Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and communication on employee performance at the Bintang Timur Law Office Depok firm, both partially and simultaneously. The sampling technique in this study used a non-probability sampling technique, namely a saturated sample with a total of 63 respondents taken from all divisions in the company. The data analysis techniques used were: validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple regression test, simultaneous correlation coefficient test, simultaneous determination coefficient test, T test and F test. Partial hypothesis testing of the Leadership Style variable (X1) obtained a calculated T value> T table (4.639> 2.00) and a significance value of 0.00 <0.05. This means that Leadership Style (X1) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Partial hypothesis testing of the Communication variable (X2) obtained a calculated T value> T table (2.758> 2.00) and a significance value of 0.008 <0.05. This means that Communication (X2) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Simultaneous hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > F table (19.975 > 2.760) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that Leadership Style (X1) and Communication (X2) have a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on Employee Performance (Y) of Bintang Timur Law Office Depok Firm.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the work environment and work motivation on the performance of PJLP in the Environmental Management Unit of Kebayoran Lama District, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The sampling technique employed is saturated sampling, where the entire population becomes the sample, resulting in 57 respondents in this study. The research results show that the significant value for the effect of X1 (work environment) on Y (employee performance) is 0.004<0.01, and the F-calculated value is 63.891>F-table 2.55. Additionally, the significant value of X2 (work motivation) on Y (employee performance) is 0.000<0.01. Therefore, it can be concluded that Ha3 is accepted, indicating that X1 and X2 have a simultaneous effect on Y.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze how the Influence of Competence and Work Motivation on Employee Performance of PT. Murni Putramas Depok. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, namely through the distribution of questionnaires to 52 employees at PT. Murni Putramas Depok, data collection and data analysis use statistics. The population and sample in this study amounted to 52 employees. The analysis methods used in this study are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, determination coefficient test and significance test (t test and F test). The results of this study show that the results of the partial test (t-test) of Competency have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of less than 5% (0.000 < 0.05) and supported by the t-value calculated > t table (3,868 > 1,677), Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of less than 5% (0.000 < 0.05) and supported by the t-value calculated > t table (4,117 > 1,677). The results of the F test show that Competence and Work Motivation have a positive and significant effect together on employee performance with a significant value of less than 0.05 or 0.000 < 0.05, and supported by an F value of 38,603 where the F value is greater than the F table or 38,603 > 3,190. The results of the determination coefficient test showed that the Adjusted R Square was 0.596 or 59.6%. This shows that the percentage of influence of motivation and work discipline on performance is 59.6%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Financial Literacy, Financial Technology and Income Level on Financial Inclusion. The methodology used is quantitative. Where the sampling technique used a purposive sample totaling 47 employees. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis, validity and reliability testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. 42 sample data were obtained. The type of data in this research is primary data with quantitative research methods. The analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis with a significance level of 5%. This research was processed using IBM SPSS V.24.00 software and shows that (1) financial literacy has no significant effect on financial inclusion, which means the hypothesis is accepted, and (2) financial technology has a significant effect on financial inclusion, which means the hypothesis is accepted, and (3) the level of income has a significant effect on financial inclusion, which means the hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at PT Plaza Auto Serasi. The method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is Probability Sampling, a sampling method using simple random sampling, namely by using an error level of 10%. Data analysis uses regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing using the SPSS version 26. The results of this study are that product quality (X1) and service quality (X2) have a positive effect on customer satisfaction (Y) with the regression equation Y = 9.945 + 0.224X1 + 0.576X2 + α. The determination coefficient has a simultaneous effect of 19.2%, The hypothesis test partially obtained a product quality figure of 2,738 tcount > ttable (2,738 > 1,661). Then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This means that there is a positive and significant influence between the independent variables, namely product quality (X1) on customer satisfaction (Y). The quality of service is equal to the tcount > ttable or (4,250 > 1,661). Then H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. This means that there is an influence between independent variables, namely service quality (X2) on customer satisfaction (Y). The hypothesis test obtained a value of Fcal > Ftabel (10.951 > 2.14). With H0 rejected and H3 accepted, it means that leadership (X1) and motivation (X2) together have a positive effect on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Ciledug District Office, Tangerang City. This type of research is a quantitative research type using the associative method. The data collection technique used the questionnaire method, the population in this study were all employees of the Ciledug District Office, namely 50 employees using saturated samples. The data analysis technique in this study was statistics using validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, determination coefficient testing, hypothesis t-test and hypothesis f-test. The results of the study on the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Ciledug District Office, Tangerang City are shown by the multiple linear regression equation Y = 1.806 + 0.471 X1 + 0.487 X2. This is evidenced by the results of the simultaneous hypothesis test obtained F count> F table or 113.587> 3.20 and reinforced by a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The results of the coefficient determination test of the work discipline (X1) and work environment (X2) variables gave an influence of 82.9% on employee performance at the Ciledug District Office, Tangerang City. Thus, H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a significant simultaneous influence between work discipline (X1) and work environment (X2) on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

