Abstract

Reality shows that social studies learning outcomes on Strengthening the Maritime Economy and Agriculture in Indonesia are still not optimal. Indicators less than the optimal role of students in learning include: many student scores do not complete Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM); students are less active in learning in the classroom; during disorderly student learning; students are less enthusiastic in doing assignments; when the discussion is carried out the interaction between students is less formed; many students complained that the material on Strengthening the Maritime Economy and Agriculture in Indonesia was boring. To overcome this problem, classroom action research (CAR) was conducted using the Cooperative Learning model. The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of class VIII F students of SMP Negeri 1 Borobudur in the academic year 2022/2023 using the STAD type Cooperative Learning model. The research subjects consisted of 32 students. The source of the research data was obtained from qualitative data in the form of data from observations of teacher and student activities as well as quantitative data in the form of test data on student learning outcomes. The results of the first cycle of research obtained students who completed individually as many as 26 students with classical completeness of 81.25%. While the results of the second cycle research increased with the number of students who completed individually as many as 30 students with a completeness percentage of 93.75%. Based on the results of this study, learning using the Cooperative Learning model type STAD can improve student learning outcomes for class VIII C SMP Negeri 1 Borobudur in the academic year 2022/2023.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dari hasil observasi yang dilakukan oleh peneliti di SDN Sukorame 2 Kediri. Penggunaan media pembelajaran di Sekolah tersebut belum tersedia pada materi sistem tata surya. Proses pembelajaran di kelas masih bersifat konvensional yang menggunakan buku dan ceramah. Dan juga penggunaan media pembelajaran pembelajaran pada materi sistem tata surya kurang menarik dan optimal dikarenakan keterbatasan media. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangankan multimedia berbasis macromedia flash dan untuk mengetahui kelayakan multimedia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang meliputi analysis, design, Development, implementation dan evaluation. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN Sukorame 2 dan siswa kelas 6 sebagai subjek dari penelitian ini. Proses uji kelayakan media dilakukan 3 tahap yaitu, uji kevalidan, uji kepraktisan dan uji keefektifan. Hasil penelitian pengembangan ini pada uji kevalidan dikatakan sangat valid, berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli media dan ahli materi dengan perolehan persentase skor validasi media 91% dengan kategori “sangat layak/valid”. Sedangkan untuk hasil uji kepraktisan yang didapat dari respons siswa dan guru memperolehan skor 89,5% dengan kategori sangat praktis/layak. Untuk uji keefektifan dinyatakan tuntas/sangat efektif berdasarkan hasil evaluasi yang melebihi ketuntasan belajar klasikal (KBK) sebesar 92%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, multimedia berbasis macromedia flash pada materi sistem tata surya dikatakan layak digunakan pada pembelajaran di kelas pada materi sistem tata surya.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to obtain information in the form of obstacles during the online teaching and learning process at home as a result of the global COVID-19 pandemic. The research used the exploratory case study method and the research approach used the qualitative case study method which was used to obtain information on the constraints and consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic on teaching and learning process activities at SMKN 1 Purwasari, Karawang Regency. Respondents for this study were teachers, students and parents of students at SMKN 1 Purwasari, Karawang Regency. The results of this study are that there are several obstacles experienced by students, teachers and parents in online teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

Technology 5.0 is the latest evolution of technology, connecting the physical and digital worlds in a more integrative and effective way from its definition to its application in various sectors such as manufacturing, agriculture, health, and education. In the era of technology 5.0, technology optimizes human life by accelerating production processes and providing more efficient and accurate solutions. However, technological development also brings challenges, such as the irresponsible use of technology and privacy violations. The era of Technology 5.0 is a new phenomenon in technology development in various fields, including education. This change affects education to develop competencies and skills for the 21st century. This article reviews the development of education in the era of Technology 5.0, as well as the challenges and opportunities related to the use of technology in education. In this era, technology-based curricula and learning methods must be developed to meet the needs of the times. Teachers also need to be trained to have the ability to operate increasingly sophisticated technology and to take advantage of opportunities to create more inclusive and skill-based learning. Education in the era of Technology 5.0 provides an opportunity to strengthen the relevance of education to the needs of the times.

Abstract

The reality on the ground shows that teacher professionalism is still lacking. Efforts to improve teacher professionalism can be done through writing scientific papers. However, in terms of quality what is expected of someone who has an interest in writing scientific papers is still far from expectations. Based on the results of initial observations conducted by researchers through supervision, out of 8 teachers, only 3 teachers were interested in writing excellent scientific papers. To overcome this problem, school action research (PTS) was carried out through In House Training activities. The purpose of this study was to increase interest in writing scientific papers for teachers at SD Negeri Ringinputih 2 in the academic year 2022/2023. The subjects of this study were teachers at SD Negeri Ringinputih 2, Borobudur District, totaling 8 people. The research data sources were obtained from qualitative data in the form of data from observations of teacher activities and quantitative data in the form of data on the results of an interest in writing scientific work assessments. The results of the first cycle of research obtained an average percentage of achievement in making PTK 58.4% and Best Practice 61.3%. While the results of the second cycle of research experienced an average increase in the percentage of achieving PTK 95.8% and Best Practice 100%. Based on the results of this research, In House Training Activities can increase interest in writing scientific papers for teachers at SD Negeri Ringinputih 2 for the 2022/2023 academic year.

