Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Gunung Sumber Murni Jakarta. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling and in this study sample amounted to 55 respondents. Data analysis uses tests of validity, reliability, classical assumptions, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis tests. The result of this study is that work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with a simple linear regression equation Y = 23.705 + 0.463X1, a correlation value of 0.780 means that the two variables have a strong level of relationship. The value of the coefficient of determination is 60.9%. Test the hypothesis obtained t count > t table or (9.089>1.988). Thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant effect of work motivation on employee performance. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a simple linear regression equation Y = 24.464 + 0.438X2, a correlation value of 0.825 means that the two variables have a very strong level of relationship. The value of the coefficient of determination is 68%. Test the hypothesis obtained t count > t table or (10.615>1.988). Thus, H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence of work discipline on employee performance. Work motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance with multiple linear regression equations Y = 19.332 + 0.309X1+0.266X2, a correlation value of 0.776 meaning that the two variables have a strong level of relationship. The value of the coefficient of determination is 77.6% while the remaining 22.4% is influenced by other factors. Test the hypothesis obtained F count > F table or (94.515 > 3.158). Thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, meaning that there is a simultaneous significant effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this stu study was tο determine the effect of service quality and information quality on Consumer satisfaction at PT Bintang Motor branch Tangerang either partially or simultaneously. The method used is the associative method in taking the sample, the Slovin formula was used and obtained 98 respondents. The data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are Service quality and information have a significant effect ton consumer satisfaction with the regression equation Y= 9,641 + 0,411X1 + 0,354X2. The coefficient of determination is 52,4% ,while the remaining 47.6% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of F count > F table or (52.373 > 2.700). Thus HO is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a significant effect simultaneously between service quality and information on consumer satisfaction at PT. Bintang Motor Branch Tangerang.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. POS INDONESIA PAMULANG SOUTH TANGERANG BRANCH. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and a sample of 80 respondents was obtained. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 54.8% and the hypothesis test obtained t_count > t_tabel or (9.723 > 1.991). Work Discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 68.2% and the hypothesis test obtained t_count > t_table or (12.935 > 1.991). Work Motivation and Work Discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 5.201 + 0.251X_1 + 0.612X_2. The coefficient of determination value is 70.5% while the remaining 29.5% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of F_count > F_table or (91.897 > 2.720).

Abstract

Pemandian air panas Kalianget yang terletak di Wonosobo, Jawa Tengah, merupakan salah satu destinasi wisata alam yang populer di Indonesia. Pemandian ini dikenal karena sumber air panas alami yang mengandung berbagai mineral, terutama belerang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pencemaran belerang terhadap sifat termal di Pemandian Air Panas Kalianget Wonosobo dengan menggunakan prinsip fisika lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, yang mencakup observasi langsung dan wawancara dengan pengelola serta pengunjung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pencemaran belerang berdampak signifikan terhadap perubahan suhu air panas yang mengganggu kenyamanan pengunjung, serta merusak proses alami dalam sistem hidrotermal. Selain itu, pencemaran ini juga menyebabkan perubahan warna dan bau air serta menimbulkan stres pada tanaman di sekitar pemandian. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pengelolaan pencemaran yang lebih baik dan kolaborasi antara pengelola, pengunjung, dan masyarakat untuk menjaga keberlanjutan Pemandian Air Panas Kalianget sebagai destinasi wisata ramah lingkungan.

