Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategy of the Surabaya City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office (DPMPTSP) in improving LKPM reporting compliance for domestic business actors (PMDN). This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques are carried out through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Research informants consist of Surabaya City DPMPTSP employees and PMDN business actors. Data analysis is carried out using SWOT analysis through the preparation of IFAS and EFAS matrices to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that affect LKPM reporting compliance. The results show that the Surabaya City DPMPTSP has strengths in the form of intensive mentoring programs through Lapis-Lupis and TAKON SOBAT services, human resource competency, and support for service facilities and infrastructure. The weaknesses faced include limited human resources, technical constraints in the OSS-RBA system, and a suboptimal reporting reminder system. In terms of opportunities, the enactment of Government Regulation Number 28 of 2025, support from the Surabaya City Government, and the potential for strengthening the communication system are factors that support increased compliance with LKPM reporting. Meanwhile, threats stem from low awareness among some business actors, limited coordination with company PICs, and disruptions to the OSS-RBA system. Based on the results of the IFAS and EFAS analysis, the strategic position of the Surabaya City DPMPTSP is in the Strength–Opportunity (SO) quadrant.

Abstract

Self-efficacy is an important psychological aspect that influences students’ ability to cope with academic demands, social challenges, and future planning. At the senior high school level, students are faced with various challenges that require strong self-confidence in order to make independent and responsible decisions. This study aims to describe students’ self-efficacy levels, analyze the strategies employed by Guidance and Counseling (GC) teachers to enhance students’ self-efficacy, and identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of these strategies at SMAN 3 Lubuk Basung. This research adopts a qualitative approach with a descriptive qualitative design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis involving GC teachers, homeroom teachers, and students. Data validity was ensured through source and technique triangulation as well as member checking. The results indicate that GC teachers implement various services, such as individual counseling, group counseling, and information services focusing on strengthening students’ potential and self-confidence. The strategies applied include providing motivation, positive reinforcement, utilizing students’ successful experiences, and encouraging self-reflection. Supporting factors include school support and GC teachers’ competence, while inhibiting factors include limited service time, a large number of students, and low awareness among some students in utilizing counseling services.

Abstract

This article analyzes management theories within the sectors of entrepreneurship, cooperatives, and MSMEs through an Islamic economic perspective on both national and international scales. In Islam, entrepreneurship is defined as an innovative and risk-taking activity that must be grounded in the principles of Tawhid (oneness of God), justice, and Sharia ethics. The study highlights Islamic cooperatives as a representation of a people-based economy that prioritizes the spirit of ta’awun (mutual assistance) and profit-sharing systems, with significant developments observed in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Turkey. Meanwhile, MSMEs are positioned as a vital pillar for the growth of the halal economy and job creation. Overall, the integration of Islamic values across these three sectors shifts the business orientation from mere profit-seeking toward the attainment of maslahah (public interest) and long-term sustainability.

Abstract

Childhood trauma is a negative early-life experience that can significantly disrupt an individual’s psychological development and influence later stages of life. This study aims to analyze the impact of childhood trauma on the mental health recovery process of university students. The focus of this research includes the types of trauma experienced, the psychological mechanisms affected, and the challenges that arise during the recovery process within the academic environment. This study employs a qualitative approach using in-depth interviews with students who have a history of childhood traumatic experiences. The findings indicate that childhood trauma can impair emotional regulation, increase levels of anxiety and academic stress, and reduce self-confidence in forming social relationships on campus. Nevertheless, social support, counseling services, and a responsive campus environment play a crucial role in strengthening students’ mental health recovery. These results highlight the importance of early trauma intervention and adequate psychological support services to promote long-term mental well-being among university students.

Abstract

This study examines perceptual bias in tabligh communication on the TikTok account @megaputriaulia0911, a preacher who was previously known as a television soap opera actress. The background of this research stems from the phenomenon of public figures transitioning into the role of preachers without clear religious scholarly credentials, yet gaining significant attention through social media branding. This situation generates differing perceptions among audiences: some appreciate it as a form of hijrah and modern da‘wah, while others question the authority and legitimacy of the messages conveyed. The purpose of this study is to analyze the forms and factors contributing to perceptual bias in tabligh communication conducted by public figures through digital platforms. The research employs a qualitative method, utilizing in-depth interviews with several followers of the account and content analysis of uploaded da‘wah videos. The findings indicate that perceptual bias arises from an imbalance between the religious image constructed through branding and the depth of the da‘wah content delivered, as well as the strong influence of the preacher’s background as an artist. In conclusion, the credibility of the communicator is a key factor in the effectiveness of tabligh communication on social media. This study contributes to an understanding of the challenges of digital da‘wah, particularly regarding the role of public figures in maintaining the authenticity and scholarly integrity of religious messages in virtual spaces.