Abstract

Teachers can be said to be professional if they have expertise in their field, namely mastery of the material being taught and methods of teaching. Therefore, teachers must understand and practice basic teaching skills. This skill makes learning better and more effective so that it is easy for teachers to get to know students more deeply and students easily understand the material that has been given. However, in terms of quality, what is expected of a skilled teacher in teaching is still far from expectations. To overcome this problem, a classroom action research (CAR) was conducted using the Team Teaching Method technique. The purpose of this study was to improve teaching skills for teachers at SD Negeri Kembanglimus, Borobudur District, for the 2021/2022 academic year using the Team Teaching Method technique. The research subjects were 8 teachers. The source of the research data was obtained from qualitative data in the form of data from observations of teacher activities, quantitative data in the form of the results of improving teacher skills in teaching. The results of the first cycle of research from 8 teachers who participated in the Team Teaching Method activities with a discussion of teaching skills, there were 3 teachers in the very good category, 3 teachers in the good category, and 2 teachers in the moderate category. On average, the teacher's teaching skill score at SD Negeri Kembanglimus, Borobudur District, Magelang Regency after the implementation of the Team Teaching Method activity cycle 1 was in the good category. These results indicate that the Team Teaching Method activities are going well so that they have a positive impact on the results, namely improving teacher teaching skills. While the results of the second cycle research experienced an increase of 8 teachers participating in the Team Teaching Method activities with a discussion of teaching skills, there were 7 teachers with very good category, and 1 teacher with good category. On average, the teacher's teaching skill score at Kembanglimus Public Elementary School, Borobudur District, Magelang Regency after the implementation of the Team Teaching Method activity cycle 2 was in the very good category. These results indicate that the Team Teaching Method activities are going well so that they have a positive and effective impact on the results, namely improving teacher teaching skills.

Abstract

Facts on the ground, regarding teachers' motivation and interest in compiling scientific work are still far from expectations. The phenomenon that occurred at SD Negeri Tuksongo 1, which is a school where the researcher served as the principal, showed that the teacher's ability to compose scientific work was still lacking. Based on the results of initial observations conducted by researchers through supervision, out of 8 teachers only 3 teachers had the ability to compose excellent scientific work. In addition, teachers are reluctant to take part in various scientific activities held by the education office or other institutions, on the grounds that teachers feel inconvenienced related to the preparation of scientific work. by carrying out Direct Instruction activities in In House Training (IHT). The aims of this study are the first describes the implementation of the Direct Instruction in House Training method in increasing the ability to compose scientific work for teachers at SD Negeri Tuksongo 1. The second describes the ability level for compiling scientific work for teachers at SD Negeri Tuksongo 1 after implementing the Direct Instruction In method House Training. The subjects in this study were 8 teachers at SD Negeri Tuksongo 1, Borobudur District, Magelang Regency, consisting of 5 civil servant teachers and 3 first aid teachers. The results of the implementation of the action are the average score of scientific work assessment in cycle 1 the average score is 17 (in the good category), in the second cycle the average score is 20.5 (in the very good category). Based on the results of this study, Direct Instruction in House Training can improve the ability to prepare teachers' scientific work.

Abstract

The study aims to determine student acceptance of the Computer Based Test application at SMK Negeri 1 Sitiung. The type of research used is quantitative with the type of survey research. The method used in this research is the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and prerequisite test analysis. Based on the partial research results, the perceived ease of use (PEOU) variable obtained from the tcount value of 3.706> 1.677 with a significant value of 0.001 <0.05 means that H0 is rejected Ha is accepted. The perceived usefulness variable (PU) obtained from the tcount value of 1.841 < 1.677 with a significant value of 0.072> 0.05 means that H0 is accepted Ha is rejected. The attitude towards use (ATU) variable obtained from the tcount value of 6.244> 1.677 with a significant value of 0.001 <0.05 means that H0 is rejected Ha is accepted. Based on simultaneous research, the tcount value is 68,100> 2.80 and the sig value. 0.001 <0.05 this means H0 is rejected Ha is accepted. As for the effect of learning outcomes after using the application, previously students were less active in using the internet or computers since the use of the Computer Based Test application for the learning outcomes themselves, students are more active, especially playing an active role in using the internet.

Abstract

This study is to determine the effect of teacher teaching style and student learning style on student learning outcomes in class XI TJKT in KK1 (Network Planning and Addressing) subject. This research was conducted at SMK N 1 Kinali. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. This research is a type of quantitative research with data collection techniques through questionnaires, tests, and documentation. Based on the partial research results, the teacher's teaching style variable obtained a significant value of 0.773>0.05, which means H0 is accepted, and Ha is rejected. The student learning style variable obtained a significant value of 0.001<0.05 means H0 is rejected, and Ha is accepted. Furthermore, based on the results of simultaneous research, the value of FHitung>FTabel is 5.677>3.147 and a significance of 0.005<0.05, thus H0 is rejected, and Ha is accepted. As for the effect of learning outcomes after knowing the teacher's teaching style and student learning style, where the teacher can apply a teaching style that suits the student's learning style. So, the conclusion is that there is a significant influence between the teacher's teaching style and student learning style on the learning outcomes of XI TJKT class students in KK1 (Network Planning and Addressing) subject at SMK Negeri 1 Kinali.
