Abstract

This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) which aims to improve Mathematics learning outcomes in statistics material for grade VI students of SD Negeri 9 Maluku Tengah, Pulau Haruku District through the application of the Jigsaw learning model. The study was conducted in two cycles, with each cycle including the stages of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. The results of the study showed a significant increase in student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. In cycle I, the average student learning outcome was 69.02 with a completion rate of 52.95% (9 students completed) and 47.05% (8 students did not complete). In cycle II, the average learning outcome increased to 76.66 with a completion rate of 88.24% (15 students completed) and only 11.76% (4 students did not complete). This increase of 7.64% was influenced by factors such as increased student attendance, activeness in listening to teacher explanations, and focus on understanding the material and solving problems. In addition, student involvement in asking, answering, and expressing opinions creates a more conducive and effective learning atmosphere. Thus, the application of the Jigsaw learning model in this study has proven effective in improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Cheese is a food produced through the process of coagulation and separation of curd and whey. Processed cheese has become a favorite of many people due to its unique and practical characteristics. The complex process of cheese making involves the use of rennet enzyme as one of the key components. Noni contains a significant amount of protease enzyme that can be used as a substitute for rennet. This study aimed to determine the effect of mung bean starch addition on yield, color, and firmness of processed cheese coagulated with noni fruit juice. This study used a Completely Randomized Design with four treatments of mung bean starch concentration (P0=0%, P1=2,5%, P2=5%, P3=7,5%) and five replication. Analysis of variance was carried out after the data was obtained and continued with Duncan's Multiple Range test. The results showed that the addition of mung bean starch did not give a significant effect on color, but gave a significant effect on yield and firmness. The use of 7,5% mung bean starch concentration produced the best processed cheese with a yield of 70,16%, color including L* of 58,03, a* of -0,22, b* of 18,48, and firmness of 67,73N.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problems encountered, such as there are still a number of students who neglect their religious obligations such as not performing prayers and not being respectful in carrying out religious activities such as muhadarah which is carried out in the Syekh Ibrahim Kumpulan Islamic boarding school environment, there are several students who do not appear, even though they have appointed on the day before appearing, this is due to lack of self-confidence and preparation. Violations of Islamic boarding school rules such as skipping school, leaving the boarding school without permission, often being late, fighting. The aim to be achieved in this research is to determine the Analysis of Muhadarah Activities on the Formation of the Religious Character of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Students at the Syekh Ibrahim Islamic Boarding School in Pasaman Regency. This research is qualitative research, researchers use descriptive type research. The data collection techniques used to collect data in this research are: observation, interviews, documentation. The data analysis that researchers use in this research is data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. To test the validity of the data, researchers used Source Triangulation and Technical Triangulation. The results of the research analysis of Muhadarah activities in forming the religious character of santri at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah at the Syekh Ibrahim Pesantren Pesantren, Pasaman Regency, Muhadarah activities which are routinely carried out 4 times a week, namely Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday can have a positive impact on the santri. This is marked by a change in the attitude of students who obey the rules of the Islamic boarding school. Like carrying out midday prayers in congregation, this can increase the faith and devotion of students. By maintaining prayer, it will reflect the good morals and character of the students. The results of the implementation of muhadarah activities towards the formation of the religious character of students at the Sykeh Ibrahim Islamic boarding school, Pasaman Regency, are in obedience, namely increased awareness of students to carry out midday prayers on time and carried out in congregation, students are diligent in reciting the Al-Qur'an to improve the quality of memorization, students close intimate and obedient to Islamic boarding school rules, in the form of tolerance, namely students respecting friends who appear by listening carefully, in the form of harmony, namely students always respecting each other, teachers and the community, this can minimize the occurrence of conflicts between students.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of service quality and ease of accessing information on increasing individual taxpayer compliance in Palembang City. The data used in this research is primary data. The population in this study are non-employee individual taxpayers registered with the Palembang City KPP. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling method and 34 samples were obtained. Hypothesis testing is carried out using multiple regression analysis. The results of this research indicate that service quality has no effect on increasing taxpayer compliance and ease of accessing information has an effect on increasing taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

Extramarital romantic and sexual behavior refers to intimate or emotional interactions involving a married individual and someone other than their spouse. Among employees in long-distance relationships (LDRs) with their partners, such behavior may occur in the workplace due to unmet emotional needs. Frequent interactions with colleagues of the opposite sex, emotional closeness, and eventual physical attraction can contribute to this phenomenon. It often arises from unfulfilled emotional needs and can lead to marital conflicts, relationship deterioration, and decreased work performance. A total of 153 employees who had previously engaged in or were currently engaging in extradyadic behavior participated in the study by completing a questionnaire measuring emotional needs. The collected data were analyzed using correlation statistical techniques.

Abstract

Hedonistic lifestyle is a social disease that prioritizes excessive financial pleasure, seen from the pattern of thinking and instant lifestyle. In the Al-Qur'an Surah Al-Hadid verse 20, Allah SWT explains that Hedonism is capable of bringing disgrace and loss, but currently the Hedonistic lifestyle is increasingly developing, as research is motivated by the phenomenon found in students at SMP Negeri 1 Lembah Melintang, which is indicated. Some students don't get enough support from peers, don't use their time, join in, everything is instant and have a materialist and consumerist attitude. The aim of the research is to find out how much influence peers have on the Hedonism lifestyle. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research, data collection through questionnaires and sampling techniques using Stratified Random Sampling using the Slovin formula. The results of the research based on simple linear regression analysis obtained a value of Sig 0.04 <0.05, meaning that peers influence the hedonistic lifestyle. Based on the T test, the results obtained were tcount 2.050 > ttable 1.98896 so it can be concluded that Ha is accepted, meaning there is peer influence. towards a hedonistic lifestyle and an R square value of 54.8%, it is stated that peers have quite a big influence in determining lifestyle, and the rest is influenced by other factors. It is hoped that this research can serve as a guide for counselors in developing guidance and counseling approaches and services related to peers and hedonistic lifestyles.

