Abstract

The study aims to find out the implementation of traditional game engklek on young learners and to investigate whether young learner’s locomotor movement can improve through traditional game engklek. This study employed action classroom research. The subject of the study is the A group students aged 4-5 years in TK Al-Khawarizmi Depok with the object of the study was the improvement of locomotor movement on children with disabilities by adopting traditional game engklek. The process of the study was conducted in two cycles which preceded by pre-cycles activity. Every cycle consisted of some activities: plan, act, observation, and reflection. The data collection was gathered from observation, interview, and documentation study. The study showed that: 1) the implementation of traditional game engklek could improve locomotor movement skill on young learners aged 4-5 in TK Al-Khawarizmi Depok, indicated by the increasing of the average score in all indicators, including hopping to different direction, jumping to different direction, running and jumping, hopping and turning around, with the precycle result 35,4%, first cycle 56,3%, and second cycle 81,9%; 2) the implementation of traditional game engklek could improve the locomotor movement skill on young learners aged 4-5 in TK Al-Khawarizmi Depok. This was indicated by the result which exceeded the predetermined success criteria.

Abstract

The aims of this study are: (1) to find out the verses that contain the educational values ​​of Surah al 'Alaq; 96: (1-5), (2) for the formation of morals contained in Surah QS. al Ahzab verse 21, (3) to emphasize that the Prophet Muhammad SAW has the best and most noble qualities of Surah Al Qalam; (68:4). Based on the results of this study, the researchers obtained that moral education in Surah al 'Alaq; 96: (1-5) This verse contains wisdom that can be used as a provision for life while in the world so relevant to the National Education System Law No. 20 of 2003. Morals is one of the interesting discussions and continues to be a study for Muslims because the key to goodness is values ​​in life in the world and is the beauty of worship. In the context of national education in Indonesia, morality is the basis for the formation of the personality and goals of educators.

Abstract

This article discusses the role of Islamic boarding schools in preparing the nation's generation in the early 21st century. The century marked by the swift currents of globalization and technological advances affects the emergence of changes (disruptions) in several aspects of life, including the world of Islamic education, especially Islamic boarding schools. For this reason, this thinking institution is able to answer the challenges of this century with global competencies such as: creative (creative thinking), critical thinking (critical thinking), collaboration (collaboration), and communication (communication). Islamic boarding schools that have long historical roots in the archipelago have a big role in developing the development of alumni. The various needs needed to face the 21st Century have been applied in the pesantren environment, they only need to be strengthened in their programs. In pesantren, the students are taught technical (hard-skills) and non-technical (soft-skills) which trains them to prepare for life in the community. With these two skills, pesantren alumni are proven to be able to face their times. Management of learning pesantren to continue to be creative and able to face the challenges of this century from several aspects of the curriculum that is carried out, institutional activities, and roles in society. This article also tries to explain some important issues in the pesantren world and how pesantren managers do not lose their footing and principles on their identity

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up of academic supervision carried out by the Madrasah Head on the pedagogical competence of teachers at MA Istiqlal Jakarta during the pandemic in March 2021. This study uses a qualitative research method of case study type with interactive data analysis techniques. . Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that: 1) Academic supervision planning: the head of the madrasah makes a supervision schedule, informs teachers regarding the supervision schedule, supervision instruments; 2) Implementation of academic supervision: conducted through observation and interviews using the zoom meeting platform; 3) Evaluation of supervision: there is still no compatibility between the assessment of the lesson plans and the implementation of teaching teachers, there is less variety of teachers in choosing learning media, teachers are not fully engaged in apperception activities at the beginning of learning; 4) Follow-up on academic supervision: dissemination by teachers to peers about the results of supervision, fostering teacher competence in managing virtual learning through training on learning models. The results of academic supervision are used as a reflection guide in improving the pedagogic competence of teachers.

