Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the work environment and work discipline on employee performance at PT. EKK Eagle Industry Indonesia.. The research method used is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and the sample obtained in this study was 69 respondents. This research uses SPSS version 26. Data analysis and testing techniques include simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, t test and F test. Based on research results, the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 32.467 + 0.175X1. The hypothesis test was obtained (tcount 3.001 > ttable 1.996) and significance value (0.000 <0.05). Research results Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 3.831 + 0.911X2. The hypothesis test was obtained (tcount 9.175 > ttable 1.996) and significance value (0.000 <0.05). Work Environment and Work Discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 2.962 +0.162X1 + 0.889X2. The hypothesis test was obtained (Fcount 63.143 > Ftable 3.19) and significance value (0.000 <0.05).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia Ciputat South Tangerang Branch Office. The method used in this research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula and a sample of 57 respondents was obtained. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 70.3% and the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (7.332 > 1.673). Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 74.9% and hypothesis testing obtained a value of tcount > ttable or (8.394 > 1.673). Discipline and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 7.308 + 0.355X1 + 0.465X2. The coefficient of determination or contribution of simultaneous influence is 80.3%, while the remaining 19.7% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of F count > F table or (49.183 > 2.78). The correlation coefficient value of discipline, work motivation and employee performance was simultaneously obtained at 0,494, while the remainder was (100-49,4) = 50,6% influenced by other factors. Simultaneous correlation coefficient test obtained a correlation coefficient value of 0,803, which is in the interval 0,600-0,799.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work motivation and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT Sahabat Jaya Sukses Abadi in Tangerang City. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, namely 82 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that work motivation has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction with a coefficient of determination value of 51.7% and the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (9.252 > 1.990). The work environment has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction with a coefficient of determination value of 39.2% and hypothesis testing obtained t count > t table or (7.189 > 1.990). Work motivation and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 8.129 + 0.488X1 + 0.306X2. The coefficient of determination value is 57.9% while the remaining 42.1% is influenced by the coefficient of determination of all variables. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > F table or (54.217 > 2.720).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and selection on employee performance at the South Tangerang Mayor's Office partially or simultaneously. The method used in this method is a quantitative approach, the existing population of 85 people by taking saturated or overall samples, namely with 85 respondents. The tests used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test, Hypothesis Test (t test and f test). The results of this study simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with regression Y = 0.251 + 0.529 X1 + 0.531 X2  + e, the correlation coefficient value of 0.757 & 0.870 means that simultaneously has a “Very Strong” level of relationship. Where the value is in the interval 0.800 - 1.000. While the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) is  0.751  (75.1%).  Based  on  this  value,  it  shows  the  percentage  between  the Recruitment (X1), and Selection (X2) variables affecting Employee Performance (Y) by 75.1% while the remaining (100% - 75.1%) 24.9% is influenced by other variables that are not included. For the hypothesis value, the value of Fcount > Ftabel or (127.992> 3.11). This is also reinforced by sig <0.05 or (0.000 <0.05) thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, this shows that there is a significant effect simultaneously between the Recruitment (X1) and Selection (X2) variables on Employee Performance.

