Abstract

This research is titled The Contribution of the Taklim Irsyadus Sholihin Council in Increasing the Worship of the People of Bandar Khalipah Village, Percut Sei Tuan District. This research aims to know the response and interest of the community in participating in the activities of the Irsyadus Sholihin taklim assembly, the contribution of the assembly for the community, the contribution of the Irsyadus Sholihin taklim assembly in increasing community worship, forms of worship education activities in the Irsyadus Sholihin taklim assembly.  This research uses qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach. The data collection technique uses observation, interview, and database study. The data analysis technique by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions.  The results of this study revealed that 1) the response and interest of the community in participating in all activities in the taklim assembly were very good, and the taklim assembly became one of the learning platforms that discussed the knowledge of the Islamic religion. With this activity, the community is very enthusiastic in following it and the interest in learning religious knowledge is very high. 2) This taklim assembly significantly contributes to increasing prayer by how to pray and devotion, almsgiving the importance of sharing with others, and friendship through the strengthening of social relations between members of the community. 3) As for the forms of activities that are carried out in this tak'lim assembly are the same as in general, the ta'lim assembly not only functions as a means of teaching religion, but also as a forum to strengthen Islamic preaching and increase social awareness.

Abstract

Researh motivated by probleems found in the seventh grade of MTSN 8 Agam that it was indicated that some students experienced problems in inter personal commuinication and self-connfidence. The results of observatiions and opinons of guidance and counnseling teachers conducted by researchers at MTsN 8 Agam indicated that some students had difficulty opening up, lackd empathy, lacked respect for other people's opinions, and were unsure of their own abilitties. To find out the relationship and magnitude of the relationhip between self-confidence and interpersonal communication is the aim of the reserch. The method used in the research is quantitative correlational using hypothesis testing, namely the Pearson product moment correlation test. The results obtained from the reseach are the correct correlation and sig value. (2 tails) 0..01 < 0..05 and rcount 0.735 > rtable 0.208. The correlation coefficient level of correlation value s is 0.735, meaning that the degree of closeness of the relatinship between self-confidence (X) and interpersonal communication (Y) is high or strong, and it can be concluded that the relationship betwen self-confidencce and inter personal communication for class VII students at MTsN 8 Agam is significantly related.

Abstract

The achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Indonesia is a crucial issue involving various sectors, including the government, private sector, academia, and international organizations. Various reports, studies, and policies have documented the progress and challenges in SDG implementation, particularly in the context of digitalization, financing, and multi-stakeholder partnerships. Studies indicate that digital transformation plays a vital role in accelerating SDG achievement, while private sector funding is a key factor in program sustainability. Additionally, there are disparities in achievement between regions, necessitating more inclusive policy approaches. Indonesia has achieved 62.5% of its 2030 SDG targets, the highest in Asia, although its regional ranking remains fluctuating. Several studies also highlight climate change as a major challenge in SDG attainment. Systematic reviews show that network-based approaches and policy analysis are effective methods for assessing SDG implementation efficiency. Furthermore, academic engagement in public policy studies and systematic analysis is integral to identifying strategies for accelerating SDGs in Indonesia. Therefore, continuous synergy between the government, private sector, academia, and society is essential in overcoming obstacles and accelerating SDG achievement in Indonesia.

Abstract

The results of this study indicate that net income in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2024 period fluctuated during this period. The net income variable partially has a significant effect on future cash flows. This can be seen from the results of partial hypothesis testing (t-test) which shows a ttable value of 2.01174. Therefore, the tcount value> ttable with a value of 2.040> 2.01174 and a significant value <0.05, namely with a value of 0.047 <0.05. This study shows that net income and cash flow statements in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2024 period fluctuated during this period. The results of this study indicate that net income and operating cash flow have a significant effect on future cash flows. This can be seen from the results of simultaneous testing (F Test) which shows the Fcount value is 43.852 with a significant value of 0.000 (Table F can be seen in Appendix VII). From the F distribution table, the Ftable value is 2.80. Therefore, the Fcount value> Ftable, namely with a value of 43.852> 2.80 and a significant value <0.05, namely with a value of 0.000 <0.05. The test results show that H3 is accepted, which means that the net profit and operating cash flow variables have a significant effect on future cash flows.

