Abstract

This training aims to improve fluency in reading the Al-Qur'an accompanied by students and lecturers through one of the Teaching Assistance KKN programs, namely training fluency in reading the Al-Qur'an at MA Darul Ulum Palangka Raya. The service process uses the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. Before the training was carried out, fluency in reading the Qur'an was still not fluent, this was seen based on the results of observations, namely when poets such as Habsyi appeared confident in singing poetry but when reading the Qur'an for the reading of the divine kalam the students did not have the courage so they gave it a try. go back to the teacher there who is more experienced. The results of training on students' fluency in reading the Al-Qur'an through joint Koran activities, which was carried out for 3 months using the ABCD approach, can be concluded that students' fluency in reading the Al-Qur'an increased with the training, which helped students overcome problems that makes you feel less confident, such as feeling that your recitation of Tajwid is not good enough or that you are less confident in your Koran songs, so this is where fluency training comes into play. Abstract

Increasing human resource capacity in business negotiations is one of the strategic efforts to empower the Papuan people. This article is the result of implementing business negotiation training designed by the South Papua Provincial Government, Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperatives, Industry and Trade Service for involving academics from Musamus University the indigenous Papuan community in South Papua Province. The aim of the activity is to improve business negotiation skills to support the sustainability of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) managed by local communities. Training methods include participatory approaches, simulations, and case studies on business negotiations. The results of the training showed an increase in participants' understanding of effective negotiation techniques, business planning, and strategies for dealing with market dynamics.

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic nutrition issue characterized by height below the standard for a child’s age. According to the 2018 Basic Health Research (Riskesdas), the prevalence of stunting in Indonesia reached 30.8%, significantly higher than the government’s target of below 20% by 2024. One of the primary causes of stunting is inadequate nutrition, particularly during the first 1,000 days of life, which can impede growth and development, resulting in long-term health and cognitive issues. To address this, comprehensive prevention efforts are essential, including community education on nutritious eating. This Community Service initiative targets community leaders and the public, especially mothers and expectant mothers in the Nagari Sago Salido area. The methods employed include distributing questionnaires, presenting educational materials, facilitating discussions, conducting anthropometric screenings for toddlers, and providing nutritious food for participants. The aim is to enhance community understanding of the importance of nutritious diets and their impact on child growth, while encouraging healthier eating habits within families. This initiative seeks to foster sustainable changes in dietary practices and contribute to the reduction of stunting rates in the region.

Abstract

Celuk Village in Gianyar is known as the centre of silver craft with high artistic value, yet local artisans face significant challenges in maintaining sales amidst changing consumption patterns and global competition. This research aims to identify the key constraints faced by Celuk Village's silversmiths, such as limited access to digital marketing technology, lack of product innovation, and lack of understanding of modern business strategies. In addition, local constraints such as reliance on traditional marketing methods and limited training narrow the opportunities for artisans to compete in the global market.The results of the study suggest that the utilisation of digital technology, product design innovation, and improved business management skills can be strategic solutions to expand market reach and improve the competitiveness of Celuk Village's silver crafts. Support in the form of training and facilitating access to e-commerce platforms is also needed to introduce their products to modern consumers without abandoning cultural identity. The findings are expected to contribute to a sustainable silversmith empowerment programme, while supporting the preservation of local cultural heritage in the digital era.

Abstract

The high rate of stunting is a problem that the government in Indonesia must face. This is due to a spike in stunting cases, the stunting rate in Jember Regency has increased drastically. In Sukosari village itself, the stunting rate according to Ponkesdes data is 29 children. One way to prevent stunting is by using local food, for example spinach which is rich in vitamin A, vitamin C, iron and fiber. The food used is spinach. The implementation phase of this program is in the form of socialization regarding food independence and spinach cultivation with additional cooking demonstrations of innovative spinach nugget products and spinach rolled omelette.

