Abstract

The sun and moon are celestial bodies that play an important role in human life. The sun and moon move in a way called their orbit, which rotates on their axis, the moon orbits the earth and the sun, while orbiting the center of the Milky Way. Astronomers have found many continuity of information conveyed by the Qur'an, especially about the orbit of the moon and the sun which is widely conveyed by the Qur'an. The Qur'an discusses many concepts of the orbit of the moon and the sun from several verses in the Qur'an. The research study on this research concept uses scientific interpretation as a support in understanding the concept of orbit according to that in the Qur'an.

Abstract

AbstractThis research is motivated by the importance of the Application of Digital Technology Platform E Learning in Islamic Religious Education. The purpose of this study is to determine the Application of Digital Technology Platform E Learning in Islamic Religious Education in Phase D Class VIII at SMP N 3 Kec. Lubuk Sikaping Pasaman Regency. To determine the inhibiting factors for the Application of Digital Technology Platform E Learning in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era presents significant challenges for the world of education, especially in learning Islamic Religious Education (PAI) research by making PAI teachers as key informants, curriculum representatives and students as supporting informants. Data collection techniques by conducting observations, interviews and documentation. This qualitative research aims to analyze the obstacles to the implementation of the digital e-learning platform in PAI learning for class VIII at SMP N 3 Kec., using data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data are analyzed using the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The inefficiency of the learning process and the limited internet quota of students. Factors that influence the effectiveness of learning are divided into internal factors in the form of lack of student learning motivation, and external factors include the family environment and limited school facilities and infrastructure. To overcome this, PAI teachers have taken strategic steps by increasing digital literacy through workshops on introducing learning technology features, as well as utilizing affordable learning platforms such as Canva, Kahoot, and Google Form by optimizing the free features available.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to further explore how the themes of divinity, life and even death are presented in contemporary poetry. The main focus is on the analysis of the inner structure, language style, and symbolism used by poets to express the concepts of divinity, death, and life experiences. In particular, this journal will discuss how poetry with themes of divinity, death and life values can be a reflection of individual spiritual struggles, as well as a medium for conveying moral messages that are relevant to the challenges of the times. With a qualitative approach and a semiotic approach, it is hoped that this research can provide a new contribution in understanding the dynamics of religious poetry and its relevance in the context of modern life. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method with a semiotic approach according to the views of Charles Sanders Peirce, an American philosopher, namely analyzing poetic texts based on the ideas and signs or symbols contained in the poetic texts to be studied. This research uses the object of study, namely, the poem "God, I Love You" by W.S. Rendra, and "Tales of Cats" by Sapardi Djoko Damono as secondary data sources. In analyzing the data, researchers compared the meaning contained in the poem "God, I Love You" by W.S. Rendra, and "Fable Tales of Cats" by Sapardi Djoko Damono and examines the meaning of divinity and death contained in the poem. The techniques used in this research are reading, note-taking and content analysis techniques. After researching and analyzing, the researchers obtained the results from this research, that there are similar themes and meanings in the two poems, namely discussing divinity, death, and how humans should use their time in this mortal world.

Abstract

This study aims to gain a deep understanding of the efforts made by Fiqh teachers in increasing students' awareness of worship at MTs Arafah Binjai. This effort is very important because awareness of worship is one of the fundamental aspects in the formation of students' character and personality, which not only affects their personal lives, but also their social interactions with the community. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The phenomenological approach was chosen because it aims to understand and explore individual experiences and perspectives in depth related to the phenomenon being studied. Data collection was carried out through three main techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study showed that the efforts of fiqh teachers in increasing students' awareness of worship at MTs Arafah Binjai included the implementation of student control books, role models, habituation, punishment, and reward. The control book is used to monitor the development of students' worship and build cooperation with parents. Modeling is done by giving direct examples of worship and good attitudes. Habits include congregational prayer, memorizing the Qur'an, giving alms, and tahfiz. Punishment is given for violations, while rewards in the form of praise and gifts are given to disciplined students. Inhibiting factors found include peer interference during prayer or tahfiz, lack of parental understanding of religious education, and family economic conditions that make some students work after school, so they often miss worship.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Global Teknomedika Mandiri Pekanbaru, the employees studied were 31 people. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Global Teknomedika Mandiri Pekanbaru with the results of the partial test obtained a t-count value of 7.754 while the t-table value was 2.045. This explains that t-count (7.754)> t-table (2.045) with sig 0.000 <sig 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Global Teknomedika Mandiri Pekanbaru. While the calculation of the Determination coefficient (R2) is known that the R Square value is 0.675. This shows that the Work Motivation variable as a whole has an influence of 67.5% on Employee Performance while the remaining 32.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study, for example: Incentives, Work Discipline. The conclusion of this study is that the results of the study prove that Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Global Teknomedika Mandiri Pekanbaru is proven to be valid and reliable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how financial management in households is based on an Islamic perspective in the West Sidomulyo sub-district. This type of research is qualitative research using interview methods and direct observation of mothers in the West Sidomulyo environment. The results of this study are that mothers in the West Sidomulyo sub-district have managed their finances well, as evidenced by the fact that their expenses are not greater than their income or in the sense that their expenses are not greater than their income. Mothers in the West Sidomulyo sub-district have also recorded their finances, although very simply, although some of them also do not record their finances, only looking at the priority scale: paying Zakat and infaq, Education and daily needs. However, in the concept of managing family finances from an Islamic perspective, they do not fully understand it. It's just that they already believe that Allah SWT's sustenance is given as long as we try and work without giving up and also apply Islamic values. Seeking sustenance in a way that Allah SWT approves. The concept of openness between husband and wife is also part of the Islamic perspective.

