Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and job training on employee productivity either partially or simultaneously. This research was conducted using quantitative research methods involving employees as samples in this study. Also, this study uses various research tests, namely validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, correlation coefficient test, regression coefficient test, coefficient of determination test, t test and f test. The result of this research is that on the work motivation variable, the regression equation Y = 19,948 + 0,532 is obtained. The value of the work motivation regression coefficient (X1) is 0,532, this number is positive, it means that if the constant is fixed and there is no change in the work motivation variable data (X1), then every 1 unit change in the work motivation variable (X1) will result in an increase in productivity (Y) of 0.532. Then, on the job training, the regression equation can be obtained Y = 8,626 + 0,799 X2, where X2 = Job training. The coefficient value is 0.799 (positive), which shows a unidirectional effect, meaning that if job training is increased by one, it will increase employee productivity by 8.626. Then, on employee productivity, the multiple regression equation Y = 8,381 + 0,057 X1 + 0,751 X2 + e. The value of the regression coefficient on the productivity variable is 8.381, concluding that if the Work Motivation (X1) and Job Training (X2) remain (no change) then the consistency value of Productivity (Y) is 8.381. The statistical results of the t test have a positive and significant effect on work facilities on employee productivity. Based on the table that t count t hitung 12,228 > t tabel 1,989 or significant 0.000 <0.05, thus Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, so that partially there is a positive and significant effect of work motivation on employee productivity. Then, the statistical results of the t test have a positive and significant effect on job training on employee productivity. Based on the table that t count t hitung 12,228 > t tabel 1,989 and significant 0.000 < 0.05, thus Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, so that partially there is a positive and significant effect of job training on employee productivity. And, the results of statistical calculations show the calculated F hitung 74,560 > F tabel 3,095. by using a significance limit of 0.05, the significance value obtained is 0.000 < 0.05. This means that the hypothesis which states that the simultaneous variable work motivation, job training, has an influence on employee productivity.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to examine the positive and significant impact of competence and work discipline on employee performance at PT Global Sarana Sukses. The population in this study is 60 respondents and the sample gathered by Slovin's formula is 60 respondents. Data collection techniques taken from both primary and secondary data sources. The research method employed was quantitative with an associative approach. The results indicated that: (1) competency has a positive partial effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the linear regression test, which is the regression equation of Y = 3.664, + 0.448X₁ and the constant value is 3.664. The value of ????test 1.175 with the 5% distribution table value of 1.67155, while the ????test 1.175> ????????able 1.67155 it showed a significant level <0.05 which is 0.001. (2) The results showed that work discipline has a positive partial effect on employee performance, as demonstrated by the linear regression test, which is showed on a regression equation of Y = 1.175 + 0.485X₂. This indicates that the constant value is 1.175 The t test has a value of ????test 5.217 with the 5% distribution table value of 1.67155, while the ????test 5.217 > ????table 1.67155 it showed a significant level <0.05 which is 0.000. The results showed that work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance. (3) Simultaneously, competency and work discipline have a positive impact on employee performance as presented by the linear regression test, which is showed on a regression equation of Y = 3.664 + 0.448X₁ + 0.485X2.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and work environment on the performance of employees at the Pasar Minggu area general hospital. The type of research used is a quantitative approach. The population and sample in this study were all employees of the Pasar Minggu area general hospital, totaling 50 people. The data collection method in this research uses a questionnaire. And the results of this research are that work discipline (X1) has a positive and significant value on employee performance (Y) at Pasar Minggu Hospital. This can be proven through the t test which has a t value of 2.136 and a t table value of 2.0117, with a sig level of 0.0038 < 0.05, which means that work discipline has a positive influence on employee performance. The work environment (X2) has a positive and significant value on employee performance (Y) at Pasar Minggu Hospital. This can be proven through the t test which has a calculated value of 3.009 and a value of 2.0117, with a sig level of 0.00 < 0.05, meaning that the work environment has a positive influence on employee performance. The variables of work discipline and work environment simultaneously show the results have a significant effect on the performance variable. employees at Pasar Minggu Hospital employees. This is proven by the results of the simultaneous hypothesis test, the F test obtained f count > f table 5,137 > 3,191 and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Current Ratio and Total Assets Turnover either partially or simultaneously on the Return on Assets at PT. Berlina Tbk. The approach used in this research is the Balance Sheet and income statement of PT. Berlina Tbk period 2013-2023. The independent variables used in this study consisted of the Current Ratio and Total Assets Turnover, while the dependent variable was Return on Assets. The data collection technique used in this study used a documentation study. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination, with SPSS 26 software. The results of this study prove that the Current Ratio partially has no effect on Return On Assets. The result of tcount2,116< ttablel2,306, where the sig value is 0,067>0,05.  while Total Assets Turnover has an influence on Return on Assets. The result of tcount2,527>ttablel2,306, where the sig value is 0,035<0,05. And simultaneously Current Ratio and Total Assets Turnover have an influence on Return on Assets at PT. Berlina Tbk. It is proven from the F test result that the Fcount 7,996> Ftable4,46 and the sig value is 0,012< 0,05.

