Abstract

This traditional halua business incubator activity aims to develop entrepreneurial innovation based on halua traditional culinary products, supported by digital entrepreneurship for the younger generation. The partner of this program is the micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) Rumah Manis Kasih Ibu, which specializes in the production of halua sweets based on local wisdom. The main problems faced by the partner include limited innovation in digital marketing, lack of simple financial management, and the absence of business development strategies oriented toward the younger generation. The implementation methods consist of several stages, namely preparation, socialization, digital entrepreneurship training, application of simple financial recording tools, mentoring on social media-based promotion, and evaluation. The results of the activity show improvements in the partner’s business management skills, enhancement of halua product quality through standardized operating procedures (SOPs), and mastery of digital media as a marketing tool. This program is expected to serve as a model of a traditional culinary business incubator that can be replicated by other MSMEs to strengthen economic independence based on local culture.

Abstract

The Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) internship program provides opportunities for students to gain professional work experience while developing hard and soft skills. This article discusses the internship selection process, implementation, and results of student participation in the BLUD division at PT Syncore Indonesia. The internship activities included Unit Cost calculation, system trials, and performance report training for public health centers (puskesmas), article creation. This program equipped students with practical knowledge and improved their analytical and collaboration skills. This paper aims to inspire students and institutions in optimizing MBKM internship programs.

Abstract

This community service aims to increase awareness of business actors about the importance of having a Business Identification Number (NIB) and also aims to support efforts to orderly administer government regulations. With this community service activity, it is hoped that it can help business actors in obtaining a Business Identification Number (NIB) without excessive costs or without additional costs. This study uses a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through direct counseling to MSME actors around UIN K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan. The results of this study concluded that the creation of a Business Identification Number (NIB) was intended so that MSMEs around UIN K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan have business legality. The creation of a Business Identification Number (NIB) was carried out independently by researchers using the Online Single Submission (OSS) system. Then the results of the submission of the Business Identification Number (NIB) were printed and given directly to the relevant MSME actors. The Business Identification Number (NIB) is beneficial for MSMEs, because their businesses will receive legal protection as well as business development opportunities, both through training and technical guidance, as well as through financial access, such as the possibility of obtaining capital loans from financial institutions.

Abstract

Entrepreneurs are individuals or groups engaged in business activities to produce goods or services. To increase product visibility, they need to implement marketing strategies, including the use of digital media. However, many UMKM actors in Kayen District, Pati Regency, still rely on manual marketing methods or word-of-mouth promotion. To address this issue, Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (LP2M) of STMIK AKI Pati organized a digital marketing training program for local UMKM. The goal is to enhance their ability to market their products or services effectively through digital platforms. The training is conducted in three stages: first, introducing the basic concepts of digital marketing; second, teaching participants how to use graphic design software such as Canva and Photoshop to create logos and promotional flyers; and third, guiding them on how to register and use e-commerce platforms like Shopee and Tokopedia, as well as how to advertise effectively on social media. This program aims to help UMKM actors in Kayen understand the importance of digital marketing and develop more effective strategies to promote and sell their products online.

Abstract

The village has potential natural resources in agriculture and aquaculture ponds. Potential agriculture and pond systems use a rainfed system to irrigate rice fields and ponds. In addition, Kambingan Village already has a permanent irrigation network. The Cerme people certainly know how to reach Kambingan Village, but those from outside the Cerme Subdistrict need clear signage to avoid missing it when visiting. The type of road pavement entering the village is divided into 2 (two) types, namely paving pavement and asphalt pavement. The condition of the asphalt pavement is good, while the condition of the paving pavement is bumpy. The activity method in community service in Kambingan Village is the science and technology simulation method, where students redesign signage using design applications to create design concepts and engineering equipment for the fabrication and installation of signage. The stages carried out include identifying problems in the field, coordinating with the village chief, redesigning the signage board, fabricating the signage board, removing the old signage board, and installing new signage at a point determined by the village chief. The expected result is that the community receives information on directions to enter Kambingan Village through the installation of a new signage board, and that the road shoulder from Cerme District to Benjeng District gains color or character.

Abstract

The development of digital technology and the increasing need for energy are challenges as well as opportunities in community empowerment efforts, especially in rural areas. Providing targeted and applicable training on the use of digital technology and energy savings based on solar panels is a solution to overcome these problems. The training was conducted on 25 PKK mothers in the Brendil Ngawi hamlet. The results of this training showed an increase in knowledge about digital technology and solar panels by more than 50% of the total participants. It is hoped that after this training, PKK mothers will be able to apply this knowledge in their respective household lives so that they can form independent and self-sufficient families.

Abstract

KWT Simbang Sejahtera is one of the farmer groups in Simbang District that actively cultivates oyster mushrooms and markets them as fresh products to several suppliers in Maros Regency. Unfortunately, most of the profit from oyster mushroom production comes solely from the sale of fresh mushrooms. Instant seasonings in the form of powder or paste are widely used, both for household needs and the culinary industry, making them highly demanded in the market. The same applies to oyster mushroom broth, whether in powder or paste form. This community service activity aimed to train members of KWT Simbang Sejahtera to produce mushroom broth in paste and powder forms using their cultivated oyster mushrooms, in order to increase the added value and profits from their production. The training activity included several stages: pre-test, material presentation on oyster mushroom processing, practical session on making mushroom broth paste and powder, and a post-test. The pre-test results showed that 95% of participants did not know how to make mushroom broth powder, and 90% were unfamiliar with making mushroom broth paste. After the material delivery and hands-on practice, the post-test results showed that 100% of participants had learned how to make both broth powder and paste from oyster mushrooms. Based on these results, it can be concluded that this community service activity had a significant impact on participants’ understanding and knowledge.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the literacy skills of elementary school students through learning assistance based on reflection and evaluation with a deep learning approach. The activities were conducted at SDN 2 Cimerang with the subjects being 5B grade students. The method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which consists of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection cycles. The initial observation results show that students tend to read mechanically and are unable to comprehend the meanings of the readings deeply. Through the application of a deep learning approach that integrates meaningful, mindful, and joyful learning, students begin to show improvements in critical thinking, reflective writing, and connecting texts with personal experiences. Teachers also started to implement formative evaluation and reflection as part of the learning strategy. The final results show that 80% of students experienced an improvement in literacy understanding. This approach has proven effective in creating an active, enjoyable, and meaningful learning environment, and is worth replicating in other elementary schools.

Abstract

The gamification approach plays a crucial role in providing understanding, insights, and skills for financial management needs. Amid economic challenges, a solid understanding of financial management assists in decision-making. One innovation in introducing digital literacy transformation in a fun and more engaging way is through the Jack Milyarder game. This aims to introduce and enhance financial literacy understanding at SMA Tri Ratna Sibolga. The results of this community service project show that gamification through Jack Milyarder successfully provided an understanding of digital literacy transformation for students at SMA Tri Ratna Sibolga. The implemented learning method successfully bridged the gap in students' initial knowledge and provided a better understanding of important topics in financial literacy.
