Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the work environment on employee performance and determine the influence of motivation on employee performance and determine the influence of the work environment and motivation on employee performance Manajemen Bahan Bakar Andalan Juanda Depok. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used a saturated sample with a population of 65 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests,classical assumption tests, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance with the coefficient of determination value 53,6% and hypothesis testing is obtained values t hitung > t tabel or (8,529 > 1,998). Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with the coefficient of determination value 52,4%, and hypothesis testing obtained values t hitung > t tabel or ( 8,323 > 1,998). The work environment and motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance using the regression equation Y = 13,314 + 0,411X1 + 0,316X2. The coefficient of determination value is 56,2%. Hypothesis test obtained value Fhitung >Ftabel or (39,853 > 2,750).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Leadership Style and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani, Area Bogor 4. The research method employed is quantitative, with a sampling technique using Slovin’s formula, involving 60 respondents. The results of the study indicate that Leadership Style does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance, with the regression equation Y = 20.174 + 05.523X1 and a correlation coefficient of 0.705, indicating a strong relationship between the two variables, though the determination value is only 0.085 or 8.5%. The hypothesis test yielded a t-value of t count < t table (0.530 < 1.672), meaning H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected, suggesting no significant effect of Leadership Style on Employee Performance. Work Motivation has a significant effect on Employee Performance, with the regression equation Y = 11.349 + 0.671X2, a correlation coefficient of 0.871, showing a strong relationship, and a determination value of 0.544 or 54.4%. The hypothesis test showed t count > t table (5.424 > 1.672), meaning H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, indicating a significant effect of Work Motivation on Employee Performance. Simultaneously, Leadership Style and Work Motivation have a significant effect on Employee Performance, with the regression equation Y = 11.349 + 0.055X1 + 0.671X2. The correlation coefficient was found to be 0.818, indicating a strong relationship between the variables, with a determination value of 0.5310 or 53.1%. The hypothesis test showed F count > F table (57.515 > 3.159), meaning H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This indicates that there is a significant simultaneous effect of Leadership Style and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani, Area Bogor 4.

Abstract

This study aims to test whether or not there is an Influence of Dividend Policy and Capital Structure to Measure Company Value at the Cosmetic Company PT Mandom Tbk for the period 2014-2023. This research is a quantitative study. This study uses the annual financial statements of cosmetic companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as the population. Data collection used in this study was carried out by processing various articles, journals as reference books and other written media related to the topics discussed in the study. The method used is purposive sampling with a sample size of 8 data units. Descriptive statistical methods, classical assumption tests with normality tests, multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests, autocorrelation tests, hypothesis tests, namely multiple linear regression and t-tests, f-tests and coefficients of determination (R2). Partial testing with the t-test shows that capital structure has a negative and significant effect on company value and dividend policy has no effect on company value. Simultaneous testing results with f with a significance level of 0.05 (5 %). The results of this study indicate that partially Dividend Policy has a significant effect on Company Value, this is evidenced by (t-test) that the t-count value (-1.019) <t-table (2.30600) and shows a significance value of 0.342 where 0.342> 0.05. Partially Capital Structure does not have a significant effect on Company Value, this is evidenced by (t-test) that the t-count value (-1.418) <t-table (2.30600) then shows a significance value greater than α which is 0.199> 0.05. Then simultaneously with (f-test) that the F-count value is 1.823 <F-table 4.74 then shows a significance value of 0.231 <0.05, it can be concluded that Dividend Policy and Capital Structure simultaneously have a significant effect on Company Value.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of training and work motivation on the performance of employees at the Archives and Library Office of Depok City. The research method used is a quantitative approach. The type of data utilized is primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. Data collection was conducted at the Archives and Library Office of Depok City with a sample of 51 respondents. Data analysis includes descriptive tests, validity tests, reliability tests, and classical assumption tests, including normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and autocorrelation tests. Multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis tests consisting of partial tests (t-tests) and simultaneous tests (f-tests) were also conducted. The data was processed using SPSS 26 software, with a confidence level of 5%.Based on the analysis results, the regression equation obtained is Y = 20.623 + 0.698X1. From the analysis, it is found that the value of t-count > t-table (5.118 > 2.01063), which is supported by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, H01 is accepted, and H1 is rejected, indicating that there is no partial influence of training on employee performance. Based on further analysis, the regression equation obtained is Y = 20.417 + 0.510X2. It is found that the value of t-count > t-table (5.219 > 2.01063), which is supported by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, H02 is rejected, and H2 is accepted, showing that there is a positive and significant partial influence of work motivation on employee performance.The research results indicate that both training and work motivation positively influence employee performance. The regression equation obtained is Y = 17.317 + 0.298X1 + 0.356X2 + e. From the SPSS test results, the F-count value is 15.503, while the F-table value for the variables of training (X1), work motivation (X2), and employee performance (Y) with a 5% error rate is 3.19. The simultaneous test results show that F-count > F-table (15.503 > 3.19). Thus, Ho3 is rejected, and Ha3 is accepted, indicating that training and work motivation have a simultaneous influence on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the positive and significant impact of the competence variable on employee work quality, to ascertain the positive and significant effect of the compensation variable on employee work quality, and to examine the simultaneous positive and significant effect of competence and compensation on employee work quality at PT Karya Kerinci Seblat Cileungsi - Bogor. The sample used was a saturated sampling technique involving 95 employees. Data collection was conducted through primary and secondary data. The method used is quantitative with an associative approach. The results of the study indicate that: (1) partially, competence has a positive effect on employee work quality, which can be evidenced by the linear regression test yielding the regression equation Y = 19.017 + 0.384X1, thus concluding that the constant value is 19.017. The t-test shows a calculated value of 5.340 and a table value of 1.986 at the 5% significance level, hence 5.340 > 1.986 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. (2) Partially, compensation also has a positive effect on employee work quality, supported by the linear regression test yielding the regression equation Y = 19.017 + 0.220X2, leading to a constant value of 19.017. The t-test shows a calculated value of 2.852 and a table value of 1.986 at the 5% significance level, so 2.852 > 1.986 with a significance level of 0.005 < 0.05. (3) Simultaneously, there is a positive and significant effect of both competence and compensation on employee work quality, evidenced by the multiple linear regression equation Y = 19.017 + 0.384X1 + 0.220X2, with a coefficient of determination of 66.5%, and a calculated F value of 36.449 > table F value of 3.090 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Loan to Deposit Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio on Return on Assets (ROA) at PT. West Java Regional Development Bank and Banten Tbk. The method used is a quantitative method with an associative approach. The samples used in this research are data contained in reports, credit, third party funds, profit and loss balance sheets, and. other financial ratios as well as existing statistical data and other documents related and required at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah West Java and Banten (Persero) Tbk. period 2014-2023. The results of this research show that the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) variable partially has a significant influence on Return on Assets (ROA), which is indicated by the t value of 4.316 which is greater than the t table of 2.048, as well as the significance value of 0.003 which is smaller than 0.050 . On the other hand, the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) variable partially has no significant effect on ROA, with a t value of 1.165 which is smaller than the t table of 2.306, and a significance value of 0.282 which is greater than 0.05. However, simultaneously, LDR and DER have a significant effect on ROA, as evidenced by the fcount value of 12.428 which is greater than the ftable of 4.737, as well as the significance value of 0.005 which is smaller than 0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Economic Value Added and Market Value Added on Return at PT. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk for the period 2013-2022. This research method uses quantitative with an associative approach. based on the t test results obtained that Economic Value Added has a tcount value of 7,422 > ttable 2,36462 and a significant value of  0,000 < 0,05, this means that Economic Value Added partially has a posisitve and significant effect on Return, while Market Value Added has a tcount value of 4,365 > ttabel 2,36462 and a significant value of 0,014 < 0,05. This shows that Market Value Added partially has a posisitve and significant effect on Return. The results of the f test, obtained a fcount value of 27,741 > Ftable 4,74 with a significant value 0,000 < 0,05. This shows that Economic Value Added and Market Value Added simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Return.