Abstract

Sampling technique employed is Non-Probability Sampling. The analysis in this research utilizes the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) software version 26.0. The research results indicate that the Current Ratio (CR) has a significant effect on Return On Equity (ROE) based on the t-test (Partial Test), where the calculated t-value is greater than the t-table value and significant at less than 0.05: (10,027 > 2,306) and significant (0,000 < 0,05). The Total Asset Turnover (TATO) does not have a significant effect on Return On Equity (ROE) based on the t-test (Partial Test), where the calculated t-value is less than the t-table value and not significant at greater than 0,05: (-1,499 < 2,306) and significant (0,172 > 0,05). The Current Ratio (CR) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) do not influence Return On Equity (ROE) simultaneously. Based on the F-test (Simultaneous Test), it shows that the calculated F-value is greater than the F-table value and not significant at less than 0,05: (55,411 > 4,737) and significant (0,000 > 0,05). This indicates that there is no significant simultaneous influence between the Current Ratio and Total Asset Turnover on Return On Equity.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, and Sales Growth on Return on Assets at PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk for the 2013-2023 period. Sampling was carried out by taking 11 years of data from the 2013 to 2023 period. Method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The research results show that the Current Ratio data partially has no effect on the Return On Assets variable. This is proven by the t count which is smaller than the t table (0.428 < 2.364) and the sig value is greater than the significance level (0.681 > 0.05). However, the Debt To Equity Ratio data partially has no effect on Return On Assets. This is proven by the calculated t which is smaller than the t table (-1.056 < 2.364) and the sig value is greater than the significance level (0.326 > 0.05). And partial Sales Growth data has no effect on the Return On Assets variable. This is proven by the small t count from the t table (2.282 < 2.364) and the sig value is greater than the significance level (0.56 > 0.05). Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, and Sales Growth simultaneously have no effect on the variable attachment to Return On Assets at PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk with a calculated F value of 3.352 < 4.34 and a significance level of 0.085 which is greater than 0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the variable "The Influence of Service Quality and Location on Consumer Satisfaction at the Aquaticxo Arowana Pondok Aren Shop". The research method used is associative research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was consumers of the Aquaticxo Arowana Pondok Aren Ornamental Fish Shop. The sample in this research was 93 respondents. Sampling used the Slovin formula. The data collection methods used were questionnaires, literature study and observation. Data analysis methods used include: Descriptive Statistical Test, Normality, Multicollinearity, Heteroscedasticity, Multiple Linear Regression, t Test (Partial), F Test (Simultaneous), Correlation Coefficient (R), Determination Coefficient (R2) and Hypothesis Testing with the help of software SPSS 26. The research results from the t test show that the significance value of the 2 independent variables is more than 0.05, thus it can be concluded that partially both Service Quality and Location have an influence on Consumer Satisfaction. Meanwhile, from the results of the F test (simultaneous), a significance value of 0.000 (0.000 < 0.05) was obtained and an Fcount value of 32,640, which means Fcount is greater than Ftable (32,640 > 3.098), which means that the Service Quality and Location variables influence Consumer Satisfaction. From the results of the correlation coefficient test, an R value of 0.648 was obtained, where the Service Quality and Location variables have a very strong level of correlation with Consumer Satisfaction. And from the results of the coefficient of determination test (R2), the R square value is 0.420, which means that the influence of the Service Quality and Location variables on Consumer Satisfaction in this research is 42.0% while the remaining 58.0% is influenced by other variables not examined in the research. This.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of communication and work environment on employee performance at PT. Nusatrip South Jakarta. The method used in this research is quantitative. