Abstract

The rapid development of technology has significantly impacted the banking sector, particularly in Indonesia. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), a government-owned bank, offers digital banking services through the BRImo application. This study employs the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method to assess user satisfaction with BRImo at BRI KCP Sudirman. The analysis results using SPSS version 25 indicate a high level of satisfaction across content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness variables. This positive evaluation suggests that BRImo meets user expectations, provides a satisfying experience, and is considered adequate in delivering information and services. These findings serve as a foundation for BRI to enhance the quality of information technology services and further improve customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The utilization of social media, particularly Instagram Business, has emerged as an integral strategy in supporting the sustainability of a business, especially SME. The information provided by Insight Instagram Business, such as statistics of reached audience and profile of audience visiting business Instagram accounts, can be a valuable tool for business owners to optimize marketing or other business strategies. This research aims to evaluate the impact of using Insight on Instagram Business as a tool that supports the business decision making process on the growth of business performance. The research method used in this research is distributing questionnaires to 100 MSME business owners or Instagram admins, who actively use the Insight feature on Instagram. The findings indicate that both comprehension and utilization of data from Insight in Instagram Business independently have a positive impact on business performance.

Abstract

This study aims to obtaining empirical to the impact of profitability and company debt level on the effective tax rates of food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2019-2022. The study population consists of 88 companies and 17 companies with 68 total observations for 4 years was selected by using purposive sampling method. The findings indicate that neither the profitability variable nor company debt level demonstrates any significant impact on the effective tax rates by using T-test. In contrast, both variables demonstrate significant and simultaneous effects on the effective tax rates by using F-test.

Abstract

: PERUMDA Tirta Musi Palembang memiliki 9 unit pelayanan yang tersebar di wilayah Kota Palembang, salah satunya unit pelayanan Karang Anyar. Saat ini, proses pelayanan masih menggunakan sistem manual. Pelanggan yang ingin melakukan layanan pasang baru atau pengaduan harus datang langsung ke kantor. Kegiatan tersebut tentunya akan menyebabkan banyak masalah yang timbul yaitu terjadi penumpukan berkas, sulitnya mencari berkas yang diperlukan serta kehilangan data. Hal ini juga menjadi tidak efektif dan efisien karena akan memakan proses yang relatif lama. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut maka dibangun sistem informasi pelayanan yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pelayanan pelanggan dan mempermudah pelanggan dalam melakukan aktivitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode pengembangan waterfall dan pemodelan UML. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi ini dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam proses input data, pengolahan data, pembuatan laporan serta dapat menunjang kinerja tiap bagian yang akan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Hasil pengujian blackbox juga menunjukkan keseluruhan fungsionalitas pada sistem berjalan dengan baik.

Abstract

The market’s needs in software development are an important point to be fulfilled by developers; if not, the developed software cannot contribute much to users, and as a result, the developed software will be left by its users. The goal of this research is to implement the Design Sprint method to produce job search software that is suitable to the market’s needs using the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) concept. The Design Sprint method has produced a product MVP to solve job searches based on user domicile. Based on the MVP that was produced, the prototype has been validated by the market with a result of 74.77%, indicating that respondents agree that the job search web JobsIDN has been suitable for their needs. The number of respondents is 111.

Abstract

PT XYZ company is a company operating in the development sector which focuses on the world of residential property and shophouses. It currently has approximately 40 employees divided into several divisions. Currently, PT XYZ has difficulties in collecting data, storing and managing employee data which is still inefficient. Based on this, the website-based personnel information system at XYZ Company was created with the aim of assisting several parties in carrying out existing work procedures, such as collecting employee data, recording employee permits and leave and several other procedures. The method used in creating this system is the RUP (Rational Unified Process) method, which is a development method that is carried out repeatedly. The related system design was carried out using the Visual Studio Code, MySQL and Laravel applications as a framework using the PHP programming language. The system created is expected to help companies manage employee data in the company.

Abstract

Amidst the surging global population and industrialization, a pressing demand for electricity emerges, posing environmental challenges. This research endeavors to engineer an energy harvesting device capitalizing on abundant, clean, and renewable ambient energy—specifically, noise energy—for conversion into electrical energy. The proposed Acoustic Metamaterial Coupled Quarter-Wavelength Resonator (AMQR) is a novel energy harvesting mechanism. Utilizing a quarter-wavelength resonator (QR), it concentrates and amplifies incident sound waves onto a piezoelectric plate, optimizing the generation of electrical voltage. Operational parameters are systematically optimized through Design Expert 7.0 software and Central Composite Design of Response Surface Methodology. Results demonstrate that at a 5 cm AMQR distance from the noise source and a 60 mm QR height, the device attains a peak electrical voltage of 120 mV. This underscores the efficiency of the AMQR in harvesting and converting noise/sound energy into electrical energy, offering a promising avenue for sustainable electricity generation from ambient sources.

Abstract

Internet use is also increasingly widespread in various fields, including finance which is increasingly common. Financial literacy is very important for everyone, especially people who carry out investment activities because apart from increasing knowledge about finances or investments, it can also protect us from fraud. The aim of this research is to find out what factors influence generation Z's investment decisions and the importance of financial literacy in doing business. The method used is a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires online to respondents. The data analysis methods used are empirical, descriptive statistical methods, correlation analysis, simple regression, and multiple regression tests. Generation Z as investors have different investment characteristics and behavior. Herding bias, disposition effect, overconfidence, and financial literacy play an important role in shaping investors' investment decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of creating a web-based personnel information system design application at PT Portal Indonesia Group is to assist in managing and monitoring personnel data related to employee data, attendance, promotions, demotions, transfers, layoffs, rewards and punishments which can be used by directors and admins. Apart from admins and directors, this application can be used by employees to assist employees in applying for leave and making attendance independently and can be used by prospective applicants to apply for jobs at the company. In the design and construction of the personnel information system, supporting applications were created, namely Visual Studio Code, MySql, Laravel Framework, and XAMPP. The methodology in the process of developing a personnel information system is the RUP (rational unified process) method. The result of creating a personnel application is that it can help and enable the PT.Portal Indonesia Group admin section to manage personnel data

Abstract

Digital marketing is a marketing activity that utilizes technology and the internet. Digital marketing activities are a common thing carried out by many companies today, and there are various examples of digital marketing such as search engine optimization, affiliate marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing. Digital marketing activities have many benefits for both novice and experienced entrepreneurs. One of the digital marketing methods that is getting a lot of attention in Indonesia is social media marketing. Social media marketing is marketing by optimizing social media as the main media. According to We Are Social [2], social media users in Indonesia have reached 167 million, and the percentage of social media users is 60.4% of all Indonesian society.
