Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing on consumer loyalty in the Industry 4.0 era. In this context, digital marketing is defined as the use of digital technologies, such as social media, email marketing, and other online platforms, to promote products and interact with consumers. Consumer loyalty is a crucial factor for a company's long-term survival and success. The method used in this study is a literature review by collecting various relevant sources from previous research related to digital marketing and consumer loyalty. The results show that digital marketing has a positive influence on consumer loyalty, both through increasing customer satisfaction, building trust, and increasing consumer interaction and engagement. In addition, factors such as product quality, innovation, and satisfying consumer experiences also play a role in strengthening loyalty. This study contributes to companies' understanding of the importance of digital marketing in maintaining consumer loyalty in this increasingly developing era. It is hoped that companies can optimize the use of digital marketing to build better relationships and increase customer loyalty levels.

Abstract

Violence against early childhood is not only limited to physical acts such as hitting, slapping, or directly hurting, but also includes verbal, emotional, sexual violence, and neglect of children's rights. This study aims to provide information and insight regarding legal protection against violence against early childhood. This study uses library research by analyzing journals, books and the Constitution to analyze problems related to violence against early childhood. The results of this study indicate that there are several documents on legal protection for children such as constitution No. 35 of 2003 concerning Child Protection, constitution No. 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System, Law No. 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence, the Criminal Code and the Law Concerning Criminal Violence against Children. Although normatively legal protection for early childhood is quite adequate, its implementation still faces many obstacles. Synergy is needed between law enforcement officers, child protection agencies, the community, and the government to create a safe and child-friendly environment.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze community empowerment through the development of creative economic entrepreneurship based on fish farming in Pandeglang Regency. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of fish farmers and relevant institutions. The research results show that most people still practice fish farming conventionally and have not yet developed many creative and innovative aspects in their businesses. Nevertheless, various forms of creative economic enterprises have emerged, such as fish floss, fish skin crackers, and other processed products, which are largely driven by youth and women's groups. This business has proven capable of increasing community income and independence. However, its development still faces various constraints, such as limited capital, low entrepreneurial literacy, narrow market access, and suboptimal farmer institutions. Therefore, strategies that can be implemented include digital marketing and business management training, strengthening local branding, triple helix collaboration, business digitalization, and establishing a creative house for fishing villages. The conclusion of this study confirms that community empowerment through creative economic entrepreneurship in fish farming has great potential to be a solution for improving community welfare if supported by targeted, collaborative, and sustainable strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation, work discipline, and work environment on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 1 Wewewa Barat. Teacher performance is widely recognized as a key determinant of educational quality and student achievement. It is shaped by various internal and external factors, including psychological, behavioral, and organizational aspects. To examine the complex relationship among these factors, a quantitative approach was employed using path analysis, allowing for both direct and indirect effect testing. Data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed to all teachers at the school, making it a population study with 20 respondents. The findings from the F-test reveal that work motivation (X₁), work discipline (X₂), and work environment (X₃) collectively exert a significant influence on teacher performance (F = 18.761; sig. = 0.000). However, results from the partial test (t-test) show that only work motivation has a statistically significant individual impact (t = 7.468; sig. = 0.000), while the other two variables do not. Following model trimming to refine the regression equation, the final model retained only work motivation as a significant predictor, resulting in a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.756. These results highlight the central role of motivation in shaping teacher performance, with 75.6% of performance variability explained by motivational factors alone. Therefore, educational stakeholders are encouraged to prioritize policies and practices that cultivate intrinsic motivation among teachers, such as recognition systems, professional development, and supportive school cultures. The study provides valuable implications for improving educational outcomes through evidence-based teacher management strategies

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of communication ethics on the accuracy of Indonesian language use in digital writing by Generation Alpha. The phenomenon of increasing writing activity on social media and digital platforms by elementary and secondary school students indicates a decline in language accuracy, both in terms of spelling, sentence structure, and word choice. Through a quantitative approach with a survey method, 120 respondents from grades 5–8 were collected to fill out a questionnaire that measured aspects of digital communication ethics (politeness, responsibility, empathy, and ethical awareness) and their Indonesian language accuracy. The results of a linear regression analysis showed that communication ethics had a significant influence on language accuracy (R² = 0.48, p < 0.05). Politeness and responsibility were the dominant predictors that correlated positively with appropriate language use. These findings indicate the importance of integrating digital ethics and Indonesian language learning to foster good language awareness in cyberspace. This study recommends strengthening ethical digital literacy as part of the elementary and secondary education curriculum.

Abstract

This study explores the influence of organizational culture, work-life balance, and digital literacy on employee performance at the General Bureau of the Coordinating Ministry for Political, Legal, and Security Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. In the era of rapid digital transformation and increasing complexity of public services, employee performance becomes a critical determinant of organizational success. Organizational culture is examined as a set of shared values and norms that shape behavior and collaboration. Work-life balance is analyzed through employees’ ability to manage responsibilities between work and personal life harmoniously. Digital literacy is viewed as the capacity to effectively use digital tools and critically evaluate digital information in the workplace. The research employs a quantitative approach using survey data to assess the partial and simultaneous effects of the independent variables on performance. The findings are expected to contribute to public sector management by identifying strategic factors that enhance productivity, efficiency, and well-being among civil servants.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of tax planning and tax avoidance on firm value in the manufacturing sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during a multi-year period. The purpose of this research is to assess whether strategic tax behavior contributes positively or negatively to the perceived value of a firm. The data used were obtained from audited financial statements and market price records, analyzed using panel data regression with the fixed effect model. The findings reveal that tax planning has a significant positive impact on firm value, indicating that efficient and legal tax strategies enhance investor confidence and corporate performance. On the other hand, tax avoidance shows no significant effect on firm value, suggesting that aggressive tax minimization efforts may not necessarily contribute to long-term shareholder value. These results support the agency theory, which emphasizes the alignment of management actions with shareholder interests. The study provides implications for corporate governance and tax policy compliance.

Abstract

This article examines the historical interaction between colonialism and industrialization as primary determinants in shaping the structure and performance of local governments in post colonial countries. Based on comparative studies and empirical literature, the findings reveal that both direct and indirect colonial models, along with the degree of industrialization, significantly influence fiscal capacity, public participation, and the level of centralization in local governance. Countries with an indirect colonial legacy and early industrialization tend to develop more adaptive and inclusive local governments, whereas direct colonial models without accompanying industrialization tend to reinforce centralization and weaken institutional capacity. These findings underscore that contemporary local institutional designs cannot be fully understood without considering the structural legacies of the colonial and industrialization periods.

Abstract

The Regional Regulation (Perda) on Maghrib Qur’an Recitation is a form of local policy aimed at fostering religious character and enhancing Qur’anic literacy among the community, particularly the younger generation. The time between Maghrib and Isha prayers is considered strategic and conducive for spiritual activities and moral development. This study aims to examine the urgency of implementing the Perda Maghrib Mengaji and its impact on character building among children and adolescents. Using a literature review and policy analysis approach, the findings reveal that this regulation has a positive impact in forming good habits, strengthening children's connection with the Qur’an, and preventing involvement in negative activities after Maghrib. However, the success of its implementation greatly depends on the support of parents, educational institutions, community leaders, and the availability of supporting facilities from local governments. Cross-sectoral synergy is required to ensure that the Perda Maghrib Mengaji becomes not just symbolic, but deeply rooted as a cultural practice in society.