The growing trend of fitness and healthy lifestyles has driven the need for digital solutions that effectively support workout programs. This study explores the implementation of the Agile method in developing a web-based application designed to provide tutorial variations for workout movements tailored for members of Menu Koffie X Joyo Gym 2. The application aims to simplify access to structured workout guides that meet individual needs. Agile methodology was chosen to ensure iterative, adaptive development and the ability to respond promptly to user requirements. The application’s key features include movement variation management, supporting documentation, and integration with member data. Development results demonstrate that adopting Agile facilitates delivering relevant, flexible, and efficient solutions to support modern fitness trends. Thus, this application is expected to enhance members' workout experiences while serving as an effective Agile implementation model for similar projects.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether there is a significant influence between Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin, and Earning Per Share on Stock Prices. The method used in this research is a quantitative method in collecting Financial Report data from PT HM Sampoerna Tbk for the 2012-2022 period. Data analysis uses descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination. The results of this research show that the Current Ratio has no significant effect on Stock Prices, Net Profit Margin has no significant effect on Stock Prices, and Earning Per Share shows that it has an influence on Stock Prices. The Effect of Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin, and Earning Per Share on Prices Shares in PT HM Sampoerna Tbk for the 2013-2022 period. Based on the results of the F test, the calculated F value > F table or (176.514 > 4.740) is obtained. This is also confirmed by the p value < Sig. 0.05 or (0.003<0.05)

Abstract

This research aims to determine the financial performance of PT Gudang Garam Tbk for the 2014-2023 period, when viewed from the Liquidity Ratio and Profitability Ratio. In this research, researchers used associative quantitative research.  The population and sample of this research are the financial reports of PT Gudang Garam Tbk for the period 2014-2023 which consist of Tbk's balance sheet and profit and loss report for 10 years. Data collection techniques were carried out using documentation techniques and literature studies. The results of this research show that the financial performance in terms of the Liquidity Ratio of PT Gudang Garam Tbk which is measured by the Current ratio from 2014-2023 on average is 201%, which can be declared "Good". Financial performance in terms of the Liquidity Ratio of PT Gudang Garam Tbk which is measured by the Cash ratio from 2014-2023, the standard average is 13% which can be declared "Poorly Good". Meanwhile, PT Gudang Garam Tbk's profitability ratio, which is measured by Net profit margin from 2014-2023, is a standard average of 9%, which can be declared "Poorly Good". Financial performance in terms of the Profitability Ratio of PT Gudang Garam Tbk which is measured by Return on equity from 2014-2023, the standard average is 14% which can be declared "Poorly Good".

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT. Binar Dew Services, Service quality on employee performance at PT. Binar Dew Services and the Influence of Work Discipline and Service Quality on employee performance at PT. Binar Dew Services. This research uses quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to some PT employees. Binar Dew Services Tangerang Regency, totaling 98 respondents, used a slovin sampling technique with a precision of 5%. The data obtained was then processed using SPSS statistical software version 20. This analysis technique includes validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis test, correlation coefficient tests, coefficient of determination tests, and statistical tests via the t test. , and F test. The results of the t test show that Work Discipline and Service Quality partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the F test shows that work discipline and service quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The correlation coefficient is 0.637, meaning that the three variables have a strong level of relationship. The R Square coefficient of determination value was found to be 0.406, meaning that the influence of the Work Discipline and Service Quality variables on employee performance is 40.6%, while the remaining 59.4% is explained by other variables. which is not discussed in this research. The research results show that: 1) Work Discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Binar Dew Services Tangerang Regency. 2) Service Quality partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Binar Dew Services Tangerang Regency. 3) Work Discipline and Service Quality simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Binar Dew Services Tangerang Regency.