Abstract

Dance is one of the most diverse cultural assets in Indonesia. Indonesia is a country rich in culture from each region. The people of Gayo Lues Regency have a traditional art, namely bejamu saman. Bejamu saman is an art event of the Gayo Lues community, this bejamu saman is done by inviting people from other villages to come to perform the saman dance alternately, but in its implementation, both villages will show their prowess in playing the saman alternately. This study aims to determine: the impact of the bejamu saman culture on the people of Gayo Lues Regency. The method used in this study is a descriptive - qualitative method. The data sources in this study consist of primary and secondary data sources. The data analysis pattern that will be used in this study is ethnography. The results of the study indicate that the positive impact of the bejamu saman culture on the people of Gayo Lues is to improve the economy, increase social integration, and maintain the stability of Gayo culture, while the negative impacts often occur ikhtilat and genit rante.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has resulted in various innovations being created to improve a business. One of the implementations used in the business sector is a e-commerce. There are various types of e-commerce that can be use Indonesian people. Shopee is one of the most popular e-commerce sites with an average 0f 161 million visits one month. Competition with other e-commerce forces Shopee to develop the right strategy to attract consumer buying interest. This study aims to examine the influence of brand ambassador, advertisement, online cutomer review, online customer rating on purchase intention Shopee in Sidoarjo. This study uses a quantitative research method. The population and this research are all of the Sidoarjo people what use Shopee. Researchers distribute 100 questionnaires with 100% responses. This research uses questionnaires which are distributed online using google form media. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regeression analysis. Based on the results of t-test can be seen that brand a,bassadors (X1), advertisement (X2), online customer review (X3), online customer rating (X4) have a patially significant effect on purchase intention (Y). This is verified with the t-count which show the value for the barnd ambassador (X1) is 2,169 with a significance value of 0,033 so that it is stated that hypothesis 1 is a accepted. For the t-count on the advertising variabel (X2) is 2,331 with a signifinance value of 0,022 so that it can be state that hypothesis 2 is a accepted. For online customer review (X3) it has a t-count 0,707 with a significance value of 0,482 so it can be stated that hypothesis 3 is rejected. For the online customer rating variable (X4) has a t-count value of 2,731 with a significance value of 0,008 so that can be stated that hypothesis 4 is accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the analysis of the debtor's financial statements on the decision to grant credit was in accordance with the standards and criteria and procedures for granting credit at PT. BPR Payung Negeri Bestari (PNB) Pekanbaru, reviewed from a financial aspect. For banks, credit is the main source of income, as well as the largest source of operational risk in the company. The bank in distributing its funds, the bank first analyzes the debtor's eligibility for the last three periods. The purpose is to prevent losses or bad debts. debtor performance to find out whether it is worthy of receiving credit. The author uses a descriptive analysis method by comparing, in the form of financial statements for the last three periods. Then the author uses Quantitative analysis, namely financial ratio analysis. The results of the study showed that of the three debtors, only two debtors had all their financial ratios in accordance with the bank's ratio standards and were said to be safe in their credit. Then debtor one according to the results of the researcher's analysis had two financial ratios that did not comply with the bank's ratio standards and were said to be less safe in their credit. Although the decision from the bank was worthy of getting credit. Maybe the bank in making credit decisions is not only seen from the financial aspects of the debtor, but the bank also looks at other aspects. In analyzing, banks should continue to uphold the principles of prudence in providing credit so that the decisions taken will be appropriate and professional.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of hatching egg weight on the hatching power and DOD (Day Old Duck) weight of Hybrid Ducks and to determine the hatching egg weight that has the best hatching power and also the most optimal DOD weight. The potential need for duck meat that still cannot act as a mainstay animal food source is caused by the relatively low productivity in Indonesia. Hybrid ducks are ducks that are a cross between Peking and Khaki Campbell ducks. The DOD weight produced determines the quality of the hybrid ducklings to be cultivated. This research was conducted at CV. Anugerah Mulia Farm, Ngledok Hamlet, Mojokrapak Village, Tembelang District, Jombang Regency from June to November 2024. The object of this study used 90 Hybrid Duck hatching eggs. This study used the RAL (Complete Randomized Design) method with 3 treatments and 6 replications. Each treatment used 5 hatching eggs. The parameters taken in this study were the hatching power and DOD weight of Hybrid Ducks. The results of the data obtained were analyzed using the IBM SPSS version 26 application with Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and continued with the Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT). The results obtained from this study showed that egg weight had a significant effect (P <0.05) on the hatchability of Hybrid Ducks by 90% (P1) and the highest DOD weight at P1 was 50.48 grams.
