Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of physical work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Galih Sekar Sakti Tangerang. Both partially and simultaneously. The method used is saturated sampling, namely using a sample of 78 respondents. The data analysis technique used is statistical analysis by testing the vadility test, reliability test, classical assumption test, simple linear test, multiple linear test, coefficient of determination, hypothesis t test and hypothesis F test. The results of research on motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Galih Sekar Sakti Tangerang are shown by the multiple linear regression equation Y = 1.388 + 0.614 X1 + 0.165 X2. This is evidenced by the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing obtained F value> F table or (280,242> 3.12), this is also reinforced by ρ value <0.05 or (0.000 <0.05). The results of the determination coefficient test of the Motivation variable (X1) and work discipline (X2) provide an influence of 72.2% on performance at PT Galih Sekar Sakti Tangerang. Thus H03 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. This means that it is proven that there is a significant influence simultaneously between Motivation (X1) and Discipline (X2) on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio on Return On Equity at PT Wilmar Cahaya Indonesia Tbk. The data collection technique in this research uses statistical tests which include descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that partially the Current Ratio to Return On Equity Current Ratio (CR) has a tcount greater than ttable (3.016 > 1.945) with a significant value of 0.020 which is smaller than 0.05. So it can be concluded that the Current Ratio (CR) has a positive and significant effect on Return On Equity (ROE). The Debt To Equity Ratio to ROE shows that the test results of tcount are greater than ttable (2.453 > 1.945) with a significant value of 0.044 which is smaller than 0.05. So it can be concluded that the Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) has a positive and significant effect on Return On Equity (ROE). Simultaneously, the Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio variables on Return On Equity show that the Fcount is greater than (12.037 > 4.74) with a significant value of 0.005 which is smaller than 0.05. So it can be concluded that simultaneously the Current Ratio (CR) and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) have a significant influence on Return On Equity (ROE).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence between location and promotion on purchasing decisions at PT Indomarco Prismatama Bogor Branch. The method used is associative research with a quantitative approach. In sampling used the Slovin formula and obtained 100 respondents. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are location and promotion have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with the regression equation Y = 7.036 + 0.178 X1 + 0.406 X2. The coefficient of determination is 58.4% while the remaining 41.6% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of F count> F table or (68.067> 3.09). Thus Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a simultaneous significant influence between location and promotion on purchasing decisions at PT. Indomarco prismatama Bogor Branch.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of price and promotion on purchasing decisions at the Kebuli Jordan restaurant in Bekasi. The research method used is causal associative with a quantitative approach and assisted by data processing with the SPSS version 26 application. The population at the Kebuli Jordan restaurant is 16,417 consumers. The sample for this research was determined using the Slovin formula as many as 99 respondents. Data analysis techniques use simple linear regression tests, multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficient tests, coefficient of determination tests and hypothesis tests. The research results show that price has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions with a t-count value of 6.803 > t-table 1.984 and a sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Promotion has a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction with a t-value of 7.049 > t-table 1.984 and a sig value. 0.000 < 0.05. Price and Promotion simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction with the regression equation Y= 10.999 + 0.257 X1 + 0.416 X2. The coefficient of determination value is 38.6% while the remaining 61.4% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained an F-count value of 30.162 > t-table 3.091 and a sig value. 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of the influence of the work environment and career development on job satisfaction of employees at the Depok Trade Apparatus Education and Training Center. This research method is quantitative and the sample was 67 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis techniques use validity, reliability, classical assumptions, simple and multiple linear regression, correlation, determination, t test and test f. The research results show that: There is an influence of the work environment on employee job satisfaction with a simple regression equation Y = 8.636 + 0.798(X1). The correlation value is Rx1y = 0.853 with a strong and significant relationship level, the contribution of the influence of the work environment is 72.7% and the partial hypothesis test shows a tcount value of 13.170 > ttable 1.669, or a Sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. There is an influence of career development on employee job satisfaction with a simple regression equation Y = 6.431+0.846 (X2), a correlation value of Rx2y = 0.910 with a strong and significant relationship level, the contribution of the influence of career development on job satisfaction is 82.8% and partial hypothesis testing shows a tcount value of 17.693 > ttable 1.669, a Sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. There is a simultaneous influence of the work environment and career development on employee job satisfaction with a multiple regression equation of Y = 3.929+ 0.281(X1)+0.611(X2), a multiple correlation value of Rx12y = 0.924 with a strong relationship level, the contribution of the influence of the work environment and development career on job satisfaction of 85.5% and simultaneous hypothesis testing shows an Fcount value of 187.974 > Ftable 3.140, or a Sig value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of discipline and work environment on employee performance at PT. Swadharma Sarana Informatika both partially and simultaneously on the processing of empirical data from the distribution of questionnaires that have been carried out. