Abstract

This qualitative study aims to ascertain employees' comprehension of the new organizational culture and the facilitating and obstructive variables in its implementation within a hospital in Indonesia.  The research background indicates that there was a need to shift the foundational principles and assumptions guiding organizational operations from innovation and competition to safety and resilience as a result of the catastrophe that transpired.  This study examines two research questions: (1) To what extent do employees understand the company culture?  (2) What are the facilitating and obstructive variables in the changing of organizational culture?  The research design employs qualitative phenomenology using a case study approach.  The data gathering methods employed in this study included (1) semi-structured interviews, (2) unstructured observations, and (3) documentation.  Data analysis encompasses data reduction, data presentation, and data verification (formulating conclusions).  The study's results reveal that certain staff remain uninformed about the new organizational culture within the institution.  In addition, a contributing aspect to the implementation of organizational culture is the crisis (pandemic) itself.  Elevated anxiety, augmented workload, inadequate communication, and absence of norms hinder the establishment of organizational culture.  This study's findings suggest two recommendations, (1) there is a necessity for enhanced socialization of the new organizational culture, encompassing all work units, (2) the hospital must develop instruments, such standard operating procedures, posters, and organizational culture manuals, to aid in the internalization and execution of the new organizational culture.

Abstract

Ringkasan kebijakan ini menganalisis ketenagakerjaan dari perspektif kelembagaan, dengan fokus pada optimalisasi perencanaan angkatan kerja untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pasar tenaga kerja di Provinsi Kepulauan Riau. Pendekatan kelembagaan digunakan untuk meneliti peran dan interaksi antar lembaga yang terlibat dalam tata kelola ketenagakerjaan. Temuan menunjukkan koordinasi antar lembaga yang lemah, sistem informasi pasar tenaga kerja yang terbatas, dan kurangnya integrasi antara kebutuhan industri dan perencanaan pelatihan. Studi ini merekomendasikan lima arah kebijakan utama. Pertama, memperkuat kebijakan pasar tenaga kerja melalui optimalisasi pelatihan kejuruan di sektor prioritas. Kedua, meningkatkan koordinasi dan kolaborasi antar lembaga dengan membentuk Forum Koordinasi Ketenagakerjaan Provinsi dan gugus tugas lintas sektor di dalam Dinas Ketenagakerjaan. Ketiga, mengembangkan infrastruktur informasi pasar tenaga kerja (LMI) melalui pembentukan Sistem Informasi Pasar Tenaga Kerja yang komprehensif. Keempat, meningkatkan sistem insentif dan budaya kelembagaan melalui pendekatan berbasis hasil dan inovasi kelembagaan kolaboratif. Kelima, menerapkan reformasi kelembagaan dan tata kelola. Ringkasan kebijakan ini juga memberikan kontribusi konseptual dan praktis untuk memperkuat peran kelembagaan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi pasar tenaga kerja regional dan berfungsi sebagai referensi strategis bagi Pemerintah Provinsi Kepulauan Riau dalam mengembangkan tata kelola ketenagakerjaan yang adaptif dan kompetitif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Live Streaming dan Online Customer Review terhadap Keputusan Pembelian produk skincare Glad2Glow di TiktokShop dengan Brand Trust sebagai mediator. Pendekatan secara kuantitatif digunakan dengan teknik Purposive Sampling terhadap responden yang pernah melakukan pembelian pada produk Glad2Glow melalui TiktokShop. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Live Streaming dan Online Customer Review berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Brand Trust. Brand Trust terbukti menjadi variabel yang memediasi pengaruh Live Streaming dan Online Customer Review terhadap keputusan pembelian. Pada lain halnya, Live Streaming tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada kelompok demografis responden yang didominasi oleh pekerja usia matang (PNS) dengan rentang usia 30-35 tahun, yang cenderung memiliki minat konsumsi lebih rasional. Temuan ini mengimplikasikan bahwa bagi Brand pendatang baru, strategi Live Streaming harus lebih diintegrasikan dengan upaya membangun kepercayaan merek agar lebih efektif mengonversi ketertarikan secara visual menjadi tindakan pembelian.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of e-government through the Integrated ASN Management System (SIMASTEN) at the Banten Province Tourism Office in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of Civil Servant (ASN) management. In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, digital transformation in government administration has become a necessity. SIMASTEN is present as a digital solution that integrates various personnel services into a single integrated platform, replacing the manual system which is considered slow, inefficient, and prone to errors. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies. Informants were selected through purposive sampling, involving 10 informants from leadership, technical staff, and system users. Data analysis used the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. The research results show that the implementation of SIMASTEN successfully improved efficiency in the dimensions of time, procedures, and personnel administration costs. From the aspect of effectiveness, SIMASTEN is able to support the achievement of organizational goals, improve data integration between work units, although the adaptation process of ASN to the system still requires assistance, especially for senior employees. This study concludes that SIMASTEN provides a significantly positive contribution to the digital bureaucratic reform in the Banten Provincial Government.

Abstract

Islamic beliefs and values shape Muslim consumer behavior. Islamic beliefs and values control a person's behavior. This paper identifies the concept by tracing Al-Ghazali's thoughts regarding the rationality of Muslim consumers from a set of Islamic principles: prioritizing needs, maintaining sharia goals, complying with halal and haram rules, prioritizing sustainable consumption, prioritizing the benefit of individuals and society, and not consuming excessively. A text analysis approach is used to map studies on Muslim consumer behavior. Apart from that, a historical-critical and inductive approach was used to identify the concepts and opinions of ulama regarding Islamic rationality and Al-Ghazali's thoughts. The findings provide important benefits in developing the theory of Islamic rationality, which can then be used as an alternative in explaining Muslim consumer behavior and can also be a reference for stakeholders in the industry to mainstream the calcification of products offered in the Muslim market. Islamic rationality is different from the economic rationality put forward by neoclassical economics. Like the model proposed by Al-Ghazali, Islamic rationality places the human heart as an instrument for forming patterns of economic behavior.
