Abstract

Logam berat adalah unsur logam dengan massa jenis lebih dari 5 g/cm3. karena sifat Logam berat yang sulit untuk didegradasi, sehingga cenderung akan terakumulasi pada lingkungan. Logam berat dapat terakumulasi dalam tubuh organisme dan konsentrasi dapat semakin tinggi, atau dapat mengalami bioakumulasi dan biomagnifikasi dan akan akan mengancam keberlangsungan hidup organisme aquatik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kadar logam berat timbal (Pb), besi (Fe), dan zink (Zn) di dalam air sungai Bah Bolon Kota Pematangsiantar. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Agustus-September 2023. Pengambilan sampel air dilakukan dengan memilih 3 stasiun penelitian dengan 3 kali pengulangan. Kemudian kandungan logam berat sampel dianalisis menggunakan metode Spektrofotometri Serapan Atom (SSA). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kadar logam berat besi (Fe) lebih tinggi dibandingkan logam berat (Pb) dan ((Zn). Hasil uji  besi (Fe) pada semua stasiun berkisar 0,08-0,51 mg/L, timbal (Pb) sebesar 0,003 mg/L, zink (Zn) berkisar 0,001 mg/L, suhu berkisar 25,06-26,9 oC, pH berkisar 7,18-7,61, DO berkisar 6,33-7,2 mg/L. Kualitas perairan sungai Bah Bolon berdasarkan PPRI No.22 Tahun 2021 untuk parameter timbal (Pb), zink (Zn), besi (stasiun 2 dan 3), pH, DO, dan suhu,  masih memenuhi standar baku mutu kelas 2 dan layak untuk digunakan sebagai sumber air irigasi atau pertanian dan untuk kandungan besi (Fe) di stasiun 1 telah melebihi batas baku mutu dan tidak layak untuk digunakan lagi.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Karyawan berbasis web telah dirancang dan dikembangkan untuk PT Mustikarama Citraperdana menggunakan Metode Rational Unified Process (RUP). Tujuan utama dari sistem ini adalah untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam manajemen karyawan dan memberikan akses yang mudah dan cepat kepada informasi karyawan yang diperlukan. Proses pengembangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan RUP, yang terdiri dari fase-fase iteratif: Inception, Elaboration, Construction, dan Transition. Setiap fase memiliki deliverables yang jelas untuk memastikan keselarasan antara kebutuhan bisnis dan implementasi teknis Fungsi utama sistem mencakup manajemen data karyawan, informasi personal, riwayat pekerjaan, dan absensi. Selain itu, sistem juga menyediakan fitur untuk manajemen perizinan, penggajian, dan evaluasi kinerja karyawan. Teknologi berbasis web dipilih untuk memastikan aksesibilitas yang mudah bagi pengguna dari berbagai lokasi dan perangkat. Platform pengembangan web yang digunakan adalah berbasis pada teknologi terkini untuk memastikan keamanan dan kinerja yang optimal. Dalam proses pengembangan, pendekatan iteratif memungkinkan untuk pengujian yang terus-menerus dan umpan balik dari pengguna, sehingga memastikan bahwa sistem memenuhi kebutuhan bisnis dengan baik. Hasil akhir adalah sebuah sistem informasi yang intuitif, efisien, dan dapat diandalkan untuk manajemen karyawan di PT Mustikarama Citraperdana. Diharapkan sistem ini dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan efektivitas manajemen karyawan di perusahaan tersebut.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of teamwork and work discipline on employee performance at PT Prime Logistics South Jakarta. The method used is a descriptive method with an associative approach. The sample collectiontechnique in this research was a saturated sample with a sample of 61 respondents. Data analysis uses regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficientof determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that teamwork has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 83.2%. Partially testing the hypothesis obtained t count > t table or (17.094 > 2,001), so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between teamwork (X1) on employee performance (Y) at PT Prime Logistics South Jakarta. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 70.7%. Partially testing the hypothesis obtainedt count> t table or (11,930 > 2,001), so that H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline (X2) on employee performance (Y) at PT Prime Logistics South Jakarta. Simultaneous hypothesis testing: Teamwork and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determinationof 85.6% while the remaining 14.4% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > F table or (171.843 > 3,16), thus H0 was rejected and H3 was accepted. This means that there is a simultaneous positive andsignificant influence between teamwork and work discipline on employee performance at PT Prime Logistics South Jakarta.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work experience and work discipline on employee performance at PT.  Solusindo Bintang Pratama in South Jakarta.  The type of research used is quantitative research.  The research sample was the entire population of 64 people.  The research results show that work experience (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a regression equation value of Y = 10.932 + 0.754.  The correlation coefficient is 0.765, meaning that the two variables have a strong level of relationship.  The determination value is 58.5% while the remaining 41.5% is influenced by other factors.  Hypothesis testing (t test) obtained a calculated t value > t table or (9.355 > 1.999) thus H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted.  Work discipline (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a regression equation value of Y = 24.324 + 0.417. A correlation coefficient of 0.781 means that the two variables have a strong level of relationship.  The determination value is 61,0% while the remaining 39% is influenced by other factors.  Hypothesis testing (t test) obtained a calculated t value > t table or (3.411 > 1.999) thus H0 was rejected and H2 was accepted.  Work experience (X1) and work discipline (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with the regression equation value Y = 8.118 + 0.713 + 0.110.  The Correlation Coefficient is 0.771, meaning it has a strong level of relationship.  The determination value is 58.1% while the remaining 41.9% is influenced by other factors.  Hypothesis Test (F Test) obtained calculated F value > F table or (44.715 > 2.760) thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Leadership Style and Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance at the South Tangerang City Education and Culture Service. This research uses the Associative Quantitative method where the data obtained is in the form of a questionnaire which is processed using the SPSS 26 application. The results of this research are that Leadership Style has a significant effect on Employee Performance at the South Tangerang City Education and Culture Service as shown by the regression equation Y = 20.444 + 0.249 X₁ and hypothesis testing obtained t_count>t_table or (5.729>1.978). The physical work environment has no effect on employee performance as shown by the regression equation Y = 20.444 + 0.249 Leadership Style and Physical Work Environment simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance with the regression equation Y = 28.824 + 0.226 X1 - 0.243 X₂. The coefficient of determination value is 33.2% while the remaining is 66.8%. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of F_count>F_table or (31.996 > 3.070).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of recruitment and job training on employee performance at PT Maxi Multi Mandiri South Tangerang, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and the sample obtained in this study was 63 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, correlation coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that recruitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = Y = 11.354 + 0.663X, the correlation value obtained is 0.655, meaning that the two variables have a strong level of relationship. The coefficient of determination value is 42.9%. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value > t table or (6.767 > 2.00030). Thus, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence of recruitment on employee performance. Job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 9.807 + 0.829X, the correlation value obtained is 0.743, meaning that the two variables have a very strong level of relationship. The coefficient of determination value is 55.2%. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value > t table or (8.672 > 2.00030). Thus, H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence of job training on employee performance. Recruitment and job training simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 3.303 + 0.348X1 + 0.611X2, the correlation value or level of relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is 0.795, meaning it has a very strong relationship. The coefficient of determination or contribution of simultaneous influence is 63.2%, while the remaining 36.8% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained calculated F value > F table (51.624 > 3.15). Thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence simultaneously on recruitment and job training on employee performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of product quality and service quality both partially and simultaneously on customer satisfaction at PT Ayoconnect Teknologi Indonesia. The research is quantitative with hypothesis testing. The population in this study was customers of PT Ayoconnect Teknologi Indonesia and the number of samples based on Slovin was 124 respondents, sampling using a convenience sampling technique. Data collection methods are through questionnaires with a Likert scale, observation, and literature study. The research results obtained: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between product quality and customer satisfaction at PT Ayoconnect Teknologi Indonesia. The linear regression model Y = 5.140 + 0.566X1, and the calculated t value is 12.152 (> t table) with a sig value. 0.000 (> t table). (2) There is a positive and significant influence between service quality on customer satisfaction of PT Ayoconnect Teknologi Indonesia. Simple linear regression model Y = 6.832 + 0.423X2, and the calculated t value is 11.289 (> t table) with a sig value. 0,000. (3) There is a positive and significant influence between product quality and service quality simultaneously on customer satisfaction of PT Ayoconnect Teknologi Indonesia. Multiple linear regression model Y = 4.179 + 0.359X1+ 0.197X2, as well as a calculated F value of 85.034 (> F table) and a sig value. 0.000 (<0.05)