Abstract

Competency-based education is education that emphasizes the abilities that must be possessed by graduates in a level of education. Article 1 paragraph 1 of the 2003 National Education System Law states that: "Education is a conscious and planned effort to create a learning atmosphere and learning process so that students actively develop their potential to have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character and skills needed by himself, society, nation and state. Competency-based education was rolled out in 2004 after the implementation of the Competency-Based Curriculum (KBK). Moving on from this main idea, this was the basis for searching and researching from the point of view of Islamic teachings regarding competency-based education which was studied from written materials from available books.

Abstract

Interactive learning, actually is not on the results but rather on the learning process, namely a teacher can make it easier for students to understand and master the lesson, students are not charged with memorizing activities but how to understand that makes it easier to understand quickly, especially Islamic Cultural History (SKI) lessons, because That's the need for tools or media as a support. Media has an important role in achieving learning objectives. The purpose of this study was to determine interactive learning through digital comic strips (comic strips) for sixth grade students as a learning solution. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data from this study were obtained through observation and interviews taken from several respondents as informants. The results of the study indicate that interactive learning through digital comic media is a learning solution that meets the criteria and provides a new nuance in learning. Thus, educators must be able to master the strategies used and maximize learning by using up to date media.

Abstract

Learning as a process is designed by educators to create a variety of innovative students so as to increase expertise in knowledge, and build good mastery of learning materials. Implementation in learning as the basis for formal learning in which there is communication between the various components of learning. The various components are divided into several categories including the following: the presence of educators, learning materials, and the presence of students. These components will require others such as the existence of media, methods, facilities and infrastructure, the management of the learning implementation environment, thus the conditions for the implementation of learning can be formed so as to achieve the target of learning. Learning is the key for each individual to produce knowledge.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the thematic learning model in increasing student interest in learning during the new normal at SDIT Tasmira. This research uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological study design, namely a qualitative research method that analyzes or examines phenomena that are visible or can be observed with the five senses. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The targets of this observation were students, teachers and school principals at SDIT Tasmira Pancoran Mas, Depok, West Java. This study used structured interviews and the respondents in this interview were the teachers and principals of SDIT Tasmira Pancoran Mas, Depok, West Java. Retrieval of data through documents can be done by researchers by observing photo documentation of students, teachers at SDIT Tasmira school. These results indicate that the learning interest of SDIT Tasmira Pancoran Mas students, Depok, West Java experienced a positive increase in the new normal.

Abstract

Islamic religious education is the formation of changes in attitudes and behavior in accordance with the instructions of the teachings of Islam as the Prophet had done in an effort to convey the call of religion in the formation of the Muslim personality. For example, in terms of addiction to playing online games, which is currently booming, it can affect student attitudes, because online games have a decreased impact on student learning attitudes such as students being late for class, students not concentrating while studying, until they are late in collecting assignments because the time spent is more a lot to play games online. Based on this, it is very interesting to study the impact of online games. The method used in discussing this research is descriptive method. The author provides an understanding of Islamic Religious Education learning is an effort to create a condition for the creation of a learning activity with the content of Islamic teachings so that it can form morals in good virtuous students who know right and wrong so that they are able to avoid things that are not useful, especially playing online games. who can neglect the learning task of a student

Abstract

This study aims to determine the innovation of school management in improving the quality of education at Madrasah Istiqlal Jakarta (MIJ). The method used in this research is a qualitative approach. Informants in this study consisted of directors, heads of sections, and heads of education units. This type of research method is qualitative. Data collection techniques through observation, documentation and interviews were tested by triangulation. The results of this study indicate that school management innovation in improving the quality of education at Madrasah Istiqlal Jakarta in the form of implementing ISO 21001: 2018, has a positive impact on all stakeholders at Madrasah Istiqlal Jakarta. This is evidenced by the increasing service provided, both teachers in providing teaching services and education personnel in providing services to parents and the community. Likewise, the level of attendance of educators and education is getting better. The implications of implementing this system include the creation of synergies in the need for madrasa accreditation, improving the image of madrasas, improving program quality, and improving education services.