Abstract

 The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Leadership Style and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Cipta Karya and Spatial Planning Office of South Tangerang City. The population in this study were employees of the Cipta Karya and Spatial Planning Office totaling 68 people with a sample size of 68  people. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method with associative approach. The technique used is sampling technique with probability sampling method, the sampling method uses slovin theory. The analysis used is regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are Leadership Style (X₁) and Work Discipline (X₂) have a significant and positive effect on Employee Performance (Y) with the results of the regression equation Y = 3,690 + 0.166X₁ + 0.781X₂. The correlation coefficient shows a strong relationship with a correlation value of 0.803. The coefficient of determination simultaneously affects 0.634 with a percentage value of 63.4%. Simultaneous hypothesis testing of Leadership Style (X₁) and Work Discipline (X₂) on Employee Performance (Y) obtained the results of F count> F table or 34.297> 3.1, then H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a simultaneous significant influence between Leadership Style (X₁) and Work Discipline (X₂) on Employee Performance (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of product quality and price on customer satisfaction at Serious Store Parung, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, which had direct experience and the sample in this study amounted to 96 respondents.. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that product quality influences customer satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 26,197 + 0.311 X1. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value > t table or (3,354 > 1,986), this was also strengthened by the sig value. < sig. 0.050 or (0.001 < 0.050). Thus, Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted, meaning that partially there is a positive and significant influence between Product Quality and Customer Satisfaction. Price influences Customer Satisfaction with the equation Y = 4,364 + 0.892 X2. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value > t table or (10,874 > 1,986), this was strengthened by the sig value. < sig. 0.050 or (0.000 < 0.050). Thus, Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, meaning that partially there is a positive and significant influence between Price and Customer Satisfaction. Product Quality and Price influence Customer Satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 0.078 + 0.165 X1 + 0.840 X2. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > F table or (65,596 > 3.094), this was strengthened by the sig value. < sig. 0.050 or (0.000 < 0.050). Thus, Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted, meaning that simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between Product Quality and Price on Customer Satisfaction at Serious Store Parung.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of price and product quality Oppo Reno on consumer satisfaction at Erafone Meruya Selatan, West Jakarta. This research method uses quantitative descriptive. The number of samples used was 105 respondents using the Simple Random Sampling Technique. Data collection techniques in this research used a questionnaire. The analysis in this research uses SPSS software version 27. The results of this research are Price (X1) on Consumer Satisfaction (Y), the regression obtained is Y = 2,119 + 0,927 X1. The tcount value is 13.527 > ttable 1.660, thus the results of the H1 hypothesis are accepted. In the variable Product Quality (X2) on Consumer Satisfaction (Y), the regression obtained Y = 1,450 + 0,955 X2 The value of tcount is 17.531 > ttable 1.660, thus the results of hypothesis H2 are accepted. Simultaneously with the variables Price (X1) and Product Quality (X2), the regression obtained Y = -1,793 + 0,330 X1 + 0,698 X2 . The Fcount value is 117.673 > Ftable 3.091, thus the results of the H3 hypothesis are accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of service quality and price on consumer satisfaction. The method used is a quantitative associative approach. The sampling technique used accidental sampling technique with the Slovin formula and a sample of 91 respondents was obtained. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that Service Quality influences Consumer Satisfaction with a coefficient of determination value of 66.6% and the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (13.319 > 1.988). Price has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction with a coefficient of determination value of 76.4% and the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (16.990 > 1.988). Service Quality and Price simultaneously have a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction with the regression equation Y= 4.276 + 0.107X1 + 0.776X2. The coefficient of determination value is 76.7% while the remaining 23.3% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > F table or (144.516 > 3.10).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of brand awareness and brand image on purchasing decisions. The method used is a causal quantitative associative approach. Data collection was carried out through direct observation in-store, distribution of questionnaires to consumers, and documentation of observation results such as sales and pricing data. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling with the Slovin formula; from a population of 1,019 respondents, a sample of 91 respondents was obtained. Data analysis includes validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 26. The research results show that brand awareness has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, with a determination coefficient value of 50.2%. The hypothesis test shows that the t-value (9.446) is greater than the t-table (1.988). Brand image also has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, with a determination coefficient of 79.4% and a t-value (10.877) greater than the t-table (1.988). Simultaneously, brand awareness and brand image have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, with a regression equation of Y=3.862+0.234X1+0.497X2Y = 3.862 + 0.234X_1 + 0.497X_2Y=3.862+0.234X1+0.497X2. The total determination coefficient reaches 61%, while the remaining 39% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test shows that the calculated F-value (68.961) is greater than the F-table (3.10), with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.050, indicating a significant influence of Brand Awareness and Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions CV.l Kalos Polos Malnial (KPM Apparel) Depok City Branch.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of motivation and work environment on job satisfaction. The sample used was a saturated sampling technique, totaling 60 employees. Quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques through primary and secondary data. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistics, validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, t test and f test with the help of the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program ). The research results show that: (1) Partially there is a positive and significant influence between motivation on employee job satisfaction, this is proven by the calculated t value of l3.920 > t table 1.67155 with a significance of 0.002 < 0.05. (2) Partially there is a positive and significant influence between the work environment on employee job satisfaction, this is proven by the calculated t value of 3.490 > t table 1.67155 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. (3) Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between motivation and work environment on job satisfaction, this is proven by the calculated f value of 107.365 > f table 3.159 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.
