Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of price and service quality on customer satisfaction at CV. Jaya Abadi Sejahtera, Cirebon branch. The research utilizes a quantitative analysis method with an associative approach. The population consists of 11,760 customers of the Cirebon branch, with a sample size of 99 respondents determined using the Slovin formula. The sampling method applied is non-probability sampling, specifically accidental sampling. Data analysis techniques include descriptive analysis, instrument testing, classical assumption tests, correlation and determination tests, as well as hypothesis testing. The findings reveal that price (X1) has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction (Y), supported by the t-test results showing t_calculated > t_table (7.775 > 1.984). This is further confirmed by a p-value < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), leading to the rejection of H0 and acceptance of H1, indicating a positive and significant effect of price on customer satisfaction. Similarly, service quality (X2) also positively and significantly affects customer satisfaction (Y), as evidenced by the t-test results where t_calculated > t_table (5.414 > 1.984), along with a p-value < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). Consequently, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, demonstrating the significant influence of service quality on customer satisfaction. Moreover, both price (X1) and service quality (X2) have a simultaneous positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y), as shown by the F-test results, with F_calculated = 29.307 > F_table = 3.090 and a probability value of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, confirming the combined significant influence of price and service quality on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline and motivation, both partially and simultaneously, on employee performance at PT BPR Marcorindo Perdana with a sample of 60 employees. The method used is a quantitative method. The data analysis used in this research is the classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, t test and F test. The results of this research are that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance in the Y regression = 2.267 + 0.947 Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 12.958+ 0.639 Work Discipline and Motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance with the regression equation Y = 11.547+ 0.248 X1 + 0.458 X2. The coefficient of determination value was 88.5%, while the remaining 11.5% was caused by other variables not examined in this research. The test results for the first hypothesis obtained a calculated t value > t table or (11.832 > 2.002). Based on the results of testing the second hypothesis, the calculated t value > t table or (7.675 > 2.002) is obtained. Based on the results of testing the third hypothesis, the calculated F value was 219.244 > F table 3.159. This shows that simultaneously the work discipline and motivation variables have a significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT Majapahit Dian Selaras Tangerang Selatan. The method used in this study is the quantitative associative method. The population in this study were all employees as many as 56 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was the saturated sampling technique or all members of the population were sampled. Data analysis used validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, coefficient tests, linear regression tests, hypothesis tests. The results of this study are that Work Discipline (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a regression value of Y = 19.068 + 0.484 X1. The correlation value is 0.542 where the value has a moderate level of relationship. The determination or contribution value is 0.294 or 29.4% while the remaining 70.6% is influenced by other factors. And the results of the hypothesis test (t test) obtained a value of tcount> ttable or (4.744> 2.005). Thus H01 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between Work Discipline (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT Majapahit Dian Selaras Tangerang Selatan. Work Motivation (X2) has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance (Y) with a regression value of Y = 14.013 + 0.632 X2. The correlation value is 0.709 where this value has a strong level of relationship. The determination or contribution value is 0.503 or 50.3% while the remaining 49.7% is influenced by other factors. And the results of the hypothesis test (t test) obtained a value of tcount> ttable or (7.392> 2.005). Thus H02 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between Work Motivation (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT Majapahit Dian Selaras Tangerang Selatan. Work Discipline (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a regression value of Y = 12.710 + 0.103 X1 + 0.563 X2. The correlation value is 0.714 where the value has a strong level of relationship. The determination or contribution value is 0.510 or 51% while the remaining 49% is influenced by other factors. And the results of the hypothesis test (f test) obtained tcount> ttable or (27.593> 2.779). Thus H03 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant effect between Work Discipline (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) simultaneously on Employee Performance (Y) at PT Majapahit Dian Selaras Tangerang Selatan.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of recruitment and training on employee performance at PT Yaman Pangan Indonesia in Pasar Kemis, Tangerang Regency. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula and a sample of 107 respondents was obtained. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that recruitment has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 43.0% and the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (8.908 > 1.983). Training has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 40.7% and hypothesis testing obtained t count > t table or (8.489 > 1.983). Recruitment and training simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 7.624 + 0.412X1 + 0.396X2. The coefficient of determination value is 57.1% while the remaining 42.9% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained calculated F value > F table or (69.114 > 2.690).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Fasilitas Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Pada PT. HR Pro Indonesia Jakarta baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, kuesioner dan studi kepustakaan. Dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 96 orang. Hasil penelitian Hasil penelitian secara parsial, diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel atau sebesar 10.688 > t tabel 1,661 dan nilai sig. 0,000 < nilai sig 5% (0,05) dan nilai t hitung > t tabel atau sebesar 5.356 > t tabel 1,661 dan nilai sig. 0,000 < nilai sig 5% (0,05) sehingga menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan maupun fasilitas masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada PT. HR Pro Indonesia Jakarta. Adapun secara simultan, diperoleh nilai F hitung sebesar 56.592 > F tabel 2,70 dan nilai sig. 0,000 < nilai sig 5% (0,05) menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan maupun fasilitas secara bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada PT. HR Pro Indonesia Jakarta.

