Abstract

The School Environment Introduction Period (MPLS) is an important initial stage in supporting the social adaptation process of new students. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of MPLS activities at SMA Negeri 1 Kutambaru in helping new students adapt socially and identify factors that support or hinder this adaptation process. The method used was a descriptive quantitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires and observations during three days of MPLS activities. The results showed that the majority of new students had a high level of social adaptation, with an average score of 4.02. As many as 87% of students found it easy to make new friends, 83% were more confident in interacting, and 79% understood and were willing to obey school rules. Observations also showed that the atmosphere of the activities was active, collaborative, and conducive. These findings are in line with Vygotsky's theory that emphasizes the importance of social interaction in individual development. In conclusion, MPLS activities designed in an educational, participatory, and systematic manner have proven effective in supporting the social adaptation of new students, although further assistance is still needed for a small number of students who show obstacles in interacting.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the role of cash conversion cycle components, namely Account Receivable Days, Account Payable Days, and Inventory Days., in determining the profitability of manufacturing companies in the plastic and packaging sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Profitability is measured using the Return on Assets (ROA) indicator. Utilizing a quantitative approach, this research applies purposive sampling to select companies that consistently publish annual financial reports during the observation period. The analysis employs multiple linear regression, supported by classical assumption tests to ensure the robustness of the model. The findings demonstrate that each component of the cash conversion cycle affects profitability differently. Account Receivable Days tend to have a negative relationship with profitability, suggesting longer collection periods may hinder performance. Conversely, Account Payable Days show a potential positive influence, indicating that extended payment terms may support liquidity and profitability. Inventory Days also play a significant role, contingent upon the company's operational efficiency. These insights are valuable for financial managers and investors in optimizing working capital management strategies to enhance overall profitability.

Abstract

Bekasi Batik, as a local product, has the potential to grow, but still faces challenges in attracting consumer interest and purchase behavior. This study aims to examine the direct effects of price and product on purchase intention and purchase behavior, as well as their indirect effects on purchase behavior through purchase intention. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collected from 96 Batik Bekasi consumers through a Google Form. Respondents consisted of consumers who made purchases directly at the Kombas workshop (East Bekasi/Blueplaza) and those who purchased online, with data analyzed using SmartPLS 3.2.9. The results show that price and product significantly influence purchase intention, but only product has a direct effect on purchase behavior, while price does not. Purchase intention acts as a significant mediator in strengthening the influence of price and product on consumer purchase behavior toward Batik Bekasi.

Abstract

Technological advances have had a major influence on the field of information and communication technology. There are several ways to recognize technical progress in the food sector. Today, food stores offer more than just food to every visitor or client. When opposed to eating at home, the store is the place to look for the variety of foods it offers. Each store will be able to provide something unique, which presents a problem for store owners who must constantly contend with intense competition. This is very important because Toko Cakwe Medan must be able to provide food quickly to satisfy every guest/customer. The Fast Corner algorithm is Edward Rosten's approach used to determine corner points after the image is converted to black and white. The approach that uses corner point determination techniques begins by identifying a point p from the input image. The 16 pixels adjacent to p are then verified. Fast Corner Detection excludes a significant percentage of non-corners by utilizing a high-speed type of Fast Corner Detection in its implementation. This research displays products in 3D. From this analysis, it was identified that the scanned product was an interesting promotional idea to attract Jadoel food enthusiasts, create attractive promotional media, and a food product that could satisfy customers who wanted to buy.