Abstract

In essence, a clean and healthy lifestyle is basic for preventing humans from varios disease.This study aims to determine the relationship between atitude and knowledge with healthy living behavior in the community of komp. Villa sukarame sukajaya sukarame district, palembang.Research is an analytic survey with a cross sectional approach.Population was 92 households.The Analysis was obtained  unvariate analysis and bivariate analysis with the correlation in two used was chi square ( a= 0,05) to see relationship between the independent and dependent Variable. The results of variabel attide of chi square test 0,031 and knowledge of chi square 0,011.All 0f them a meaningful relation ship to clean and healthy living behavior in the community of komp. Villa sukarame sukajaya district palembang.

Abstract

This research was motivated because the teaching tools used at SMPN 5 Bukittinggi in the form of teaching modules, in the knowledge assessment component in the form of multiple choice questions and descriptions, found several weaknesses when applied, including: student learning outcomes when the application of assessments in PAI subjects is low, has not reaced KKTP, besides that the knowledge assessment applied by the teacher is less varied and the knowledge assessment applied is less interesting foe students in learning, tends to be monotonous and boring.Therefore, it is necessary to design a Crossword-based PAI Teaching Module that is valid, practical and effective. This research is a development research with the ADDIE model, consisting of five stages of development, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The instruments used are validity, practicality, and effectiveness  sheets in the form of questionnaires. The results showed that the teaching module was valid according to the assessment of 3 experts with an average score of 0.851; (2) the teaching module was very practical according to the assessment of 2 practitioners with a practicality percentage of 90.17%; (3) the teaching module was very effective with a percentage of effectiveness of 89.73%.

Abstract

This paper explores the concept of selflessness in altruism, as demonstrated by Posey, the mother in Mitch Albom’s For One More Day. Through qualitative analysis, the study examines how Posey’s actions reflect altruistic behavior, focusing on her unwavering support and sacrifice for her son, Charley. The study investigates instances when Posey consistently puts her son’s needs above her own, even at the expense of her own personal interests. By analyzing specific moments in the novel, the study highlights Posey’s selflessness as an embodiment of altruistic love, demonstrating how her actions contribute to the emotional well-being and healing of her family. The analysis concludes that Posey’s selflessness is a profound representation of unconditional maternal love.

Abstract

This research aims to optimize early childhood language development through letter-composing games. Language is a basic skill that is very important for children's development, especially at an early age. Letter arranging games are believed to help children recognize, understand and use words in a fun and interactive way. The method used in this research is the literature study method. Data was collected from various academic literature, such as journal articles, books, theses and relevant research reports. The results of the research show that through this game, children experience improvements in speaking ability, letter recognition, and the ability to put together words and sentences. This research concludes that letter arranging games are effective in optimizing early childhood language development, and can be used as a fun and educational learning method for children.

Abstract

Antenatal care (ANC) is monitoring the pregnancy to determine the general health of the mother, enforce accompanying disease early pregnancy, complications of pregnancy and pregnancy risks set. The purpose of this study to determine the factors that affect the visit pregnant women age ? 28 weeks at the PMB Bina Marsasi Palembang type of research used in this study is the author of analytic cross sectional survey. The population in this study were all pregnant women checkups in March 14 to April 2024 samples in this study were 30 pregnant women, based on the results of the univariate analysis of the 30 respondents, visit pregnant women good as many as 20 people (66.7%) and less visits as many as 10 people (33.3%), age at risk as many as 6 people (20%) and the ideal age as many as 24 people (80%), higher education as much as 17 people (56.7%) and low education were 13 persons (43.3%), high parity of 7 people (23.3%) and low parity as many as 23 people (76.7%), good knowledge of as many as 26 people (86.7%) and lack of knowledge as much as 4 people (13.3%), while the results of the bivariate analysis with the chi-square test p = 0.674 obtained> ? = 0.05 means that there is no relationship of age to visit pregnant women, p = 0.446> ? = 0.05 means that there is no relationship of education to visit, p = 0.571> ? = 0.05 means no parity relation to the visit, and p = 0.95> ? of 0.05 indicates no relationship to the knowledge of pregnant women visit . PMB Bina Marsasi can further enhance pemverian information to all pregnant women in the PMB Bina Marsasi about the importance of prenatal care. So that all pregnant women understand the benefits and danger signs during pregnancy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Shopee e-commerce technology in driving the growth of the online business of Youth Shoes, a store that sells various well-known shoe brands. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach based on the theory of Advertising Exposure and Product Promotion. The sample size is determined using the Slovin formula, while measurement and validity are carried out to ensure data accuracy. The results of the study are expected to provide an understanding of the benefits and challenges of using e-commerce for SMEs, as well as provide recommendations to improve the effectiveness of marketing strategies. In addition, this study contributes to the study of the influence of e-commerce on the development of SMEs in developing countries, which can be a reference for business actors, policy makers, and researchers.