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling where the entire population becomes the sample in the study, which consists of 74 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, and hypothesis testing. The result of this study is communication (X1) and work environment (X2) on employee performance (Y) obtained from the linear regression equation Y=5.807 + 0.464X1 + 0.291X2. The correlation value or the degree of relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is 0.812, indicating a strong relationship. The coefficient of determination value or the contribution of its influence simultaneously is 65.9%. The partial hypothesis test obtained a communication value of tcount 10.472 > ttable 1.993, thus Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted, indicating that there is a positive and significant influence of work communication on employee performance. The work environment value is tcount 9.828 > ttable 1.993, thus Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, indicating that there is a positive and significant influence of the work environment on employee performance. The Fcount hypothesis test value is 68.531 > Ftable 3.12, thus Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted, meaning that simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence of communication and the work environment on employee performance at PT. Nusatrip      Jakarta Selatan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance at PT Exodo Ecommerce Innovasia. The method used is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, totaling 80 respondents. The results of this research are, Leadership Style (X1) influences employee performance (Y) with the regression equation Y = 18.398 + 0.564 The hypothesis test obtained a value (Tcount 8.623 > Ttable 1.991), and a significance value of (0.000 <0.05), so Ho1 was rejected and Ha1 was accepted. This means that there is a significant influence of leadership style (X1) on employee performance (Y) on the performance of PT Exodo Ecommerce Innovasia employees. Organizational culture (X2) influences employee performance (Y) with the regression equation Y = 10.239 + 0.747 The hypothesis test obtained a value (Tcount 12.423 > Ttable value 1.991), and a significance value of (0.000 < 0.05), so Ho2 was rejected and Ha2 was accepted. This means that there is a significant influence of organizational culture (X2) on employee performance (Y) on the performance of PT Exodo Ecommerce Innovasia employees. Leadership Style (X1) and Organizational Culture (X2) influence employee performance (Y) with the regression equation Y = 8.060 + 0.227 Hypothesis test Fcount value 93.878 > Ftable 3.115. This proves that Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence of leadership style and organizational culture on the performance of PT Exodo Ecommerce Innovasia Central Jakarta employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine whether the work environment and work discipline, both partially and simultaneously, have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT Transkomintegration Mandiri, South Tangerang City. This research uses an associative quantitative research method where the data obtained is in the form of a questionnaire which is processed using the SPSS 2.5 application. The results show the influence of the work environment on employee performance at PT Transkomintegra Mandiri, South Tangerang City. Shown by the regression equation Y = 17.562 + 0.573 The calculated t value of the Work Environment is 3.616 which is greater than the t table value of 1.66600 with a significance level of 0.001 which is smaller than 0.05, so it can be interpreted that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, so it can be partially concluded that the Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, There is an influence of work discipline on employee performance at PT Transkomintegration Mandiri, South Tangerang City, shown by the regression equation Y = 19.169 + 0.529X2, the correlation coefficient (R) value is 0.555, which means the coefficient between variables X2 to Y is moderate. The tcount value of the Work Discipline variable is 2.665 which is greater than the ttable of 1.66600 with a significance level of 0.009 which is smaller than 0.05, so it can be interpreted that H2 is accepted and H0 is rejected. So it can be partially concluded that Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, There is an influence of the work environment and work discipline on employee performance at PT Transkomintegration Mandiri, South Tangerang City. Proven by the regression equation Y = 12.959 + 0.395 % obtained from Adjust R Square, namely KD = 0.398 x 100% = 39.8% while the remaining 60.2% (100% - 39.8%) is the influence of other factors that were not studied. The output is known to be Fcount of 25.459 and the significance value is 0 while the value is 3.12. So it can be concluded that Fcount > Ftable (25.459 > 3.12) and significance < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), then H3 is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously between environmental variables work and work discipline on employee performance.