Abstract

Tujuan dari Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat tidak hanya melaksanakan salah satu Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi melainkan lebih dari itu, yakni dapat memberikan kontribusi yang nyata khususnya bagi masyarakat di lingkungan Universitas Pamulang. Seiring meningkatnya laju pertumbuhan UMKM, para pelaku UMKM di sekitar lingkungan Universitas Pamulang, semakin sadar pentingnya menyiapkan laporan keuangan sederhana. Laporan keuangan sederhana ini dianggap sebagai informasi keuangan dalam menjaga transparansi setiap laju proses bisnis agar sesuai dengan standar yang tepat dan pelaku UMKM mengetahui besarnya keuntungan dari bisnis yang dijalani. Bagi para pelaku UMKM, pembuatan laporan keuangan sederhana dianggap hal yang rumit. Selain itu, pengetahuan pelaku UMKM juga sangat terbatas, minimnya ilmu akuntansi yang dipahami, minimnya pengetahuan teknologi, minimnya dana dan perangkat yang dimiliki membuat pelaku UMKM Catering Dapur Fauziah kesulitan menyiapkan informasi keuangan yang memadai. Oleh karena itu kegiatan PKM dosen Universitas Pamulang ini dilakukan untuk memberikan pelatihan bagi UMKM Catering Dapur Fauziah di Jl.Surya Kencana, Gg. H. Hamzah No. 33, Pamulang. Pelatihan pembuatan laporan keuangan ini dirancang untuk mengembangkan sumber daya manusia melalui tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap evaluasi dan nantinya pelaku UMKM akan memanfaatkan sistem akuntansi yang dapat digunakan seterusnya selama bisnisnya berjalan. Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the financial management ability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) chips in Tunggulsari Village, Brangsong District, Kendal, Central Java. Given the limited access to technology, the mentoring approach is carried out flexibly, combining manual and digital methods. Training focuses on using notebooks, simple tables, and calculators. For MSMEs that have access to smartphones, training is given on using simple financial recording applications. The activity results showed a significant improvement in the ability of MSMEs to record transactions and understand simple financial statements. Despite the obstacles to access to technology, this activity has succeeded in increasing financial capacity with an adaptive approach. Thus, it is hoped that MSMEs in Tunggulsari Village can make better business decisions and improve the competitiveness of MSME chips.

Abstract

Program "Giat Menabung, Celengan Ceria" merupakan inisiatif pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di TK Pertiwi 1 Koripan untuk menumbuhkan budaya menabung sejak usia dini. Program ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya literasi keuangan di Indonesia dan belum adanya program khusus tentang edukasi keuangan di TK Pertiwi 1 Koripan. Metode pelaksanaan program meliputi tiga tahap utama: perencanaan, persiapan, dan pelaksanaan. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui pendekatan edukatif dan kreatif, melibatkan pemutaran video edukasi, bernyanyi bersama, dan praktik menghias celengan. Hasil program menunjukkan tingkat partisipasi mencapai 100% dari 20 peserta didik, dengan 90% peserta aktif dalam sesi tanya jawab dan 95% berhasil menyelesaikan praktik menghias celengan secara mandiri. Program ini berhasil memperkenalkan konsep menabung kepada anak-anak melalui metode yang menyenangkan dan sesuai dengan tahap perkembangan mereka. Kata Kunci: menabung, anak usia dini, celengan

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Dengan Menggunakan Alat peraga Pada Siswa. Secara garis besar kegitan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bermaksud untuk memberikan wawasan dan pemahaman serta dapat menumbuhkan motivasi belajar peserta didik khusunya dalam pembelajaran matematika. Metode yang digunakan adalah tahapan persiapan dan tahapan pelaksanaan. Hasil kegiatan PKM ini khususnya peserta didik kelas IV SD GMIT Bakitba dapat menumbukan motivasi belajar peserta didik khususnya dalam pembelajaran matematika. Penggunaan alat peraga dalam pembelajaran matematika merupakan salah satu cara dalam menumbuhkan semangat belajar peserta didik. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) dengan tema “Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Dengan Menggunakan Alat peraga Pada Siswa Kelas IV SD GMIT Bakitba”” dapat dikatakan sukses terlaksana sesuai rencana. Abstract

This Community Service Program (PkM) aims to implement financial reports, especially for non-profit organizations through groups of social organizations that are members of the Indonesian Radio Antar Masyarakat (RAPI) organization in the Semarang City Region. The implementation of community service first identifies and assesses internal organizational factors that influence how the organization prepares its financial reports. This community service is carried out using the socialization and training methods, making financial reports, especially for non-profit organizations in accordance with ISAK 35. The Indonesian Radio Antar Masyarakat (RAPI) Organization in the Semarang City Region has an organization at the local level or sub-district level or a combination of several sub-districts, with a total of 17 administrators from five local and regional administrators present. In addition to providing an understanding and explanation of financial reports in general and in particular financial reports for non-profit organizations, there are differences, so that in preparing financial reports must be in accordance with applicable regulations. Because financial reports for profit-oriented organizations with non-profit-oriented organizations are different. It is hoped that with the existence of financial reports in accordance with ISAK 35, organizations that manage finances from member sources or the government through grants are expected to be an effort to increase transparency and accountability of the organization.
