Abstract

Economic disparities often still haunt life in all aspects. This study aims to find the potential for economic disparities that occur in the short stories Langgam Urbana by Beni Setia, Lelaki Ragi Dan Perempuan Santan by Damhuri Muhammad, and Ngodop: Jabat Tangan Lima Puluh Juta. The method used in this analysis is the descriptive analysis method and the type of qualitative analysis with a Marxist perspective. The data in this study were based on quotations, sentences, and even paragraphs that are related to the subject of economic disparities themselves. The use of research techniques carried out with reading and note-taking techniques, because the data used is in the form of text, and also because these two techniques can be evacuated or realized simultaneously. While for the analysis technique using a data analysis model, namely: 1) Presenting data, 2) Redacting data, and 3) Drawing conclusions. This study highlights in more detail the form of potential economic tension between city and village residents, rich people and poor people, and entrepreneurs and village religious teachers. Based on this research, it can be concluded that low-income communities are often easily persuaded, oppressed, and always live only with fantasy, but not infrequently also have what is pure—happiness—that cannot be bought with money.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the muhadharah program at MTs Pondok Pesantren Hidayatullah Medan, how the evaluation of the muhadharah program at MTs Pondok Pesantren Hidayatullah, what obstacles or barriers are faced in implementing the muhadharah program at MTs Pondok Pesantren Hidayatullah Medan and how to overcome them. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study were the Principal, Muhadharah Supervisor Teacher, Muhadharah Caregiver and Supervisor, Student Council (OSIS), and Students who have done Muhadharah. The results of the study indicate that the muhadharah program carried out at MTS Pondok Pesantren Hidayatullah Medan is carried out based on the division of tasks that have been determined. There are those who act as openers or presenters (moderators), prayer readers, and the student council or (OSIS) as technicians for the implementation of muhadharah. The evaluation of the muhadharah program at MTS Pondok Pesantren Hidayatullah Medan was conducted after the completion of the muhadharah activity. The obstacles or barriers faced in the implementation of the muhadharah program at MTs Pondok Pesantren Hidayatullah Medan and how to overcome them: 1) lack of time. 2) facilities and infrastructure that are less supportive. 3) different language skills of students.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the large number of students who are not yet included in the creative criteria, such as: the number of students who are not good at solving problems, the number of students who are less capable in developing talents, the number of students who have difficulty understanding lessons and students must be guided and directed first before being allowed to learn. independently during learning. The research aims to find out how the implementation of the independent learning curriculum can increase student learning creativity and what the impact of implementing the independent learning curriculum at SMKN 1 Kinali, Kab. West Pasaman. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research and is located at SMKN 1 Kinali, Kab. West Pasaman. The research informants in this study were Islamic Religious Education Teachers as key informants and supporting informants were class X TO 2 students, Curriculum Representatives and School Principals. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses the Milles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the implementation of the independent learning curriculum in Islamic Religious Education at SMKN 1 Kinali has been implemented at the end of the odd semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. The assessment used combines different approaches, starting with face-to-face learning during the post-pandemic era, several learning models were introduced such as project-based learning models, problem-based learning models, discovery learning models, and inquiry learning. The application of differentiated learning as a form of independent curriculum has resulted in a positive transformation in the development of student learning creativity in Islamic Religious Education at SMKN 1 Kinali. The impact of implementing the independent learning curriculum on Islamic Religious Education subjects at SMKN 1 Kinali is that it can increase students' learning creativity, this is proven by the increase in students' abilities after implementing independent learning, increasing critical thinking, emotional sensitivity, being able to develop talents and having strong imagination tall.

Abstract

Personalized therapy is a treatment approach that considers genetic, environmental, and lifestyle variations of each individual to optimize the effectiveness and safety of therapy. This study aims to analyze the role of medicinal chemistry in the development of personalized therapy through the perspective of rational design of drug molecules, structural modification, and optimization of pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic properties. The method used is a systematic literature review with the PRISMA approach to scientific publications in 2013-2023 that focus on the integration of medicinal chemistry with pharmacogenomics and personalized therapy. The results of the study showed that medicinal chemistry plays an important role in four main areas: (1) drug design based on specific genetic targets with high selectivity (76% of publications); (2) development of prodrugs and drug delivery systems that are responsive to individual biomarkers (63% of publications); (3) optimization of pharmacokinetics based on genetic variations of drug metabolizing enzymes (58% of publications); and (4) development of molecular probes for companion diagnostics (52% of publications). Further analysis identified the development trends of personalized therapy including multi-target drug design based on patient molecular profiles and big data-based medicinal chemistry strategies. The main challenges identified include the complexity of molecular modification to achieve pharmacokinetic profiles that match specific genetic subtypes and the limitations of experimental models that represent individual heterogeneity. In conclusion, medicinal chemistry plays a fundamental role in realizing the concept of personalized therapy through the design and optimization of drug molecules that match individual patient characteristics. Further research is needed for the development of medicinal chemistry methodologies integrated with omics technology and artificial intelligence to accelerate the translation of the concept of personalized therapy into real clinical applications in Indonesia.

