Abstract

In the field of service providers, sharia banking and conventional banking have differences in their characteristics which lie in the practice of running business operations, where operations are based on sharia principles, and this principle is the main attraction for customers to utilize sharia bank services. Quality of service is a key factor that will become a competitive advantage in today's banking world. This happens because the bank as a service company has the characteristic of being easy to imitate a product that has been marketed. The measurement method for determining customer satisfaction at Bank Muamalat is by applying data mining, where customer data that makes transactions will be inputted into the system and then processed using the C4.5 method with predetermined criteria. Data mining is a process of finding meaningful relationships, patterns and trends by examining large sets of data stored in storage using pattern recognition techniques. According to Algorithm C4.5 is an algorithm used to form a decision tree.

Abstract

CU. Harmoni is engaged in capital formation business through deposits or savings from members. Benefits of the establishment of CU. Harmony is to help members based on the principle of kinship. Number of CU members. Harmoni as a shareholder is 805 people and for education savings members is 227 people. With the number of existing members, the cooperative management still conducts savings and loans transactions using manual systems such as recording  into books and using Microsoft Excel. This can be seen from the cooperative management carrying out data processing services for member transactions, deposits, loans, installments, and as well as preparing reports.A lot of data will be processed, so there will be errors in recording and calculations resulting in errors in compiling a report. The author proposes a problem-solving system in the form of building a computerized storage system for member savings and loans and installment payment collection data stored in a database. The system to be built is a data input system for borrowing and paying members using a VB NET 2010-based application program with a MYSQL database The system to be built can help CU administrators.

Abstract

The service quality of a Community Health Center does have a great impact on the patients' satisfaction. The Maubesi Community Health Center is one of the health services centers in Maubesi Village which serves a number of six surrounding villages. Given that many patients are making use of this health center, the service quality of the medical staff is of course quite essential.   Patients' satisfaction is the primary factor which becomes the image benchmark of a community health center.  Up to now, patients' satisfaction is measured in the conventional way, namely by writing on papers. The use òf paper certainly makes it hectic when the time for data compilation and analysis processing is due. To overcome this problem, the researcher developed a website-based information system (SISKESAN) to measure patients' satisfaction level at Maubesi Community Health Center.  SISKESAN was developed based on website, to make it easy whenever and wherever the data  is to be accessed. The system employs Service Quality Method (Servqual) to measure patients' satisfaction level using hope and fact values. To set up this system the researcher made use of Waterfall Method known as measurable gradual stages. By implementing SISKESAN at Maubesi Community Health Center, the patients' satisfaction level becomes easier in measurement. Patients can easily access the website and fill in the questionnaires prepared in the system. The result can be straightly seen by the staff in charge and it will become the benchmark for future policy making.

Abstract

The Second Gangbrand shoe shop is one that sells second-hand shoes or what you could also call quality and original second-hand shoes that have certain brands at affordable prices that are cheaper than the original price. This research aims to measure the level of customer interest by comparing the C4.5 algorithm method and the Naive Bayes algorithm. The data source was obtained from second gangbrand stores which were taken based on customer interest. So it is necessary to carry out data analysis to classify customer interest data using the C4.5 and Naive Bayes algorithms to compare accuracy and precision which are the benchmarks in this research. Calculations in this research were carried out manually using Microsoft Excel according to the C4.5 and Naive Bayes algorithm calculation models and then evaluated using the Rapidminer 10.3 tool which was used to help determine accurate values. After conducting research testing, the C4.5 algorithm received an accuracy value of 60.00% and a precision of 50.00%, while the Naive Bayes algorithm received an accuracy value of 60% and a precision of 33.33%. So it can be concluded that the two algorithms have the same accurate accuracy value, but in terms of precision value the C4.5 algorithm is superior in determining customer interest recommendations. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide input and information for future researchers.

