Abstract

This study aims to describe and test the effect of financial literacy on consumptive behavior in students of the Faculty of Economics, Makassar State University. This study was designed using a quantitative approach using SPSS. The population of this study were all students of the Faculty of Economics, Makassar State University who had passed general courses as many as 541 students. The sample of this research was 230 students using proportional random sampling. Collecting data in this study using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis. Based on the results of the research conducted, it is known that there is a significant influence between financial literacy on consumptive behavior in students of the Faculty of Economics, Makassar State University.

Abstract

This finding aims to determine the effect of marketing mix and entrepreneurial behavior on the study of sales volume at the food city courtyard of the grand mosque, Soppeng District. The method in its findings is a quantitative method by collecting observational data, questionnaires, and documentation. The number of samples is 24 respondents with multiple linear regression analysis. The findings illustrate that the simultaneous test of three variables (X) on Soppeng District business actors has a jointly significant effect on sales volume (Y) at the food city courtyard of the grand mosque of Soppeng District. Partially, the marketing mix variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on sales volume (Y). Partially the entrepreneurial behavior variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on sales volume (Y).

Abstract

Consumers consumption pattern is the focal point to reach sustainable development goals. Green purchase become one of actual action to mitigate negative impact of the environmental degradation. In order to protect the environment, consumers shifting into sustainable living era and forms a new market segment called green consumers. Recently, green purchase and green consumers become popular attribute to explore and investigate in consumer research. This study identified potential factors affecting green products purchase as consumer actual behavior. The main predictors environmental awareness and green product literacy, green product literacy also using for moderating effect. Research conducted with a survey and a purposive sampling method, using SEM PLS for data analyzed. The number of valid observations for the data analysis is 100. Based on direct hypothesis testing, it was found environmental awareness finding as a significant factor influencing green purchase behavior. Similarly, the direct effect of green product literacy was found to be as significant factor that influences green purchase behavior. Meanwhile, green product literacy has no moderating effect on the relation between environmental awareness to green purchase behavior. In this way, it will help policymakers and managers for formulating strategy to green consumers, especially in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the creative economic development based on home industry carried out by EcoNatural Society Foundation, explain its impact on community income, and supporting factors in creative economic development at EcoNatural Society Foundation. The method used is descriptive qualitative research, the way data is collected is through observation, interviews, and documentation of the object of research. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis. The results showed (1) the development of a home industry-based creative economy carried out by the EcoNatural Society Foundation through the formation of household business groups, (2) an increase in the income of people participating in household business groups, (3) internal and external factors that support the development carried out by the EcoNatural Society Foundation in Selayar Islands Regency.

Abstract

This research is a descriptive qualitative research using observation, interview and documentation data collection. The research subject is the community of Untia Fishermen Village in Makassar City, totaling 5 informants who have various incomes ranging from agriculture, fisheries and marine potential in Untia Fishermen Village. The results showed that coastal communities need knowledge and understanding of entrepreneurship and how to process coastal resources. The process of community empowerment through coastal resource-based entrepreneurship training in accordance with the empowerment stage, namely the stages of training implementation, namely planning, counseling, coastal resource-based entrepreneurship training activities, mentoring and evaluation. Supporting factors such as the positive response of the community, adequate natural potential as the main raw material and support from the government, while the inhibiting factors for empowerment through manufacturing training are lack of capital, packaging equipment is still rarely sold, and the community has not been able to optimize the training process and has not been able to manage time. Hopefully, coastal resource-based entrepreneurship is an emerging concept as a potential solution for wise management of coastal natural resources with the aim of maintaining the sustainability of natural resources and the environment, while increasing the income and quality of life of coastal communities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect on the value of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from the aspect of disclosure of enterprise risk management and disclosure of intellectual capital. The variables that are the focus of this study are the disclosure of enterprise risk management (X1) and intellectual capital disclosure (X2), which are measured using the enterprise risk management disclosure index and intellectual capital disclosure index. Meanwhile, firm value (Y), which is measured using Tobin's Q, acts as the dependent variable in this analysis. The sample of this study was selected through purposive sampling technique, so that there were 32 mining companies that became the sample of the study. The data used in this study were obtained through data collection techniques in the form of documentation. Then, this data is analyzed using data analysis techniques which include classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that individually, the disclosure of enterprise risk management practices has a negative impact on firm value, while the disclosure of intellectual capital has a positive impact on the value of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2022. Together, the disclosure of enterprise risk management practices and the disclosure of intellectual capital have a positive impact on the value of the same company in the same year.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the economic behavior of traditional market traders in facing the existence of modern markets in Makassar City. This research uses qualitative research. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants in this study were traditional market traders in Makassar City totaling 5 people as the object of research. The results of the research obtained are that the existence of modern markets greatly affects the income of traditional market traders which is marked by a drastic reduction in income. As for determining the price of traditional market traders using a bargaining system and an agreement between the seller and the buyer. In improving product quality, traditional market traders sort the goods taken from the camp to avoid damage to the product. While in improving the quality of service traditional market traders serve one by one buyers, that way buyers can also ask directly about the products to be purchased.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the factors of interest rates, administration and services, environment / recommendations, and time period, on the taking of people's business credit (KUR) for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to test the most dominant factor in taking KUR for MSMEs. The sample was 100 respondents spread across Makassar City. This type of research is quantitative research, the data source is primary data. The analysis method uses multiple regression. The results show that the variables of interest rates, administration and services, environment/recommendations, and time period simultaneously influence the taking of KUR MSMEs. The results of the t test show that interest rates, administration and services have an effect on taking KUR MSMEs, while the environment/recommendations and the time period do not have a significant effect on taking KUR MSMEs in Makassar city, the most influential factor is the interest rate factor. This is in line with the expectation that MSMEs will tend to choose lower interest rates to facilitate the fulfillment of their obligations. In addition, efficient administration and services also play an important role in the decision to take KUR for MSMEs. The speed and ease of the credit application process greatly influences MSME preferences.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of satisfaction and trust on customer loyalty in using the Bank's micro superior products. The research population is Bank customers in Makassar City who use micro superior products. The final sample obtained was 100 respondents. Data analysis used path analysis using Statistical SPSS 25. The results of data analysis show that the satisfaction variable has a significant effect on trust. The satisfaction variable has no positive and significant effect on loyalty. The trust variable has a positive and significant effect on loyalty. Then the analysis of satisfaction on loyalty through trust is known to have a direct effect, while the indirect effect of satisfaction through trust on loyalty, which means that the value of the indirect effect is greater than the value of the direct effect. So it can be concluded that indirectly satisfaction through trust has a significant effect on loyalty. In order to increase consumer loyalty, banks need to continue to improve the quality of their products and services. In addition, banks can provide education to customers to increase customer understanding of the benefits they get from the bank's flagship micro products and how to use them effectively.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the determinant factors for employment in the laying hen farming sector. In this research, the independent variable is used where (wages X1, productivity X2 and capital X3) and the dependent variable is (labor absorption Y). The aim of this research is to find out whether wages, productivity and capital influence labor absorption in egg-laying chicken farming businesses in Sidrap Regency, which is known as one of the largest egg-laying chicken producing districts in South Sulawesi. The method used is quantitative descriptive. The sample in this research consisted of 85 egg-laying chicken farming business units in Sidrap Regency. Sampling was carried out by taking the entire population considering that the population was less than 100 units. Research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 85 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis carried out, it can be seen that wages and capital have a positive effect on labor absorption, while productivity has no effect on labor absorption in egg-laying chicken farming businesses in Sidrap Regency.
