Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai strategi pembinaan dan pengelolaan organisasi Palang Merah Remaja (PMR) dalam mengembangkan karakter siswa SDN 060913, terutama pada nilai tanggung jawab, disiplin, kerja sama, dan kepedulian sosial. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan data yang diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara terhadap 26 peserta didik aktif PMR. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan seperti pelatihan pertolongan pertama, simulasi bencana, dan aksi sosial secara efektif meningkatkan disiplin, rasa tanggung jawab, kerja sama tim, serta kepedulian peserta didik terhadap lingkungan sekitarnya. Perubahan perilaku positif terlihat dalam kehidupan sekolah dan aktivitas sehari-hari. Program PMR terbukti menjadi alat yang efektif untuk membentuk karakter sejak dini. Rekomendasi diberikan untuk memperluas jangkauan kegiatan agar dampaknya lebih luas dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the economic and social impacts of the Abdar Dimsum MSME culinary business on the local community in the Mabar Hilir area, Medan City, based on a business feasibility study. The research method used is a qualitative method with a literature study approach, analysis of business feasibility study reports, and consumer survey data. The results show that Abdar Dimsum provides a positive economic impact through increased business owner income, daily turnover stability, and involvement in the local supply chain that creates an economic multiplier effect. From a social perspective, this business serves as an inclusive social interaction space by providing affordable food products for various levels of society, thereby supporting social inclusion and strengthening the relationship between business owners and consumers. Thus, the Abdar Dimsum MSME culinary business is not only business-friendly but also contributes sustainably to strengthening the economy and social cohesion of the local community.

Abstract

This article aims to examine the stories in the Al-Qur'an from the perspective of Al-Qur'an science. Due to space limitations, this article will not discuss in depth the wisdom or lessons contained in each story. However, this article will reveal the general lessons, wisdom, or ibrah from these stories. The results of the study show that the stories in the Koran are often repeated with different emphases and editorials. Around 1,463 verses, or a quarter of the Koran, tell the stories of prophets and historical figures, such as Prophets Moses, Noah, Abraham and Yusuf. These stories are spread across various surahs and are often repeated to emphasize moral and spiritual lessons. Some stories, such as the Prophets Noah and Abraham, are repeated in many letters to connect Muslims with the traditions of previous prophets. The purpose and benefit of Qashash al-Qur'an is to provide lessons and wisdom from the stories of previous people, prophets, and pious people who can guide Muslims and humanity. These stories prove the power of Allah, strengthen the apostleship of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, and strengthen faith and steadfastness in preaching. Qashash al-Qur'an also teaches the creed of monotheism, the importance of knowledge, and provides warnings so as not to fall into error. In addition, these stories provide moral examples and practices that can be applied in everyday life, strengthening the belief that Muslims are a noble people and are given sharia according to their abilities.

Abstract

This study aims to examine language acquisition in children aged 2 years and 6 months using the Mean Length of Utterance (MLU) indicator. The approach used is qualitative with a descriptive design through a case study method on a child with the initials AAZ who lives in the Rokan Hulu region. The research data consists of child speech collected through the listening and speaking method with recording and note-taking techniques in natural communication situations. The results of data transcription and grouping show that there are 84 utterances with a total of 221 morphemes. The calculation of the RPU produces a value of 2.63. Based on the classification of RPU stages, this value places AAZ in group III which is characterized by the development of sentence structure. The research findings indicate that AAZ's language acquisition develops faster than children of the same age. However, AAZ's phonological and morphological abilities have not fully developed optimally, as indicated by the omission of initial phonemes and inaccuracies in the pronunciation of certain phonemes. This research is expected to contribute to our understanding of early childhood language development and serve as a reference for psycholinguistic studies, particularly regarding first language acquisition.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze leadership education management and organizational management at the Dewan Kerja Ranting (DKR) Tegalwaru, Purwakarta. The research focuses on the planning, implementation, and evaluation of leadership programs, as well as the organizational dynamics carried out by DKR as a forum for developing Scout Penegak and Pandega cadres at the branch level. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and document studies. The analysis integrates concepts of educational management, organizational leadership, and empirical findings from previous research. The results indicate that leadership education management at DKR Tegalwaru has been implemented systematically through structured work programs, although challenges remain in terms of implementation consistency and cadre capacity building. This study is expected to serve as a reference for developing youth organization management based on leadership education.