Abstract

A 53-year-old man was admitted to Drs. H. Amri Tambunan Hospital with complaints of extreme weakness since today, coughing up blood was found 3 days every time he coughed. Right chest pain like stabbing is found 4 days. Nausea is found 3 days, vomiting is found just today, the contents of what is eaten, decreased appetite and weight are found. The patient is currently taking MDR anti-tuberculosis drugs. Physical examination showed chest wall retraction, weak peristalsis in the abdomen. Thorax examination revealed right Koch Pulmonum or right pulmonary TB with right Aspergillosis/fungus ball of right superior lobe. Lab examination showed that the patient was diabetic. Surgical lobectomy was performed to find a mass of 3 cm in diameter, white-white grey-brown in color, spongy in consistency. The diagnosis of aspergilloma was confirmed by microscopic examination. Tuberculosis and type 2 DM have impaired immunity due to insulin resistance, this is exacerbated by malnutrition which results in ineffective absorption of anti-tuberculosis drugs. This condition makes patients susceptible to fungal infections such as Aspergillus sp. Patients need to maintain blood glucose levels and improve nutritional status to improve their treatment prognosis. Lobectomy surgery on the superior lobe of the right lung also promotes a better prognosis in treatment.

Abstract

The prevalence of iron deficiency anemia in Indonesia is around 57.1% and often occurs in adolescent girls. Iron deficiency anemia can result in impaired hemoglobin function, low productivity, hampered mental and intelligence development as well as a decrease in the body's immune system and morbidity. Macronutrients such as carbohydrates, proteins and fats are needed in hemoglobin biosynthesis. Likewise micronutrients such as iron, folic acid, vitamin C and vitamin B and micronutrients. This research aims: to determine the intake of vitamin C and iron and the incidence of anemia in students of the UISU Medan medical faculty. This type of research is observation using a cross-sectional design. The population was all students from the second semester of the UISU medical faculty, totaling 134 people. A sample of 50 people was taken randomly. This research showed that 58% of respondents did not consume insufficient amounts of vitamin C and 42% consumed sufficient amounts of vitamin C. The research results showed that 44% of respondents consumed sufficient iron and 56% did not consume enough iron. There were 18% of respondents who suffered from anemia. Conclusion: Based on the Chi square test, there is a significant relationship between iron intake and the incidence of anemia (p value <0.05) and there is no significant relationship between vitamin C consumption and the incidence of anemia (p value > 0.05).

Abstract

A non-profit organization is a nonprofit organization formed with the aim of providing assistance, and it does not seek profit in its activities. In addition to organizing blood donation campaigns, non-profit organizations often help hospitals in need of blood by providing the necessary blood supply through the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI). However, the problem faced is that the availability of blood stock is often depleted during urgent situations, resulting in the inability to fulfill the hospitals' blood requests. Therefore, as a solution to address the challenges faced by non-profit organizations, the development of an information system for predicting blood stock requirements is necessary to determine whether there is a need to replenish the blood stock in the following months. In this research, the developed blood stock prediction system implements the Fuzzy Mamdani method. The research results indicate that the Fuzzy Mamdani method, in predicting blood stock requirements, has achieved a satisfactory level of accuracy. Although a limited number of rules, specifically 24 rules, were processed, this method was able to provide predictions that closely approximated the actual requirements. However, it should be noted that the accuracy level can be further improved by adding more comprehensive rules and using a wider dataset.

Abstract

Heart disease or also known as cardiovascular disease are all diseases that occur due to impaired heart function. Heart disease is the result of plaque buildup in the coronary arteries, which blocks blood flow to the heart and increases the risk of heart attack and other complications. Cardiovascular disease due to atherosclerosis is a challenge in itself because this type of disease is a progressive disease that can be modified by various actions and only causes few symptoms until the end of the course of this disease but when this disease is clinically proven, there is only a short duration between the time of onset of symptoms and pain, disability, even death. Risk factors for cardiovascular disease begin at a young age, even when a person has no symptoms and is not aware of the consequences of these risk factors. This Early Cardiovascular Disease Prediction application implements the Levenberg Marquardt algorithm in a cardiovascular disease grouping system so that the search process requires a relatively fast time. This Cardiovascular Disease Early Prediction application can be accessed easily using a smartphone so that users can access it quickly and efficiently.