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of training and work discipline on the performance of Transportation and Security employees at the Central Jakarta Supreme Audit Agency. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and a sample of 54 respondents was obtained. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that training has a significant effect on employee performance with a regression equation value of Y = 16,826 + 0.571 The value of determination or contribution of influence is 0.675 or 67.5% while the remaining 32.5% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value > t table or (6.593 > 2.007. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance by obtaining a regression equation value of Y = 6.455 + 0.796 or the contribution of influence is 67.7% or 32.3% while the remaining 61.5% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test shows that the calculated t value is > t table or (2.993 > 2.007). on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 13.277 + 0.332X1 + 0.341X2. The correlation coefficient value or level of relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is 0.799, meaning it has a strong relationship. while the remaining 46.3% was influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > Ftable or (29.544 > 2.790).

Abstract

UPTB UPPD SAMSAT Central Lombok they still use the data collection process using a simple method, namely using Excel to record goods data collection. This research aims to create an inventory system application which aims to reduce the risk of errors occurring compared to a manual recording system. The method used is the RAD method. This method is an information system development method that is considered to emphasize short development cycles, so it is considered appropriate to use in developing this inventory system. RAD uses an iterative method in developing a system of stages that support this method, namely define the requirements, prototype, receive feedback and finalize software. The results of this research are an inventory application interface that is used to collect goods data more quickly and accurately.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the positive and significant influence of Work Environment variables on Employee performance, to determine the positive and significant influence of Work Discipline variables on Employee performance and to determine the positive and significant influence of Work Environment and Work Discipline variables simultaneously on Employee performance at the Sukatani District Office. The sample used was a saturated sample technique totaling 55 employees. Data collection techniques through primary and secondary data. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistics, validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, t test and f test. The results of the research show that: (1) Partially there is a positive and significant influence between the Work Environment on employee performance at the Sukatani District Office, this can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y = 8.800+0.454 1.674 significantly 0.006 < 0.05. (2) Partially there is a positive and significant influence between Work Discipline on employee performance at the Sukatani District Office, this can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y = 10.086+0.545 0.000 < 0.05 . (3) Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between the Work Environment and Work Discipline on Employees at the Sukatani District Office, this can be proven from the multiple linear regression equation Y = 7.139 + 0.382 X₁ + 0.273 determination of 78.2%, and a value of ????ℎ???????????????????? 40, 957 > ???????????????????????? 3.175 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.
