Abstract

Abstract-This research aims to develop and implement a web-based teacher attendance application system at Nurush Shodiqin Islamic Junior High School to improve accuracy and efficiency in managing attendance. The attendance process that has been done manually has various obstacles, such as recording errors, difficulty in monitoring attendance data, and inefficient use of time. Therefore, the implementation of a web-based application system is expected to overcome these problems by automating the attendance recording process, facilitating data access, and reducing human error. This application allows schools to manage teacher attendance more precisely and quickly, and provides attendance reports that can be accessed in real-time. The trial results show that this system has succeeded in improving the accuracy of attendance data and time efficiency in its management. Overall, the implementation of a web-based attendance application system at Nurush Shodiqin Islamic Junior High School has a positive impact in terms of more effective and efficient attendance management.

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving digital era, efficient and effective information technology services are crucial for companies across various sectors. This paper presents the design and implementation of a web-based IT Helpdesk Ticketing System using the Laravel framework at PT Good and Service Solutions. The existing manual system faced challenges such as delayed responses, difficulty in tracking requests, and lack of visibility into support team performance. The proposed system automates and optimizes the issue management process, allowing for better tracking and reporting of client requests. Key features include ticket management, status tracking, and performance analytics. The implementation of this system is expected to enhance operational efficiency, reduce response times, and improve client satisfaction. The findings indicate that the new system significantly streamlines the support process, providing a structured approach to managing IT issues. Future enhancements may include advanced analytics and security features to further improve system performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect  of Net Interest Margin (NIM) and Operating Expenses on Operating Income (BOPO) on Profit Growth and both partially and simultaneously in PT Bank Maspion Indonesia Tbk for the 2013-2022 Period. This study uses a quantitative research method that is descriptive. The selected population is the Financial Statements of PT Bank Maspion Indonesia Tbk and the sample used for the financial position statement (balance sheet) and profit and loss statement for the period 2013-2022. The data analysis techniques used were calculating the results of each variable, descriptive statistical test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, hypothesis test and determination coefficient test. Based on the results of the partial study using the t-test, NIM did not have a significant influence on Profit Growth with a significance value of 0.685 > 0.05 with  a t-value of 0.423 < t table 2.306. The results of BOPO's research prove that there is no negative influence on Profit Growth with a significance value of 0.360 > 0.05 with  a t-value of -0.979 < t table 2.306. The results of the simultaneous NIM and BOPO tests had no effect on Profit Growth with a significance value  of 0.597 > 0.05 with an F valueof 0.557 < Ftable 4.74. The determination coefficient shows a value of 0.137 or 13.7%, so it can be concluded that the level of relationship between the NIM and BOPO variables has a very low contribution to Profit Growth of 13.7% while 86.3% is influenced by other variables that are not studied in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio on PT Ultrajaya Milk Tbk's Return On Asset, both partially and simultaneously. The independent variables used in this research are Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio, while the dependent variable used in this research is Return On Asset. The research method used in this research is an associative quantitative method. The data collection technique used in this research is secondary data. The sample and population in this research are the financial reports of PT Ultrajaya Milk Tbk for the 2013-2022 period. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis test, classical assumption test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test, multiple regression analysis test, t test and F test with the SPSS version 22 application. The results of the study show that partially the Current Ratio has no significant effect on Share Price where tcount is 1.631 < ttable 2.36462 with a significant value of 0.147 > 0.05. Partially, the Debt to Equity ratio has no significant effect on share prices, where t is 0.873 < t table 2.36462 with a significant value of 0.412 > 0.05. Simultaneously the Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio do not have a significant effect on Return On Asset, where the Fcount value is 1.332 < Ftable 4.74 with a significant value of 0.324 > 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation, work environment on the performance of employees of Indo Suhar Jaya Company. This research method is quantitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection methods used are primary data, and secondary data. Sampling techniques in this study used saturated sampling techniques much as 40 respondents. Data analysis using SPSS version 25. Data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, coefficient of determination test, hypothesis test. Partial testing for motivation variable (X1) obtained ttest > ttable (3.592 > 2.024), with a significance value (0.001 < 0.5), which means that motivation (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Partial testing of hypotheses work environment (X2) obtained ttest > ttable (6.537 > 2.024), a significant value (0.000 < 0.5), which means that the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Simultaneously hypothesis testing for the Ftest > Ftable (20.843 > 3.245), the value of significance (0.000 < 0.5). These mean that motivation (X1), work environment (X2) are simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Determination obtained by R Square of 0.530 means that the motivation variable (X1), work environment (X2) have an influence contribution of 53.0% on employee performance (Y). While the remaining 47.0% were influenced by other factors which is not studied on this research.