Abstract

Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by bacteria from the Mycobacterium group, namely Mycobacterium tuberculosis, which attacks the lungs. WHO recommends the use of Molecular Rapid Tests as an initial examination for the diagnosis of Tuberculosis in patients with Pulmonary TB. Molecular Rapid Test examination is a molecular examination with Nucleic Acid Amplification Technology (NAAT) technology that can diagnose TB and resistance to Rifampicin in less than 2 hours. This study aims to determine the diagnostic test of molecular rapid tests in detecting M. tuberculosis bacteria in TB patients at H. Adam Malik Hospital Medan. This research was conducted at the Microbiology Laboratory of H. Adam Malik Hospital Medan in June - August 2024, starting from literature search to writing research reports. The population in this study were all sputum patients with suspected pulmonary tuberculosis at H. Adam Malik Hospital Medan. The sampling technique is Total Sampling where the number of samples is equal to the number of pupulations, namely 108 patients in 2024. The results of the Molecular Rapid Test research obtained 105 people had positive results found Mycobacterium tuberculosis bacteria. Based on the percentage of the results of the Molecular Rapid Test, 105 people had positive results found Mycobacterium tuberculosis bacteria and 3 people had no Mycobacterium tuberculosis bacteria found. From these data, it can be seen that the sensitivity value of the Molecular Rapid Test tool is 97,2%. The conclusion of this study is that the molecular rapid test in detecting Mycobacterium tuberculosis bacteria can be used as a screening to diagnose TB disease.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran perbankan syariah sebagai nazhir wakaf uang di Indonesia, khususnya dalam konteks transformasi digital. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menganalisis implementasi, tantangan, dan peluang terkait pengelolaan wakaf uang di lembaga perbankan syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bank syariah telah secara signifikan meningkatkan pengelolaan wakaf uang melalui integrasi teknologi finansial, yang meningkatkan efisiensi dan transparansi. Namun, tantangan terkait kepatuhan regulasi dan kapabilitas sumber daya manusia masih ada. Studi ini menekankan pentingnya kolaborasi antara bank syariah dan platform fintech untuk mengoptimalkan penghimpunan dan pengelolaan wakaf uang sekaligus memastikan akses yang lebih luas bagi masyarakat. Selain itu, penelitian ini menyoroti kebutuhan akan kerangka regulasi yang mendukung dan peningkatan kompetensi digital di perbankan syariah untuk memaksimalkan potensi wakaf uang di Indonesia. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menekankan bahwa digitalisasi perbankan syariah dapat berkontribusi signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan wakaf uang, yang pada akhirnya memberikan manfaat bagi perkembangan sosial dan ekonomi di negara ini.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction at Ayam Penyet Ria Restaurant, Jl. Jendral. Sudirman Pekanbaru. The sample in this study was 100 consumers. Data analysis used was validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis test and determination coefficient test. Based on the results of the study, it is known that through partial test (t-test) there is a significant effect of service quality on customer satisfaction with the test results known t count (2.048)> t table (1.984) and Sig. (0.000) <0.05. There is a significant effect of price on customer satisfaction with the test results known t count (3.724)> t table (1.984) and Sig. (0.000) <0.05. Simultaneously shows that service quality (X1) and price (X2) together affect customer satisfaction at Ayam Penyet Ria Jl. Jendral. Sudirman Pekanbaru with the test results known Fcount (324.507) > Ftable (3.09) with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. In terms of the determination coefficient, the variables of service quality and price have an influence of 87.3% on consumer satisfaction while the remaining 12.7% is explained by other factors not studied by the author.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explain teacher competence in the novels Meeting Two Days and Laskar Pelenelitian. This is to explain qualitative descriptiveness using comparative literary methods. The peroli adaptation used is the theory of legislation. The data source for this research is the theory of Dua Hati and Laskar Pelangi. The data analysis technique is carried out by reading the two novels, marking the parts that show teacher competence, then classifying the data and finally concluding the data. Based on the research results, it was found that there was success in a teacher who had these four competencies in the stories told through the novels Meeting Two Hearts and the novel Laskar Pelangi. In both novels, each describes the competencies possessed by a teacher in the learning process. This is proven by the success that occurred in Waskito's character who turned into a good and obedient child because of Mrs. Suci's patience and persistence in guiding him. Apart from that, in the Novel Laskar Pelangi there is teacher competence in the characters Bu Mus and Pak Harfan. Thus, the two novels have something in common, namely the teacher competency possessed by the teacher character. The difference between the two novels is the number of different teacher characters. In the novel Two Day Meeting, there is only one teacher who is persistent and patient, namely Mrs. Suci. Meanwhile, in the novel Laskar Pelangi there are two teacher characters who are described as patient, loving and active, namely Mr. Harfan and Mrs. Mus with the full name Muslimah.
