance of maintaining inflation stability for investors and regulators. The implication is that the government needs to strengthen downstream policies with more concrete incentives, while investors can consider inflation as a key indicator in Islamic investment decision-making.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how Janice Kaori, as a content creator, presents herself on the TikTok platform, particularly in the “Yareu” content, by using the dramaturgical perspective proposed by Erving Goffman and examining its relation to the process of personal branding formation. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with audiences and observations of the TikTok content documentation uploaded by Janice Kaori. The findings indicate that Janice kaori consistently constructs a front stage through the use of the tagline “Yareu”, the use of a school uniform as a costume attribute, an expressive and energetic delivery style, and the selection of public spaces as recording locations. Meanwhile, on the back stage, there are visible processes of emotional management, preparation before content production, and efforts to maintain privacy boundaries in her personal life. This form of self-presentation demonstrates the management of public space (front stage) and private space (back stage) through the regulation of performance, the development of distinctive characteristics, and the establishment of boundaries between personal identity and the identity presented to the audience. The findings of this research suggest that consistency in self-presentation contributes to the formation of a strong, recognizable, and sustainable personal branding for non-celebrity content creators on the TikTok platform.