Abstract

A good student monitoring process can be created by having intense communication between the homeroom teacher and the BK for every student's inappropriate actions that require special handling. In their activities, each homeroom teacher has a special agenda book that contains the student's overall identity and a record of their history during their time as a student for any violations they have committed. However, it is not uncommon for the agenda book to be lost, damaged, and at any time requires data updates which of course will be troublesome if it is still done in writing, especially since the agenda book will continue to be transferred to the homeroom teacher in the following year. Homeroom teachers and BK also often lose documents such as student agreement letters and other documents related to students, even if they are stored, it will be quite difficult to find them because of the large number of students. Based on the background that has been described, the author builds and applies a system that can provide convenience for homeroom teachers and BK in the process of recording the identity and history of student actions which can be traced easily and quickly at any time so that the process of providing special guidance can be carried out immediately. The method in building the system uses the FAST method (Framework for the Applications of System Thinking) and uses the ISO/IEC 25010 instrument in the application evaluation. Based on the results obtained from the functional suitability instrument, the system is said to be good because the results are close to 1. The application is also said to be feasible because it can load pages under 7 seconds based on the work efficiency instrument. Based on the analysis of usability, the system has a feasible criterion with a value of 93.8%, from the aspect of system reliability it meets the aspect with a value of ≥95%, and has a grade A in the portability instrument.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the partial and simultaneous influence of the variables Cash Turnover, Inventory Turnover and Debt to Equity Ratio on Return on Assets at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk for the 2014-2023 period. The research method used is a quantitative method with a quantitative descriptive research method. The data used in this research is secondary data in the form of financial reports sourced from the official website of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk and the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, simple and multiple regression analysis, partial and simultaneous hypothesis tests, coefficient of determination analysis, and correlation coefficient tests using SPSS version 26. Based on the partial test, the Cash Turnover variable has no significant effect on Return On Assets with a tcount<ttable value of 0.373<2.447 and a significance value of 0.72>0.05. Partially, the Inventory Turnover variable has no significant effect on Return On Assets with a tcount<ttable value of -0.398<2.447 and a significance value of 0.70>0.05. Partially, the Debt to Equity Ratio variable has no significant effect on Return On Assets with a tcount<ttable value of –1.323<2.447 and a significance value of 0.22>0.05. Simultaneously, Cash Turnover, Inventory Turnover and Debt to Equity Ratio do not have a significant effect on Return On Assets with a Fcount<Ftable value of 0.481<4.757 and a significance value of 0.71>0.05.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee performance both partially and simultaneously at PT Adakom International Technology. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive method with a survey approach. The sampling technique used in this research is based on the saturated sampling method, where 48 samples from 78 members of the population were taken using a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis and testing techniques include validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, statistical tests including multiple linear regression tests, coefficient of determination tests, and hypothesis tests. In the first hypothesis test, namely the influence of transformational leadership (X1) on employee performance at PT Adakom International Technology, it was obtained that t count > t table or (6.913 > 1.679). This was also strengthened by the ρ value < Sig. 0.050 or (0.000 < 0, 05). So it can be stated partially to show that there is a significant influence on employee performance (Y) at PT Adakom International Technology. Meanwhile, testing the second hypothesis, namely the influence of organizational culture (X2) on employee performance (Y) at PT Adakom International Technology, obtained the calculated t value < ttable or (-0.032 < 1.679). This was also strengthened by the ρ value > Sig.0.050 or ( 0.975 > 0.05). So it can be stated partially to show that there is no significant influence on employee performance (Y) at PT Adakom International Technology. The third hypothesis test, namely the influence of transformational leadership (X1) and organizational culture (X2) on employee performance (Y) at PT Adakom International Technology, obtained a value of Fcount > Ftable or (23.897 > 3.204). This is also reinforced by the ρ value < Sig.0 .05 or (0.000 < 0.05). This means that simultaneously transformational leadership and organizational culture have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at PT Adakom International Technology.

Abstract

Financial distress is the initial stage experienced by a company in the process leading to bankruptcy. If a company goes bankrupt, many parties will be adversely affected. Therefore, financial distress analysis is necessary to provide early warning for companies. The purpose of this study is to analyze the financial distress conditions of textile and garment sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2018-2023 using the Original Altman Z-Score, Zmijewski, and Springate models. Additionally, this research aims to identify and analyze the most accurate model for predicting financial distress. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research. The research population consists of all 25 textile and garment sub-sector companies listed on the IDX. The sample was selected using purposive sampling technique, resulting in six companies for the period 2018-2023. The data analysis models used are the Original Altman Z-Score, Zmijewski, and Springate models. This research was conducted by collecting secondary data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website (www.idx.co.id) and the respective company websites. The results show that there are textile and garment sub-sector companies experiencing financial distress according to each model used. The Zmijewski model proves to be the most accurate in predicting financial distress, with the highest accuracy rate of 50%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous influence of training and work discipline on employee performance at PT Bahtera Energi Samudra Tuah South Jakarta. The method used is quantitative associative. The research population is 70 00 and all of them are sampled in this study. The data analysis techniques used are instrument test, classical assumption test, descriptive analysis, regression test, correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test and hypothesis test. The results of the study showed that training had a significant effect on employee performance by 30.7% while the remaining 69.3% was influenced by other variables that were not studied. Work discipline generally affects employee performance by 17.1% while the remaining 82.9% is influenced by other variables that are not studied. Training and work discipline simultaneously affected employee performance by 37.8% while the remaining 62.2% were influenced by other variables that were not studied. The results of the study showed that the multiple liner regression equation Y = 14.617+0.423 X1+0.223 X2 means that employee performance even without the influence of training and work discipline already has an influence of 14.617. Simultaneously, training and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is evidenced by the value of F calculation > F table, which is (20.364 > 3.13) with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, then H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between training and work discipline on employee performance simultaneously at PT Bahtera Energi Samudra Tuah South Jakarta.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the the effect of liquidity and solvency on profitability in telecommunication companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2023. Liquidity is proxied by Current Ratio, solvency is proxied by Debt to Asset Ratio, while profitability is proxied by Return On Asset. The method used is quantitative method using secondary data in the form of company financial statements. The population in this study were 18 companies, using purposive sampling technique, so that 7 telecommunications companies listed on the IDX were obtained that met the criteria. Data analysis using panel data regression models with the estimation used is the Random Effect Model (REM) model. The results showed that partially Current Ratio has a significant negative effect on Return On Asset. Meanwhile, Debt to Asset Ratio has a significant negative effect on Return On Asset. Simultaneously, Current Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio have a significant effect on Return On Asset in telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2023.