Abstract

The performance of employees at PT Circleka Cakung Branch, East Jakarta, shows fluctuations that are suspected to be influenced by inconsistent work discipline levels and suboptimal physical work environment conditions.  This study aims to determine the positive and significant effect of the discipline variable on employee performance, to determine the positive and significant effect of the physical work environment variable on employee performance, and to determine the positive and significant effect of the discipline and physical work environment variables simultaneously on employee performance at PT Circleka Indonesia Utama South Jakarta Branch.  The method used is quantitative with an associative approach. The sample used is a saturated sampling technique consisting of 50 employees.  The research results show that: (1) partially, discipline has a positive effect on employee performance, which can be proven by the linear regression test with the regression equation Y = 10.308 + 0.369 X1, leading to a constant value of 10.308. The t-test has a calculated t-value of 1.809 and a 5% distribution table value of 1.67722 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. (2) partially, the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance, which can be proven by the linear regression test with the regression equation Y = 10.308 + 0.409 X2, leading to a constant value of 10.308. The t-test has a calculated t-value of 1.807 and a 5% distribution table value of 1.67722, so the calculated t-value of 1.807 > the table value of 1.67722 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. This means the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance.  (3) Simultaneously, there is a positive and significant influence between motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT. Circleka Indonesia Utama, which can be proven by the multiple linear regression equation Y= 10.308 + 0.369 X1 + 0.409 X2, a correlation value of 0.593, a coefficient of determination value of 59.3%, and an F-value of 10.308 > F-table 3.195 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Sanken Argadwidja Tangerang Regency dispenser production partially and simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative method. Respondents in this study amounted to 50 people. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression test, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis test. The results of this study are that Workload has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination value of 50% and in the hypothesis test the T value is obtained 4.064> table 1.677 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Work Discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 28.6% with the hypothesis test obtaining a t value of 4.387> T table 1.677 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Workload and Work Discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance with the regression equation Y = 24,100 + 0.459 X1 + 0.0.459 X2. The correlation value is 0,615 which means that the independent variable with the dependent variable has a strong relationship. The coefficient of determination value is 37.7%. The hypothesis test obtained an Fcount value of 14.262> Fable 3.09, this is reinforced by a Pvalue of 0.000 <0.05. Thus, Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT Pesona Sinar Wisata East Jakarta. The sampling method used in this study was a saturated sample by taking the entire population as a sample. This type of research is quantitative up to 86 employees. This study uses quantitative analysis methods, namely the use of in-depth analysis of data in the form of numbers. Data processing and analysis techniques used descriptive analysis, data instrument testing, classical hypothesis testing, correlation and determination test, hypothesis testing. Leadership style and work motivation at PT Pesona Sinar Wisata East Jakarta have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Pesona Sinar Wisata East Jakarta with the regression equation Y = 7.507 + 0.361 X1 + 0.431 X2. These results indicate that the simultaneous correlation coefficient is 0.554 and the coefficient of determination which is simultaneously 0.643. With this leadership style on employee performance with a value of tcount> ttable which is 6.096> 1.663 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.005. Then, work motivation on employee performance with a value of tcount> ttable which is 6.297> 1.663. while Fcount> Ftable is 29.207> 2.712 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05. We can therefore conclude that leadership style and motivation at work have a significant influence on employee performance.
