Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance both partially and simultaneously at PT. Central Jakarta Purna Investama Fund. The research method that will be used in this research is an associative method with a quantitative approach, using a saturated sample with a population of all PT employees. Central Jakarta Purna Investama Fund. as many as 60 respondents. The analytical methods used in this research are simple and multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination R2, and hypothesis analysis of the t test (partial) and f test (simultaneous). Based on the research results, work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y 38.291 + 0.050 X1. Hypothesis testing obtained t calculated t table or (0.447 < 1.671). Thus, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between motivation and employee performance. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y 18.389 + 0.556 X2. Hypothesis testing obtained t calculated t table or (4.861 > 1.671). Thus, H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between work discipline on employee performance. Work motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y 14.578 + 0.087 X1 + 0.565 X2. The coefficient of determination value is 30.0% while the remaining 70% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value of F table or (12.215 > 4.00). Thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a significant simultaneous influence between work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at PT. TVS SCS Indonesia South Jakarta. The population in this study were all employees of PT. TVS SCS Indonesia South Jakarta and the sample used was a saturated sample with a total of 60 employees. Based on the results of this research, it is concluded that leadership style (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a correlation value of 0.808, meaning it has a strong influence, a coefficient of determination of 65.3%. Hypothesis testing obtained tcount > ttable or (10,440 > 1.672) and this was also strengthened by the  value < sig.0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). Thus, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so from this research it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between the leadership style variable (X1) on employee performance (Y) at PT. TVS SCS Indonesia. Based on the results of this research, it is concluded that work discipline (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a correlation value of 0.906, meaning it has a strong influence, the coefficient of determination is 82%. Hypothesis testing obtained tcount > ttable or (16.272 > 1.672) and this was also strengthened by the  value < sig.0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). Thus, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so from this research it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between the work discipline variable (X1) on employee performance (Y) at PT. TVS SCS Indonesia. Based on the results of this research, it is concluded that leadership style (X1) and work discipline (X2) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a correlation value of 0.921, meaning that they have a strong influence. Coefficient of determination 84.9%. Hypothesis testing obtained fcount > ftable or (159.696 > 3.159). Thus, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so from this research it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between the variables leadership style (X1) and work discipline (X2) on employee performance (Y) of PT. TVS SCS Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality and Price on Customer Loyalty at Alfamart Kopo Serang. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. The population used in this study were Alfamart Kopo Serang customers in 2024 totaling 2,047. The sample used by the author in this study was 96 respondents. The data collection method used in this study was primary data. The primary data taken were the results of the questionnaire. The results showed that there was a significant influence between service quality on customer loyalty with a calculated t value> t table or (10.197> 1985) and was also strengthened by a significance value <0.050 or (0.000 <0.050). There is a significant influence, so it can be concluded that the price variable has an effect on the customer loyalty variable with a calculated t value> t table or (7.921> 1.985) and was also strengthened by a significance value <0.050 or (0.000 <0.050). There is a significant simultaneous influence between service quality and price on customer loyalty with a calculated F value > F table or (54.702 > 2.700) and is also strengthened by a significance of < 0.050 or (0.000 < 0.050).

Abstract

This study aims to determine Customer Loyalty Affected by Service Quality and Facilities with Customer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable on Commuter line Trains (Study on Commuter line Bogor to Jakarta City Route). In this study the authors used quantitative research methods with an associative descriptive approach. The sampling technique used is Accidental Sampling. This study uses the Rao Purba formula with a margin of error of 5% as many as 386 samples. The data obtained was analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) technique. The results of this quantitative study indicate that of the 7 hypotheses accepted, namely Service Quality has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction with a path coefficient value of 0.158 and a p-value of 0.010 <0.05. Facilities have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction with a path coefficient value of 0.302 and a p-value of 0.000 <0.05. Service quality has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty with a path coefficient value of 0.200 and a p-value of 0.005 <0.05. Facilities have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty with a path coefficient value of 0.154 and p-values of 0.036 <0.05. Customer Satisfaction has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty with a path coefficient of 0.246 and a p-value of 0.001 <0.05. Service Quality through Customer Satisfaction is indirectly significant to Customer Loyalty with a path coefficient of 0.039 and a p-value of 0.026 <0.05. Facilities through Customer Satisfaction are indirectly significant to Customer Loyalty with a path coefficient value of 0.074 and a p-value of 0.002 <0.05. Based on the results of the calculation, it is known that the R Square value obtained is 0.145 and 0.194, indicating that Customer Satisfaction (Y) and Customer Loyalty (Z) can be explained by the Service Quality Variables (X1) and Facilities (X2) by 14.5% and 19.4%, the rest is explained by other variables outside the model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of otoritary leadership  and work discipline on employee performance at PT RPA Nusantara in Gunung Sindur, Bogor Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative. The total of population is 126 the sample using saturated sampling, it was obtained as many as 66 respondents. