Abstract

This study aims to analyze the promotional strategies used by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Coffee Shop, especially Triple Seven Pangkalpinang, through social media. The method used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach, where data is collected through direct observation, interviews with the owner, and documentation studies. The results showed that Triple Seven Pangkalpinang has implemented various promotional strategies through social media. In addition, it was found that the promotional strategy succeeded in increasing brand awareness and increasing customer interaction. In conclusion, the use of social media as a promotional tool for MSME Coffee Shops such as Triple Seven Pangkalpinang helps in the effectiveness to increase visibility and customer engagement, as well as strengthen their position in Pangkalpinang's local coffee industry.

Abstract

Corporate social responsibility has come to be an important a part of enterprise practices, aiming to contribute to community development and environmental maintenance.However, in practice, CSR implementation often fails to yield optimal results for companies, especially in the long term and indirect economic benefits. In response to this challenge, the concept of Creating Shared Value (CSV) emerges as an innovative paradigm shift, focusing on creating shared value for all stakeholders, including the companies themselves. State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) and private companies in Indonesia are beginning to adopt and implement this CSV approach, demonstrating their commitment to sustainable development that provides long-term benefits for society, the environment, and economic growth. Thus, the use of the CSV concept offers opportunities for companies to enhance their contributions in creating broader positive impacts, while strengthening their position in a society and market increasingly attentive to social and environmental issues.

Abstract

Online shopping has become an activity carried out by many groups, one of which is Shopee. Shopee is an e-commerce application which was launched in December 2015 by PT. Shopee Indonesia can foster the entrepreneurial spirit of sellers in Indonesia. Discourse analysis aims to determine the existence of patterns or order expressed by a text. The interpretation of a linguistic unit can be known clearly, including the message to be conveyed, why it must be conveyed, and how the message is conveyed. This research uses a content analysis method with a qualitative approach.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of career development and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Media Bhadrika Raya (MBR) in Tangerang. The method used in this research is quantitative. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula and a sample of 70 respondents was obtained. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. The results of this research show that career development and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 10.039 + 0.445 X1 + 0.298 X2. Partial hypothesis testing shows that partial career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a calculated t value > t table or 5.767 > 1.996, thus H0 is rejected and H1. Work discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a calculated t value > t table or 2.642 > 1.996, thus H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. Simultaneously testing the hypothesis showed that the calculated F value > F table or 32.257 > 3.13 means that career development and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. The coefficient of determination value is 49.1%, this gives the conclusion that career development and work discipline have an influence of 49.1% on employee performance, while the rest is influenced by variables not discussed in this research.

Abstract

The increasingly rapid development of technology has made people aware of paying attention to and caring for their skin in order to make their appearance more beautiful and attractive. Growth in the market share of the beauty industry from 2010-2023 and in 2022 the Somethinc brand was ranked first in the best-selling products in e-commerce, therefore researchers took a study on Somethinc because they wanted to know why people buy Somethinc products. This research uses quantitative methods. The sample in this study amounted to 99 respondents with data collection techniques in this study using primary and secondary data. Data processing in this research used IBM SPSS version 18.

Abstract

Behavior includes various human activities, such as walking, talking, crying, laughing, working, studying, writing, reading, etc. Behavior can also be interpreted as a person's reaction or response to external stimuli, including those originating from the organizational environment. Organizations need to deeply understand the characteristics, attitudes and behavior of each individual. It is important to remember that humans are basically unequal due to differences in biological background, education, and various other factors that shape individual characteristics. This diversity of individuals is an important aspect that should not be overlooked. This article examines individual behavior in organizations with a variety of approaches to understanding human nature, including cognitive, complacency, confirmation, and psychoanalytic approaches.

Abstract

Human resource planning is the first thing an organization or company must do when the company seeks better human resource management. All organizations or companies must determine their future with various different plans following current developments. Currently, changes are occurring quite rapidly, so organizations or companies must be able to keep up with the changes that are occurring quickly and precisely. Organizations or companies must be able to anticipate and adapt to change. Therefore, personnel planning is becoming increasingly important for companies, because the era of globalization, new technologies and organizational change processes overshadow organizational life repeatedly. An organization that is not supported by employees with good quantity, quality, strategy and function, of course the organization will find it difficult to maintain and develop its existence in the future, so that personal planning is successful. Human resource (HR) planning plays a crucial role in organizational success by ensuring the continuity of efficient and effective operations. In the context of globalization and rapid change, HR planning is becoming increasingly important to identify the need for quality and visionary human resources. The unique characteristics of an organization are also a focus in this abstract, where a unique business strategy can become a competitive advantage that is difficult for competitors to imitate. Evaluation of employee performance based on industry principles and the influence of organizational politics as well as a poor evaluation system on employees are also highlighted in this abstract. By understanding the critical challenges facing organizations, including in the context of globalization, HR planning can help organizations to strengthen their position in global competition and face change more adaptively.

Abstract

The STAN State Financial Polytechnic is an official university institution within the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia that is responsible to the Minister of Finance through the Financial Education and Training Agency (BPPK) of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. This study aims to determine the influence of Motivation and Work Environment on the Performance of STAN State Financial Polytechnic Employees. The employee population in this study is 261 employees. The sample used in this study was 78 employees who used the purposive sampling technique with criteria, namely Non-State Employees (PPNPN) who had a working period of more than 1 year. Data collection techniques through google form questionnaires. The research methods that will be used are validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, linearity tests, multiple linear regression tests, t tests and F tests and determination coefficient tests. The results of this study show that partially motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And simultaneously motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of the work environment and work discipline on employee performance at PT Artdeco Inti Kreasi. The research used quantitative methods with 40 employees as respondents. Data analysis includes data quality tests (validity and reliability, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests and coefficient of determination tests. The results of the analysis show that the work environment does not have a significant effect on employee performance, while work discipline has a significant effect. Work discipline is the variable that has the dominant influence on employee performance. The results of the F test show that simultaneously, work environment and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance. Analysis of the coefficient of determination shows that work environment factors and work discipline can explain 81.0% of the variation in employee performance. other factors not included in this research. This research provides an understanding of the importance of paying attention to work environment factors and work discipline in improving employee performance in the company.

Abstract

This research aims to describe motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Setiajaya Mobilindo Depok. Motivation and work discipline play an important role in improving employee performance. Because with motivation, employees will be motivated to increase their energy and thoughts in realizing the achievement of company goals. Providing motivation will influence the level of work discipline aimed at achieving optimal performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with a causal associative type of research. The population was 58 employees and the sample used was a saturated sample. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. Data processing uses the SPSS version 25 program with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the research results, it is known that 1) the motivation variable partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Setiajaya Mobilindo Depok. 2) The work discipline variable partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Setiajaya Mobilindo Depok. Meanwhile 3) simultaneously motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Setiajaya Mobilindo Depok.