Abstract

The thesis writing aims to determine whether there is an effect of Profitability and Leverage on Company Value at PT Gudang Garam Tbk for the period 2013 - 2022. The population used is the entire financial statements of PT Gudang Garam Tbk for the period 2013 - 2022 and the sample used is the statement of financial position and income statement. The research method used is quantitative method. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test, partial test (T test), simultaneous test (F test). The results of this study indicate that partially the profitability variable has no significant effect on Firm Value with tcount 1.82 < table 1.894 with a prob t value of 0.112> 0.05. Leverage variable partially has a significant effect on Firm Value with a tcount of 2.14> t table 1.894 with a prob t value of 0.070> 0.05. Simultaneously, the Profitability and Leverage variables on Firm Value with Fcount 6.21> Ftable 4.737 with a prob value of F 0.0281> 0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of financial distress, firm risk and capital intensity on tax aggressiveness in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period. The population in the study were 14 manufacturing companies in the Cylica sub-sector and components registered in the 2019-2023 period. This research is quantitative research using secondary data by collecting it via www.idx.co.id to get the information needed about the company. The amount of data required is 70, consisting of the 2019-2023 period and 14 companies. The sampling process uses purposive sampling. The researcher tested the F statistic with the aim of finding out whether there was a significant joint influence between the independent variables and was able to predict tax aggressiveness statistically. Hypothesis testing with the t test basically shows how much influence an individual independent variable has in explaining the dependent variable. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the E-views version 10 program as a data analysis tool. The population in this research is all manufacturing companies in various industries from 2018 to 2019. 2023 which are listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI). The results of this research partially show that financial difficulties, company risk and capital intensity have no effect on tax aggression. Meanwhile, the research results simultaneously show that Financial Distress, Firm Risk and Capital Intensity influence Tax Aggressiveness

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price and location both partially and simultaneously on buying interest in E-Lagoon Townhouse South Tangerang City. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with associative methods. The population in this study were 80 people. By using saturated sampling, the entire population is used as a sample because the population is below 100 so that the sample is 80 respondents. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient on determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study showed that price has a significant effect on buying interest with a coefficient of determination of 0.98% and hypothesis testing tcount > ttable or (2.912 > 1.990). location has a significant effect on buying interest with a coefficient of determination of 42% and hypothesis testing tcount > ttable or (7.514 > 1.990). price and location simultaneously have a significant effect on buying interest with the regression equation Y = 11,168 + 0,024X1 + 0,532X2. The coefficient of determination is 42,1%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the physical work environment and discipline on employee performance at PT Charoen Pokphand Jaya Farm Unit Hatchery Manis in Tangerang Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The research employs a quantitative associative method, involving a population of 71 respondents with a saturated sample approach. Data analysis techniques include instrument tests, classical assumption tests, linear regression tests, correlation coefficient tests, determination coefficient tests, and hypothesis tests. The results indicate that the physical work environment has a positive effect on employee performance, with a correlation coefficient value of 0.494, signifying a moderately strong relationship. The determination coefficient contributes 24.4%, and the hypothesis test yields t (4.715) > (1.995). Discipline positively affects employee performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.618, signifying a strong relationship. The determination coefficient contributes 38.2%, and the hypothesis test yields t (6.530) > (1.995). Simultaneously, the physical work environment and discipline positively affect employee performance, with a regression equation of Y = 20.151 + 0.067 X1 + 0.442 X2. The correlation coefficient is 0.620, indicating a very strong relationship between the variables and employee performance. The determination coefficient contributes 38.4%, and the hypothesis test yields an F-value of (21.192) > (3.13).

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the work environment (X1) and work discipline (X2) on employee performance (Y). Based on the results of the analysis using SPSS version 27, the work environment variable (X1) partially has a significant influence on employee performance (Y) with a t value of 5.248, greater than the t table of 2.006, and a significance level of 0.011 (<0.05) . The work discipline variable (X2) also shows a partially significant influence on employee performance (Y), with a calculated t of 3.490, greater than t tablet of 2.006, and a significance level of 0.000 (<0.05). Simultaneously, the work environment (X1) and work discipline (X2) have a significant influence on employee performance (Y) as shown by the results of multiple linear regression Y=4.755+0.548(X1)+0.342(X2)Y = 4.755 + 0.548(X_1 ) + 0.342(X_2)Y=4.755+0.548(X1)+0.342(X2). The calculated f value of 336.894 is greater than the table f of 3.17, so Ha is accepted. The correlation coefficient (R) of 0.210 and the adjusted coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.013 indicate that the work environment and work discipline simultaneously contribute 80% to employee performance, while the remaining 20% ​​is influenced by other variables not studied. This research concludes that either partially or simultaneously, the work environment and work discipline have a significant influence on improving employee performance at PT Fajar Mitra Krida Abadi.