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are that otoritary  leadership has a significant effect on employee performance, this is evident from the results of the hypothesis test obtained t test > t table or 4.717> 1.668 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Discipline also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Discipline also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is evident from the results of the hypothesis test obtained t test > t table or 12.539> 1.668 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Otoritary leadership and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 7.438 + 0.058 X1 + 684 X2. The otoritary leadership and work discipline have simultaneously a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is can be seen from the results of the simultaneous test (F test) where the results of F test > F table 78.523> 3.24 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 based on the determination test, it is known that the R square value is 0.714. This shows that otoritary  leadership and work discipline contribute to employee performance by 71.4 while the remaining 28.6% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of occupational health safety and the physical work environment on employee performance at PT Griya Sumber Mandiri Sawangan Depok. This research uses quantitative methods. The data was collected from 75 respondents by questionnaires and the varables are. Occupational health safety (X1) and physical work environment (X2), Employee Performance (Y). Data analysis includes validity, reliability, classical assumptions, regression, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, hypothesis tests. The results of these research show that there is a significant influence between occupational health safety on employee performance, with a coefficient of determination value of 55.7%, hypothesis test t test > t table (9.574 > 1.993). The physical work environment has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination value of 66.1%, the results of the hypothesis test obtained t test > t table (11.942 > 1.993). Simultaneously, occupational health safety and physical work environment have a significant effect on employee performance with a Y regression of 6.437 + 0.313X1 + 0.553X2. The coefficient of determination value was 68.8%, while the remaining 31.2% was caused by other factors not researched by the author. Hypothesis testing obtained calculated f test > f table (79.510 > 2.730).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of motivation and work culture on employee performance at the Ciledug District Office, Tangerang City. Using Quantitative methods. The population of this study was 60 respondents. The research results show that Motivation (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 20.745+0.489 X1. The correlation value is 0.616, this value has a strong level of relationship. The coefficient of determination value of the motivation variable influences employee performance variables by 38%, while the remaining 62% is influenced by other factors. And the results of the hypothesis test (t test) obtained a tcount value of 5.962 > ttable 1.672 and a significance of 0.000<0.05 Work culture (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 22.876+0.434 X2, a correlation value of 0.621, this value has a strong level of relationship. The coefficient of determination for the work culture variable influences the performance variable by 38.6%, while the remaining 61.4% is influenced by other factors. And the results of the hypothesis test (t test) obtained a t value of 6.040 > t table 1.672 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05.  Motivation (X1) and Work Culture (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 17.825 + 0.293 X1 + 0.268 The coefficient of determination value simultaneously states that the motivation variable is 46.5% while the remaining 53.5% is influenced by other factors. And the results of the hypothesis test (F Test) obtained an Fcount value of (24.808>3.16) and a significance of 0.000<0.05. So a decision can be made that Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted, meaning that there is an influence of Motivation and Work Culture on the Performance of Ciledug District Office Employees, Tangerang City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Work Discipline and Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Sukamulya District Office, Tangerang Regency. The method used is the Quantitative method. The sampling technique used saturated samples and a sample of 48 respondents was obtained. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients,      determination coefficients and hypothesis tests. The results of this study are that Work Discipline has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a determination coefficient value of 70.5% and the hypothesis test is obtained by calculating t > t table or (2,334> 1,661). The Work Environment has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a determination coefficient value of 64.0% and the hypothesis is obtained t calculation > t table or (18.968 > 1.661). Work discipline and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance with the regression equation Y= 8.151+ 0.632X1 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of compensation and motivation on employee performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 62 employees, a sampling technique using saturated sampling. Data collection techniques through primary and secondary data. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistics, validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination, t test and f test. The research results show that partial disturbances have a significant effect on employee performance. This can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y = 23.954 + 0.376X and the value of tcount > ttable or (4.092 > 1.67065). Partially, motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, this can be proven by the equation Y = 17.253 + 0.548X and the value (5.902 > 1.67065). Simultaneously, motivation influences employee performance, this can be proven by the multiple linear regression equation Y = 18.285 + 0.065X₁ + 0.585X₂, the correlation value is 0.634, the coefficient of determination is 40.2%, the hypothesis test is obtained Fhitung > Ftabel or (19.809 > 3.15).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of leadership and work discipline on employee performance at PT Garnita Usaha Mandiri, Tangerang City, both partially and simultaneously. This research method uses an associative quantitative method, with a population of 82 respondents and sampling using saturated samples. Data analysis techniques use data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, linear regression tests, correlation coefficient tests, coefficient of determination tests and hypothesis tests. The results of the research show that leadership has a positive effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 16.220 + 0.611 (3.972 > 1.990) which means Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted. Work Discipline has a positive effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 12.226 + 0.703 > 1.990) which means Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted. leadership and work discipline simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 9.034 + 0.334 %, and the hypothesis test obtained a value of Fcount > Ftable, namely (59.710 > 2.33) which means Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted.