Abstract

Islamic education based on the Koran and Sunnah of the Prophet plays a role in shaping the character and faith of the younger generation. The Basic Concepts of Islamic Science (KDII) program at the Le Natural Sciences School aims to strengthen students' Islamic scientific foundation, foster a love of the Koran, and prepare them as future leaders. This research evaluates the KDII program using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model to assess its effectiveness and impact. This research method is a case study with a qualitative approach at Le Scholar Boarding School. The evaluation results show that the KDII program has succeeded in increasing students' understanding of the basic teachings of Islam and helping them apply Islamic values in their daily lives. This shows the success of the program in forming students who have noble character and are ready to make a positive contribution to society.

Abstract

The writing of this article uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis method that focuses on library research. Education is a conscious process carried out to pass on culture from one generation to the next. Education aims to develop a person's intellectual, moral and religious abilities. The educational process also plays an important role in socio-cultural change, modernization, and development in the 5.0 era.

Abstract

Pendidikan Islam memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam membentuk karakter dan potensi individu, serta dalam pengembangan masyarakat secara keseluruhan. Makalah ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pendidikan Islam dalam konteks lembaga pendidikan informal, formal, dan nonformal di Indonesia. Tiga jalur pendidikan ini diakui secara resmi dan masing-masing memiliki karakteristik, kelebihan, dan kekurangan yang saling melengkapi. Pendidikan formal, yang diselenggarakan oleh madrasah, berfungsi sebagai lembaga resmi yang terstruktur dan diatur oleh pemerintah, memberikan pendidikan yang mencakup ilmu agama dan pengetahuan umum. Pendidikan nonformal, seperti Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur'an (TPQ) dan berbagai kursus, menawarkan alternatif bagi masyarakat untuk mendapatkan pendidikan di luar jalur formal. Pendidikan ini sering kali lebih fleksibel dan dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan peserta didik, terutama bagi anak usia dini. Melalui pendidikan nonformal, masyarakat dapat memperoleh pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang bermanfaat untuk kehidupan sehari-hari, serta memperkuat nilai-nilai keagamaan. Selain itu, makalah ini juga membahas perbedaan mendasar antara pendidikan formal, nonformal, dan informal. Pendidikan informal, yang berlangsung di lingkungan keluarga atau masyarakat, memiliki peran penting dalam pembentukan karakter dan nilai-nilai keagamaan individu. Jenis pendidikan ketiga ini saling melengkapi dan berkontribusi dalam menciptakan masyarakat yang berakhlak mulia dan berpengetahuan. Dengan demikian, makalah ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai peran dan pentingnya pendidikan Islam dalam berbagai lembaga pendidikan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini juga mendorong pembaca untuk lebih menghargai dan memanfaatkan setiap jalur pendidikan yang ada, guna mendukung pengembangan diri dan masyarakat yang lebih baik. Melalui pemahaman yang komprehensif tentang pendidikan Islam, diharapkan generasi mendatang dapat menjadi individu yang tidak hanya berpengetahuan, tetapi juga memiliki akhlak yang baik dan mampu memberikan kontribusi positif bagi bangsa dan negara.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the articulation disorders experienced by children as an early detection step carried out by teachers to be consulted directly with a psychologist or child development therapist. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a case study approach. The study was conducted at Petro Kindergarten. The subjects were 2 children aged 5-6 years and 1 class teacher at Petro Kindergarten and 2 parents of the children. The results of observations at Petro Kindergarten were carried out by researchers to observe how teachers, parents, and health workers deal with problems related to language development disorders, namely by spontaneously improving words or sentences in children who experience these disorders. Early intervention and the right approach in education and learning at home are important steps in supporting children's language development.

Abstract

The philosophy of Sufism is a school of thought that focuses on achieving closeness to God through inner experience. This study aims to explore the thoughts of Jalaluddin Rumi, a great figure in Sufism, and analyze its relevance in the context of the modern world. The research method used is a literature review by studying Rumi's works and literature related to Sufism. The results of the study show that Rumi's thoughts on love, unity, and spiritual journey are very relevant to the challenges of modern life, such as the search for the meaning of life and inner peace. The conclusion of this study is that the philosophy of Sufism, especially that expressed by Rumi, can provide deep insight and enlightenment for individuals who are seeking peace and closeness to God in this materialistic world.