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and work motivation on employee performance at PT. South Jakarta Indonesian Business Colleague partially or simultaneously. The research method used was a saturated sample of 60 employees. The data collection technique is by questionnaire, while the data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient (R) analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The research results show that there is a partial positive influence between the work environment and employee performance. Where the simple linear regression equation Y= 20.605+0.388X1 means it has a positive effect. The t test is tcount 4.766> ttable 2.002 then H01 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted. The research results show that there is a partial positive influence between the work environment and employee performance. Where the simple linear regression equation Y=20.851 +0.478X2 means it has a positive effect. The t test is tcount 4.926> ttable 2.002 then H02 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted. The research results show that there is a positive influence between work motivation variables and employee performance simultaneously where the multiple regression equation Y=13.550+0.340X1+0.266X2 means a positive effect. The f test is Fcount 19.231> Ftable 3,15884, so H03 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted, meaning that the work environment variables and work motivation have a significant effect simultaneously on employee performance. According to the correlation coefficient, a value of 0.635 is obtained, which is in the interval 0.600 -0.799. This means that the work environment and work motivation have a strong relationship to employee performance. The results of the determination test show that 0.403 if the work environment and work motivation have an effect on employee performance variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence and work experience on employee performance at PT Dom Pizza Indonesia South Tangerang. This study uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires. The population in this study was 73 employees. The sample used the entire population of 73 employees. The method used to analyze the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, simple and multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient test, determination and hypothesis testing with SPSS 26 software. The results showed that partially Competence has a significant effect on Employee Performance, it can be seen that the correlation value is 0.825, this value has a very strong relationship level. The coefficient of determination is 68.0% while the remaining 32.0% is influenced by other factors. The t test results obtained a tcount value of 12.280> t table 1.993 and a significant 0.000 <0.05. Work Experience has a significant effect on Employee Performance, it can be seen that the correlation value is 0.719, this value has a very strong relationship level. The coefficient of determination is 51.8% while the remaining 48.2% is influenced by other factors. The t test results obtained a tcount value of 8.729> t table 1.993 and a significant 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneously Competence and Work Experience have a positive and significant effect, this can be proven by the regression equation Y = 0.636X1 + 0.314X2, the correlation value of 0.848 means that the independent and dependent variables have a strong level of relationship, the coefficient of determination is 71.9% while the remaining 28.1% is influenced by other factors. Likewise, the results of the F test show Fhitung> Ftabel 89.342> 3.12 and a significant 0.000 <0.05 which means that competence and work experience have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Dom Pizza Indonesia South Tangerang.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of integrity and communication on employee performance at PT. Kamal Unggul Abadi (wings) West Jakarta. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and obtained 70 respondents. Data analysis uses validity testing, reliability testing, class assumption testing, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that integrity has a significant effect on employee performance by 50.7% and the hypothesis test is obtained tcount>ttable or ( 8,369 > 1,667). Communication has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 68.6% and the hypothesis test obtained tcount>ttable or (12,200> 1,667). Integrity and communication simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 11.321 + 0.136 X1 + 0.607 X2. The coefficient of determination value is 69.4% while the remaining 30.6% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of fcount>ftable or (75.918>3.134).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Giving Kur (People's Business Credit) and Commercial on Increasing Micro to Medium Business Income at PT. Bank BRI Unit Sumur Batu Year 2023. The method used is a quantitative method used to analyze and know the Kur (People's Business Credit) and Commercial variables on Increasing Micro to Medium Business Income Up to Partially or Simultaneously. Data analysis using data instrument test, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, quantitative analysis, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis testing, and R² coefficient of determination analysis. The results of data analysis can be concluded that, Kur (People's Business Credit) has a positive and significant effect partially on increasing the income of micro to medium-sized businesses at PT. Bank BRI Sumur Batu Unit Year 2023, from the test results obtained t count > t table Kur (People's Business Credit (12. 125> 1.988) and has a significance of 0.000 < 0.05., Commercial variables have a positive and significant effect partially on increasing the income of micro to medium-sized businesses at PT. Bank BRI Unit Sumur Batu Year 2023, from the test results obtained Commercial obtained t count > t table (16.283 > 1.988) and has a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. and simultaneously shows that there is a positive and significant influence between Kur (People's Business Credit) and Commercial on Increasing Micro to Medium Business Income at PT. Bank BRI Unit Sumur Batu Year 2023. This is evidenced by the test obtained F_hitung value 822,208 > 3,156 F table with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. This can also be seen from the R Square of 0.659 or 65.9%, which means that the Kur (People's Business Credit) and Commercial variables have a contribution of 65.9% while 34.1% is influenced by other variables not explained in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of profitability, as measured by return on equity (roe), and leverage, as measured by the debt to equity ratio (der), on company value, as measured by price book value (pbv), at pt jaya real property tbk during the 2013-2022 period. the method used is a quantitative research method with secondary data from the company's annual financial reports available on the indonesia stock exchange (bei). the results of the analysis show that profitability (roe) has no significant effect on company value (pbv), with a significant value of 0.701 > 0.05, and a calculated t value of 0.400 < t table 2.365. however, leverage (der) has a significant effect on company value (pbv), with a significant value of 0.001 <0.05, and a calculated t value of 10,605> t table 2.365. simultaneously profitability (roe) and leverage (der) have a significant effect on company value (pbv) with a significant value of 001<0.05 with f count of 168.916> f table 4.74. determination of r square (r2) is 98.0% while the remaining 2% is the influence of other factors that were not examined.
