Abstract

This research aims to develop a web-based information system for sales and inventory management that enhances the efficiency of transaction recording and stock management. The scope of the study includes key features such as user login, a dashboard, inventory management, sales transaction recording, and financial report generation. The methodology employed in this research encompasses system requirements analysis, design, implementation, and feature testing. The findings indicate that the developed system significantly improves the accuracy of transaction records, accelerates stock management processes, and simplifies the generation of financial reports compared to previous manual methods. The conclusion drawn from this research highlights that the implementation of this system contributes to increased operational efficiency within the business. However, there remains potential for further development, particularly regarding integration with external systems and enhancing data security.

Abstract

Currently, mobile applications is increasingly trending because they are easier to market so they are known to the public quicker. To create a mobile application that suits the needs, an appropriate development approach is needed. The research was conducted using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method on 23 mobile-based information system development papers. Systematic Literature Review method is carried out in several stages, namely planning, conducting, and reporting. The things studied are the approach used, development methods used, programming languages, databases, and the fields studied by each paper. Each paper must meet the Quality Assessment to answer the Research Question. With this, it will be known what approaches, development methods, programming languages and databases are most widely used by researchers in 2022-2024. From the review results, cross-platform was the most widely used approach during 2022-2024, so this can be used as a reference for other researchers to develop mobile applications.

Abstract

The swift development of technology has positioned User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design as essential components for the success of digital products. This research aims to investigate the methods and tools used in designing and evaluating UI and UX through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) conducted over the 2022–2024 period. Data were gathered via Google Scholar searches using the keyword "UI/UX Design." Results indicate that the Design Thinking approach is the most widely adopted, featured in 13 journals, while Prototyping and User-Centered Design are utilized in 4 journals each. Among design tools, Figma emerges as the most frequently used, mentioned in 20 studies, while Usability Testing is the leading evaluation method. The main areas of focus for UI/UX applications are sales, education, and service. This research underscores the significant influence of design methods and tools on UI/UX quality and user satisfaction.

Abstract

Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) is a strategic solution used by organizations to enhance customer relationships through digital technology. This study aims to answer four key questions in E-CRM development, namely: the levels of CRM applied, the platforms supporting implementation, the main features developed, and the objectives of E-CRM development. The research method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), which includes data collection from leading academic databases, filtering using inclusion and exclusion criteria, and thematic analysis of relevant literature. The results show that E-CRM development involves strategic, operational, and analytical levels. The platforms used include cloud, hybrid, and on-premise solutions, selected based on organizational needs. The identified key features are marketing automation, customer data management, personalized interactions, and artificial intelligence-based analytics. Additionally, the primary goals of E-CRM development include improving customer loyalty, operational efficiency, and more accurate data-driven decision-making. This study provides valuable insights into E-CRM implementation and offers practical guidance for organizations to address the challenges of managing customer relationships in the digital era.

Abstract

The high rate of accidents experienced by car drivers or other vehicle operators is often caused by drowsy eyes. Therefore, this research was conducted to design a UI/UX for a driver eye detection system using the Design Thinking method, which consists of five stages: empathy, definition, ideation, prototype, and testing. These stages ensure that the application can be optimally used by users. This application is also expected to help users reduce the risk of accidents caused by drowsiness on the road.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Artificial Intelligence, information technology capabilities, and employee training on the efficiency of accounting processes in Public Accounting Firms in Malang City. This research uses a quantitative method with a survey approach, targeting a population of accounting staff in several Public Accounting Firms in the area. The results show that Artificial Intelligence and information technology capabilities significantly enhance accounting process efficiency through task automation and better data management. Employee training is essential for making new technologies work best. This study provides practical recommendations for Public Accounting Firms to improve technology adoption and employee training to achieve higher efficiency in accounting processes.

Abstract

PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (PT SMI) issued Indonesia’s first green bond in 2018 to support environmentally friendly infrastructure projects, such as renewable energy and sustainable transportation. However, a lack of transparency and effectiveness in fund management led to high operational costs and financial risks. This study explored the potential of blockchain technology as an innovation in PT SMI’s green bond issuance to address these issues. Using a literature review and exploratory approach, the research found that blockchain can significantly enhance transparency, accountability, and efficiency in fund management. Nevertheless, challenges such as limited technological infrastructure, low market awareness, and unclear regulations hinder its adoption. To enable implementation, responsive regulations and clear guidelines for issuing and managing blockchain-based green bonds are essential. This study aims to contribute to the development of efficient, transparent, and sustainable financial management in Indonesia through the integration of blockchain technology in green bond practices.

Abstract

Recently, the world is facing the climate change. Therefore, government in various countries have been attempting to make a policy to control the climate change, such as the carbon tax policy. In Indonesia, however, tax carbon is still a discourse. Therefore, it is essential to know the successful strategy of implementing carbon tax in countries that have implemented it, such as Singapore, so that it could effectively be implemented. This research aims to analyze the successful strategy taken by the Singapore government to apply the carbon tax policy. This research uses the literature review method, with the help of journals, e-book, as well as online resources on the internet. The result shows that Green House Gases (GHG) in Singapore has dramatically decreased to 80% by 2022. Hopefully, this research could inspire Indonesia’s government to adopt the strategy used by the Singapore’s government in respond to minimize the GHG.
