Abstract

The research aims to find out how the Business Marketing Strategy uses SWOT analysis. The research method used in this research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained from direct observation and from farmers providing information. Researchers collected information directly by conducting interviews. Secondary data was obtained from the community of Tugondeng Village, Herlang Subdistrict, Bulukumba Regency. Based on the results of research analysis using SWOT matrix that combines strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, the matrix can produce four sets of possible alternative strategies. By using SWOT analysis, it can be obtained that copra farmers can take alternative strategies ST, WT, SO and WO. In describing the research results, the SWOT matrix is used by analyzing the internal and external factors carried out by providing an overview of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats possessed by copra farmers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the dynamics of entrepreneurs through the reasons why people choose entrepreneurship in Anabanua Village, Maniangpajo Subdistrict, Wajo Regency and the economic conditions of the people of Anabanua Village, Maniangpajo Subdistrict, Wajo Regency from the perspective of psychological capital. This research uses a qualitative method taking the research location in Anabanua Village, Maniangpajo District, Wajo Regency. Determination of subjects and informants in this study is by using the snow ball technique. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis. The results showed that the economic conditions of entrepreneurial actors in Anabanua Village, Maniangpajo Subdistrict, Wajo Regency have high psychological capital so that economic conditions in the family have the potential to increase. However, there is one informant who has a psychological capital problem, namely low self-efficacy so that economic conditions in the family have the potential to decline. Factors that are the reason for choosing entrepreneurship in addition to encouragement from parents is also one of the factors of low education levels and entrepreneurs are the backbone of the family who want to prosper the family.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of investment risk consisting of market risk (X1), business risk (X2), and financial risk (X3) on stock returns (Y) in automotive companies listed on the BEI in 2014-2023 simultaneously and Partial. This research data was obtained from the financial reports of automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) and the finance.yahoo.com website. The research sample consisted of 10 automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 10 years, namely the 2014-2023 period. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using the t test and F test methods. The results of the research show that the market risk variable has a significant negative influence on stock returns, business risk has a significant positive influence on stock returns and financial variables. risk has an insignificant negative effect on stock returns. Meanwhile, simultaneously (F test) the independent variables have a significant influence on the stock return variable. With a determinant coefficient (R2) of 0.111, it shows that 11.1% of the dependent variable on stock returns can be explained by independent variables consisting of market risk, business risk and financial risk and the remaining 88.9% is explained by other variables that are not researched.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors that influence entrepreneurial interest in the traditional cake industry. Empirical study of traditional apang cake entrepreneurs in Datae, Lawawoi sub-district, Watang Pulu sub-district, Sidenreng Rappang district. This research is categorized as Quantitative Descriptive research with a population of 47 kiosks. Data obtained through distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is quantitative analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that the variables Internal Factors (X1) and External Factors (X2) have a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest (Y) in Datae, Lawawoi Village, Watang Pulu District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The results of this research can be used as motivation for the community, especially housewives who have an interest in entrepreneurship, to start entrepreneurship in any field to develop creativity and fulfill family life.

Abstract

This research aims to explore local wisdom through creative economic literacy in the small banana chip industry in East Luwu Regency. The type of research used is qualitative with the source of informants being 5 people each from small businesses who have different marketing methods in terms of product sales in East Luwu Regency. The data collection technique was carried out in two aspects, namely primary and secondary. The data collected is then processed and analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods, to provide an overview, explanation, understanding and conclusions. The results of the research show that banana chips business actors in East Luwu Regency already understand creative economic literacy with the knowledge they have, they can act or behave in accordance with the knowledge they have gained from the learning process and from training. They run their business with the knowledge they get from the process of selecting raw materials to how they market their products. Potentially, the creative economy industry can be used as an alternative to restore the economic conditions of society which are starting to decline.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the optimization of the use of working capital in an effort to increase company profitability at PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. This research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this research is the financial statements of PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, and the sample for this research is the financial report of PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk for the 2019-2023 period. The data collection technique used is financial ratios, namely liquidity ratios using the current ratio, activity ratios using working capital turnover, and profitability ratios using Net Profit Margin (NPM). The research results show that efficient use of working capital can increase company profitability. The results of data analysis from the assessment of each ratio can be concluded that the liquidity ratio using the current ratio calculation can be said to be quite good during the 2019-2023 period. The activity ratio using working capital turnover calculations is said to be good during the 2019-2021 period, but in the 2022-2023 period the activity ratio is categorized as not good. Profitability ratios using NPM obtained fluctuating results during the 2019-2023 period. The company's NPM in 2019-2021 was efficient, but in 2022-2023 the company's NPM was categorized as inefficient.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of innovative strategies on the competitiveness of creative industry businesses in the Industry 5.0 era. This study aims to analyze the impact of innovative strategies on the competitiveness of creative industry businesses in the Industry 5.0 era, as well as explore the role of students in supporting innovation in the sector. The role of teachers in encouraging innovation in a particular sector. The analysis method used is a quantitative descriptive approach with data collection. The results showed that innovation strategies, including new product/service development, process innovation, and function modification, have a significant influence in creating sustainable competitive advantages for companies. Students, as a young generation who are educated and familiar with technology, have great potential to contribute to innovation in the digital creative industry through fresh mindsets, openness to new ideas, and responsiveness to change.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effect of waste management policies on manufacturing industry practices in Makassar City. This policy was implemented to regulate the disposal, treatment and recycling of industrial waste to reduce negative impacts on the environment and public health. Although this policy has been implemented, there are challenges in its implementation, such as technological limitations, high implementation costs, and lack of coordination between government agencies and industries. Qualitative methods were used in this study, with in-depth interviews with government representatives, industry managers, and affected communities. The results show that this policy has encouraged some industries to adopt environmentally friendly technologies, but there are still significant barriers that hinder the full effectiveness of this policy. To improve the effectiveness of the policy, recommendations include improved access to technology, more consistent enforcement of regulations, public education, and financial and infrastructure support. This research provides valuable insights for policy makers and industry practitioners in developing more effective and sustainable waste management strategies.

Abstract

This study discusses the influence of knowledge of MSME actors in the use of digitalization in the culinary industry in Makassar City. This study aims to determine and analyze how socialization and interaction affect the knowledge of MSME actors and the extent to which this knowledge affects the use of digitalization in marketing. This research uses a quantitative approach and survey as a data collection method. The results showed that MSME players' knowledge of digitalization affects the utilization of digitalization in marketing, and socialization and interaction affect the knowledge of MSME players. This study hopes to contribute to the theoretical understanding of the factors affecting MSMEs and provide a basis for formulating more appropriate and effective strategies for MSME development.

Abstract

This study explores the role of social media in digital marketing at AicoCreative, a creative agency based in Makassar. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews and social media content analysis. The findings reveal that social media plays a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness, increasing audience engagement, and improving the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Despite challenges such as algorithm changes, AicoCreative has successfully navigated these obstacles through adaptive strategies and in-depth data analysis. The study highlights the importance of flexibility and continuous learning in the ever-evolving digital landscape. Furthermore, the research underscores the value of social media as a powerful tool in building and maintaining a strong online presence, which is essential for sustaining competitive advantage in the creative industry. The insights provided by this study are particularly valuable for other creative agencies aiming to maximize their use of social media in digital marketing efforts. By understanding the strategies employed by AicoCreative, these agencies can better adapt to the dynamic nature of social media and leverage its potential to drive business success.