Abstract

This study analyzes the legal liability of Shopee affiliates in product promotions that have the potential to violate consumer protection based on Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection (UUPK). The method used is empirical juridical with a statutory and empirical approach, through interviews with affiliates and consumers who use the Shopee Affiliate program in Banda Aceh City. The results of the study indicate that affiliates who gain profits from promotional activities can be qualified as business actors as referred to in Article 1 number (3) of the UUPK, so they are required to provide correct, clear, and honest information as regulated in Article 7 letter b of the UUPK. The actions of affiliates who carry out misleading promotions, make false testimonials, or market products without a distribution permit violate Article 8 and Article 9 of the UUPK and can be categorized as unlawful acts based on Article 1365 of the Civil Code. Consumer protection implemented by Shopee through a refund mechanism is considered quite effective at the dispute resolution stage, but is not optimal in preventing violations due to weak supervision of affiliates. Thus, there is a gap between legal norms (das sollen) and field practice (das sein), so that it is necessary to strengthen regulations and preventative supervision of the digital affiliate system.

Abstract

Assessment is a fundamental component of the education system, including Islamic Religious Education (PAI). Through assessment, students’ progress and development can be measured, while also serving as a tool to evaluate the effectiveness of the learning process. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review method to analyze and synthesize various pieces of literature related to assessment design in PAI. The purpose of this study is to examine the concepts, objectives, functions, and techniques of comprehensive assessment within the context of Islamic education, with an emphasis on the affective (attitudinal) and psychomotor (skills) domains, in addition to the cognitive (knowledge) domain. The results of the review indicate that assessment in PAI functions not only as a tool for measuring academic achievement, but also as an instrument for shaping character, noble morals, and students’ piety. The functions of assessment include placement, selection, diagnosis, and feedback for improving the learning process. Several aspects that need to be considered in designing assessments include the selection of timing, targets, benchmarks, models, instruments, implementation techniques, data processing, and follow-up actions. The assessment techniques discussed include test techniques (such as objective written tests, essays, and oral tests) as well as non-test techniques (such as observation, interviews, and portfolio assessment). Performance assessment and attitude assessment are also explained as relevant approaches for evaluating the application of Islamic values in real-life behavior. By implementing a holistic assessment design, educators can more effectively monitor students’ spiritual, moral, and intellectual development, while also supporting the realization of the integral goals of Islamic education.

Abstract

This research examines the relationship between the concept of equilibrium in physics and the implementation of Islamic governance, and how the two concepts relate to each other in the context of an Islamic state. In physics, equilibrium is achieved through the interaction of various forces within a system that continuously strives for stability, both in static and dynamic systems. This parallels the efforts of Islamic governments to maintain a balance between state authority, individual rights, and social obligations. Islamic governments emphasize the importance of social justice, reflected in state policies based on Sharia law, which aim to ensure social welfare by equitably considering individual rights and societal interests. In this study, the authors found that Islamic governance must be able to adapt to changing times and social dynamics, similar to the principle of equilibrium in physics, which always strives to achieve a stable state despite change. Socio-economic policies such as zakat and waqf serve to reduce social inequality, while the moral and ethical principles of sharia play a crucial role in maintaining this balance. This study concludes that the concept of equilibrium in physics provides a useful perspective for understanding the dynamics of Islamic governance, which is not merely static but also dynamic and adaptive to the demands of the times and the needs of society.

Abstract

Global climate change has increased the frequency and intensity of flooding, directly affecting crop production systems, particularly in tropical regions such as Indonesia. Flooding causes hypoxic to anoxic stress in the root zone, thereby inhibiting root respiration, nutrient uptake, and overall plant growth. Local food crops that have been traditionally cultivated over generations generally exhibit better adaptive capacity than introduced varieties. This study aims to examine the adaptive mechanisms of local food crops to flood inundation and their implications for supporting food security. The findings indicate that the adaptation of local food crops includes the formation of aerenchyma tissues, stem elongation and the development of adventitious roots, shifts in respiratory metabolism from aerobic to anaerobic pathways, as well as the involvement of hormones and flood-tolerance genes, such as those found in rice. These adaptive traits highlight the potential of local food crops as important genetic resources for the development of flood-tolerant crop varieties in the future.
