Abstract

This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving employees of PT Sepulsa Technology Indonesia. At this start, 60 respondents were taken as samples. The study uses SmartPLS 4.0 statistics to test the hypothesis. The results of the analysis showed that the workload variable has a negative and non-significant influence on the turnover intention, the work stress has a positive and significant influence upon the turnover intentions, the working environment has a negative and insignificant effect on turnover intention, the load of work, work stres, and the work environment have a significant simultaneous influence over the turnover intention. This research has the accuracy of research objects that are carried out only by employees of PT. Sepulsa Technology Indonesia. The innovation in this research combines variables of workload, work stress, and work environment against the turnover intention of employees of PT. Sepulsa Technology Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence work motivation and work discipline have on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the West Sumatra Population and Civil Registration Service. Documentation methods and types of primary data.. Research results obtained based on partial tests (T tests) obtained: There is a significant positive influence between work motivation and job satisfaction at the West Sumatra Population and Civil Registration Service. With an influence of 0.007. There is an insignificant positive influence between Work Discipline on Job Satisfaction at the West Sumatra Population and Civil Registration Service. With an influence of 0.612. There is an insignificant positive influence between work motivation on employee performance at the West Sumatra Population and Civil Registration Service. With an influence of 0.188. There is an insignificant negative influence between Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the West Sumatra Population and Civil Registration Service. With an influence of 0.101. There is a significant positive influence between Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at the West Sumatra Population and Civil Registration Service. There is an insignificant positive influence on Job Satisfaction mediating Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the West Sumatra Population and Civil Registration Service. Abstract

This research aims to analyze work stress, job training, and work culture which influence the performance of J&T Express East Java, North Surabaya employees. This type of research is research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of J&T Express East Java, North Surabaya. Determining the sample in the study used probability sampling using the Slovin formula so that the number of samples in this study was 80 employees. The data analysis method in this research uses SPSS analysis tools through validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, namely normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test and correlation and determination coefficients. The results of this research are known to be (1) The research results obtained tcount of 2.928 with a significance value of 0.005 <0.05, so Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted so that work stress (X1) influences employee performance (Y) 2. The research results obtained tcount of 4.676 with a value significance is 0.000 < 0.05, then Ho is rejected and H2 is accepted so that the job training variable (X2) has an effect on employee performance (Y). 3. The research results obtained a tcount of 0.533 with a significance value of 0.596 > 0.05, so Ho was accepted and H3 was rejected. So the work culture variable (X3) has no effect on employee performance (Y) 4. From the results of these calculations, Fcount is 29.174, which means Fcount is 29.174 > Ftable 2.730, so Ho is rejected and H4 is accepted. So the independent variables: Job Stress, Job Training and Work Culture simultaneously/together influence employee performance at J&T Express, East Java, North Surabaya Region.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the decreasing production of gold mines every year, which will also affect the company's profitability. As for the methods used to measure the level of profitability of a company, one of them is by using return on assets. The level of profitability is also influenced by several other factors, including the current ratio and debt to equity ratio. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of the Current Ratio and Debt To Equity Ratio on Return On Assets, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods. Researchers collected, classified and analyzed sample data using purposive sampling techniques. With 6 company samples consisting of 30 data selected and analyzed using the IBM SPSS version 27 program. The results of research and partial hypothesis testing. Current Ratio has no significant effect on Return On Assets with a value of tcount 1.228 < ttable 2.052. Debt To Equity Ratio has a significant effect on Return On Assets with a value of tcount 2.725 > ttable 2.052. The results of research and hypothesis testing with a value of Fcount 4.020 > Ftable 3.369 from the Current Ratio and Debt To Equity Ratio simultaneously have a significant effect on the Return On Assets of gold mining industry subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to measure the effect of fingerprint attendance and work motivation on employee work discipline at Man 3 Bener Meriah. The number of respondents in the study was 45 people using saturated sampling techniques. The data collected through the questionnaire were expressed in the form of a Likert scale, then tabulated and processed using multiple linear regression techniques using the SPSS version 27 application. The results of the multiple linear regression equation Y = 2.507 + 0.583 + 0.422, indicate that there is a partial effect of fingerprint attendance on employee work discipline with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 with a t-count value of 4.316, there is also a partial effect of work motivation on employee work discipline with a significance level of 0.002 <0.05 with a t-count value of 3.252. The results of the study also showed an influence between fingerprint attendance and work motivation simultaneously on the work discipline of Man 3 Bener Meriah employees with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 with a calculated f value of 14,634. The R square Determinant Coefficient shows a figure of 0.411, this means that the work discipline variable is influenced by the fingerprint attendance variable and work motivation by 41.1% and 58.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of attention, interest, desire, and action on purchasing decisions for Honda brand motorcycles. The population in this study was 320 people and the sample in this study was 76 people calculated using the Slovin formula as consumers of PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara Takengon. The data analysis method was in the form of validation tests and reliability tests and using classical assumption tests, then re-analyzed using multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and determination coefficient tests. The results showed that the variables attention, interest, desire and action, the four variables partially had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. All independent variables had a simultaneous and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Honda brand motorcycles at PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara Takengon, Central Aceh Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the quality of claims services on the purchase of PT loss insurance policies. Sompo Insurance Indonesia. This research approach is quantitative research. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire method. This research uses the Slovin technique so that the sample required in this research is 78 respondents from the customer population of PT Sompo Insurance Indonesia which is 350 using, then analysis is carried out with the data using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests and simple linear regression analysis. The results of the coefficient of determination test show the value of R Square = 0.605, so it can be concluded that the Claim Service Quality variable (X) influences the Policy Purchase Decision variable (Y) by 60.5% while the remainder is (100 – 60.5%) = 39.5 % influenced by other factors not included in this study. The results of the t test obtained a t-count value > t-table or (10.796 > 1.99167) with a Sig value. < 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). Thus, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, this shows that the Claim Service Quality variable has a significant influence on the decision to purchase a loss insurance policy at PT Sompo Insurance Indonesia.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the dominant indicators of the variables Employee Job Satisfaction, Organizational Justice and Organizational Commitment in the Population and Civil Registration Service of Padang City and to determine the partial influence of Organizational Justice and Organizational Commitment on employee job satisfaction in the Population and Civil Registration Service Padang city. This type of research is quantitative, the sampling technique used is a total sampling technique which is taken based on the entire population, because the population is less than 100 people. The research sample consisted of 46 people. The types of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The technique for analyzing the data uses validity and reliability tests using the SPSS version 21.00 program. The hypothesis was tested using the T test. The results of this research show (1) Organizational Justice has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Padang City Population and Civil Registration Service (2) Organizational Commitment has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Padang City Population and Civil Registration Service. This research aims to determine the dominant indicators of employee job satisfaction variables.