Abstract

Dalam komunikasi antar budaya, terdapat sejumlah unsur yang membentuk kerangka kerja komunikasi, termasuk di dalamnya yaitu sumber informasi, pesan yang disampaikan, media yang digunakan untuk menyampaikan pesan, penerima pesan, efek yang ditimbulkan oleh komunikasi tersebut, dan tanggapan balik dari penerima pesan Keseluruhan rangkaian unsur ini berinteraksi secara kompleks untuk membentuk dinamika komunikasi antar budaya. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman Generasi Z dalam komunikasi antarbudaya yang baik dan benar melalui platform media sosial seperti TikTok, Instagram, dan Twitter, serta wawancara terhadap individu Gen Z dari berbagai latar belakang budaya. Tinjauan pustaka yang relevan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi studi tentang peran bahasa dalam pengembangan kognitif dan sosial, serta penelitian yang menyoroti pentingnya penguasaan bahasa dalam konteks globalisasi. Beberapa literatur yang menjadi acuan antara lain adalah karya-karya yang membahas teori akuisisi bahasa, pentingnya bilingualisme, serta dampak teknologi digital terhadap penggunaan bahasa di kalangan generasi muda. Berdasarkan tinjauan pustaka tersebut, hipotesis yang dikembangkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah bahwa peningkatan kesadaran tentang pentingnya penguasaan bahasa melalui platform media sosial seperti TikTok, Instagram, dan Twitter, serta wawancara terhadap individu Gen Z dari berbagai latar belakang budaya.akan berdampak positif terhadap motivasi Generasi Z untuk mengembangkan keterampilan berbahasa mereka, yang pada gilirannya akan meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dalam berkomunikasi secara efektif di berbagai konteks.

Abstract

This article discusses the conceptual differences and sociological realities between conventional banking and Islamic banking in Indonesia. Using a sociological economics approach, the study examines how both banking systems influence social behavior, public perceptions, and their implications for economic structures. The findings indicate that Islamic banking derives its legitimacy from the religious culture of society, while conventional banking gains legitimacy from economic modernization. Despite their differing principles, in social reality both systems experience convergence.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the public's perception of the Surabaya City National Narcotics Agency's (BNNK) communication strategy on Instagram in disseminating drug prevention messages. Against the backdrop of social media's role as an interactive platform, this qualitative study uses a case study method with in-depth interviews with three informants as the main data. The data were analyzed using Stuart Hall's reception analysis theory, which found that the BNNK's communication strategy is effective, as evidenced by the majority of the audience being in a dominant-hegemonic position, receiving messages completely and being driven to perform social actions. However, the presence of a negotiated position in some audience members indicates factors influencing perception differences, such as the expectation for stronger interaction and community building. It is concluded that the effectiveness of BNNK's communication depends on its ability to adapt to become a community facilitator, not just a one-way message broadcaster.

Abstract

Counseling readiness is a key factor that influences the effectiveness of the counseling process, encompassing an individual's awareness, commitment, and openness to the counselor's help. This study aims to explore the influence of counseling readiness on counseling success and strategies to optimize it. Through a literature review, it was found that individuals with high counseling readiness tend to be more open, have low anxiety levels, and are able to receive feedback constructively. Internal factors such as motivation and emotional stability, as well as external factors such as social support and learning environment, strongly influence this readiness. Conversely, lack of preparedness can result in resistance, low effectiveness and negative impacts on mental health. Proposed strategies include education, strengthening the counselor-client relationship, and initial assessment. This study confirms that counseling readiness is an integral element that determines the success of the counseling process and needs to be improved to support individuals' optimal mental health.

Abstract

Pancasila as the basis of the Indonesian state is not only the basis for national unity, but also as a moral guide in preserving nature.The first principle, Belief in One Almighty God, teaches respect for God's creation which is manifested in environmental conservation.Second, Just and Civilized Humanity, demands awareness to protect nature so that it remains habitable for present and future generations.The third principle, Indonesian Unity, is key because nature conservation knows no territorial boundaries, requiring the cooperation of all citizens regardless of ethnicity, religion or origin.Fourth, democracy led by wisdom in deliberation and representation, encouraging community participation in decision making related to the environment.Fifth, Social Justice for All Indonesian People, ensuring that the benefits of nature conservation are felt equally.Through consistent application of Pancasila values, the Indonesian nation can strengthen unity while protecting biodiversity and ecosystems which are the nation's treasures.