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using a sampling technique of 80 respondents. In this study using data analysis techniques in the form of: validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing, classical assumption testing, quantitative testing and hypothesis testing. It can be seen that the results of the multiple linear regression equation obtained between Ŷ = 7.416 + 0.410 (X1) + 0.397 (X2). This is evidenced by the results of the hypothesis test based on the simultaneous F value obtained > F table or (60.821 > 3.120), this is also strengthened by the significance <0.050 or (0.000 <0.050). The results of the coefficient of determination test of the discipline variable (X1) and work environment (X2) have an influence of 61.2% on performance at PT. Swadharma Sarana Informatika. Thus Ho is rejected Ha is accepted, it can be interpreted that there is a significant simultaneous influence between discipline (X1) work environment (X2) on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of employee training and development and worker performance both partially and simultaneously at the F45 Training Cilandak Fitness Center. This research method uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The collection methods used are primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique in this research used the Saturated Sampling Technique of 60 respondents. Data analysis uses the SPSS version 26 program application. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, normality, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis test. Testing the hypothesis above obtained t count > t table (6.028 > 1.997). So it can be concluded that H0 is rejected, H1 is accepted, which means that there is an influence between Cilandak. obtained t count > t table (3.166 > 1.997).This is also strengthened by the significance of <0.050 or (0.000 <0.05). So it can be concluded that H02 is rejected. Ha2 is accepted, which means that there is an influence between X2 and Y or shows that there is a partially significant influence between employee development on worker performance at the F45 fitness center Cilandak Branch Training.So it can be concluded that the influence of employee training and development simultaneously has a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Determination obtained by Adjusted R Square The value of the coefficient of determination or contribution of influence simultaneously is 35.9% while the remaining 64.1% is influenced by other factors. Meanwhile, the remaining 42.3% was influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of price earning ratio, return on equity and market to book value of equity on stock returns in food and beverage companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2022 period. In this research there are three independent variables, namely price earning ratio, return on equity and market to book value of equity and one dependent variable, namely stock returns. The sample method used was a purposive sampling method, the population found in this research was forty companies with a sample size of five companies that met the criteria. The data used is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id and also the official website of each company in the form of the company's annual financial report. This research analysis uses multiple linear regression, then for testing in multiple linear regression research using Eviews 12 SV (x64) software using the t test (Partial) and f test (Simultaneous). Based on the research results, it shows that: partially PER (X1) has a significant effect on stock returns (Y), partially ROE (X2) has a significant effect on stock returns (Y), partially MBVE (X3) has a significant effect on stock returns (Y) , and simultaneously PER, ROE and MBVE have a significant effect on stock returns.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at the Daphubu Kampung Aceh restaurant in West Pamulang, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative. The population in the study was 7,473 respondents. With a sampling technique using random sampling, a sample of 99 respondents was obtained. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The research results show that product quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction with a simple regression equation Y = 12.512 + 0.226X1. Hypothesis testing obtained t value > t table or (4.251 > 1.985). Thus, Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence of product quality on customer satisfaction. Service Quality has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction with the simple regression equation Y = 12.512 + 0.505X2. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value > t table or (7.653 > 1.985). Thus, Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction. Product Quality and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction with the multiple regression equation, namely Y = 12.512 + 0.226X1 + 0.505X2. Hypothesis testing obtained calculated F value > F table or (57.983 > 3.091). Thus, Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant simultaneous influence of Product Quality and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and compensation on employee work productivity at PT AFI Tour South Jakarta. The population in this study were all employees of PT AFI Tour South Jakarta, while the sample was all employees of PT AFI Tour South Jakarta, namely 66 employees. The sampling technique was a saturated sampling technique. The analysis tool used in this study was multiple linear regression. The results of the study partially showed that leadership style had a significant effect on employee work productivity at PT AFI Tour South Jakarta, this was t-count> t-table or 6,415> 1,99834 and a significant value <0,05, while compensation had a significant effect on employee work productivity at PT AFI Tour South Jakarta, this was indicated by the value of t- count> t-table or 3,938> 1,99834 and a significant value <0,05. Simultaneously, leadership style and compensation have a significant effect on employee work productivity at PT AFI Tour South Jakarta, this is indicated by the Fcount value> Ftable or 22,062> 3,14 and a significant value <0,05. The R2 value of 0,287 indicates that employee work productivity is influenced by leadership style and compensation by 41,2% while the remaining 58,8% is influenced by other factors outside this study.
