This study aims to analyze the effect of human resource quality and ship maintenance management on the ship safety management system with the performance of shipyard staff as a mediating variable at PT. Dok Pantai Lamongan. Human resource quality and maintenance management are strategic factors in minimizing accident risks and ensuring operational safety in shipping. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach with inferential analysis through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) methods. Data were collected from 218 respondents who are shipyard staff directly involved in maintenance and operational activities. The results indicate a significant positive direct effect between human resource quality and ship maintenance management on shipyard staff performance and the ship safety management system. Furthermore, there is a significant positive direct effect between shipyard staff performance and the ship safety management system, as well as a significant positive indirect effect between human resource quality and ship maintenance management on the ship safety management system, mediated by the shipyard staff performance. These findings emphasize that improving human resource quality through training, work discipline, and strengthening a structured maintenance management system will optimize the performance of shipyard staff and ultimately strengthen the ship safety system. This study implies that PT. Dok Pantai Lamongan needs to emphasize human resource competency improvement programs and digitally integrated maintenance management to ensure the sustainability of ship operational safety

Inclusive education is key to ensuring equal access to learning for Children with Special Needs (CSN), particularly those who are tunawicara (speech-impaired) and face verbal communication barriers. This study examines the roles of parents and peers in enhancing learning motivation among tunawicara students in inclusive age elementary schools, emphasizing the critical influence of socio-emotional factors on learning success. Employing an analytical library research method based on Miles and Huberman’s framework, data were drawn from journals, legal documents, and credible literature. Findings reveal that parents play a strategic role through emotional support, home-based speech training, and school collaboration, while peers function as peer tutors and social mediators who boost self-confidence and verbal interaction. Together, they synergistically foster an inclusive and motivating learning environment. The study affirms that inclusive education requires more than infrastructure—it demands active participation from families and peer groups

In the digital era, Webtoons have gained remarkable popularity, especially among young people accustomed to online media. This growth supports their global expansion as digital consumption rises. People increasingly prefer online entertainment, making Webtoons widely accessible. This paper is a quantitative research and is intended to examine keyword networks to analyze Webtoon-related studies. Results show “Webtoon” as the most frequent keyword, linked to themes such as Korean wave, brands, transmedia storytelling, and comics globalization. These connections highlight Webtoons’ transformation from digital comics into a global creative industry, influencing marketing, animation, and digital regulation. Although less frequent, transmedia storytelling remains significant, positioning Webtoons within a cross-media ecosystem adapted into films and dramas. Ultimately, Webtoons emerge as both cultural phenomena and creative industry drivers.

In the Indonesian legal system, justice collaborators, or cooperating witnesses, play a crucial role in combating organized crime, particularly corruption, which is categorized as an extraordinary crime and a white-collar crime. Therefore, strategies for law enforcement against corruption require special approaches, one of which is collaborating with justice collaborators or offenders who cooperate with law enforcement authorities. A justice collaborator is defined as a perpetrator of a criminal act who is not the main offender. Their strategic role includes providing significant information regarding the chronology and modus operandi of the crime, revealing other parties with greater involvement, and assisting in the recovery of state assets. This study aims to analyze the strategic role of justice collaborators in uncovering corruption cases and their contribution to law enforcement. The research method employed is normative juridical, using a statutory approach relevant to the legal issues examined. The findings show that the role of justice collaborators can expose corruption networks that are otherwise difficult to prove, as the perpetrators are individuals holding positions of power and authority. Substantial cooperation with justice collaborators is therefore intended to ensure quality law enforcement, carried out by prioritizing the principles of swift and simple justice.

The Constitutional Court Decision No. 18/PUU-XVII/2019 was issued in response to a judicial review request concerning Article 15 Paragraphs (2) and (3) of Law No. 42 of 1999 on Fiduciary Security. This decision introduced new legal changes regarding the regulation and implementation of fiduciary collateral execution procedures, both before and after the ruling, as well as legal protection mechanisms for creditors when debtors commit default (fail to fulfill their obligations). This legal research employs a normative juridical approach. Based on the findings, the conclusion is as follows: The Padang District Court’s decision demonstrates inconsistency in the judges’ assessment of the legal aspects of fiduciary execution, particularly concerning the default clause and the enforcement of the Power of Attorney for Withdrawal. Although the debtor was proven negligent, the judge did not classify it as a default under Article 1243 of the Indonesian Civil Code. The judge also awarded damages without sufficient evidence and ordered the return of a down payment that was not the responsibility of the litigating party. This reflects weak application of the principles of legal certainty and justice in fiduciary security, which should be based on Law No. 42 of 1999 and Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) No. 35/2018. Furthermore, the change in execution mechanisms following Constitutional Court Decision No. 18/PUU-XVII/2019 has created legal uncertainty, as execution can now only be carried out with the debtor’s consent or through a court process. While this condition protects debtors, it is prone to misuse, potentially disrupting legal certainty and financial stability. Therefore, a balance of legal protection between creditors and debtors is essential to ensure justice and maintain the stability of the financial system.

This study explores the use of drone technology to assess landslides within PT. KLM’s nickel mining area. Key challenges in collecting geotechnical data include difficult terrain, landslide risks, and limitations of conventional survey methods. The research applies the Six Sigma DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) approach to identify issues, collect and analyze drone data, and develop solutions to reduce landslide risks. Drone flights were conducted at altitudes of 100 m, 150 m, and 200 m, producing maps that evaluate each flight's image resolution, collision risk, photo coverage, flight area, and suitability. Based on these results, the 150 m altitude was selected as optimal. Using Real Time Kinematic (RTK) processing, the drone data showed an average accuracy variance of about 0.317 meters. Findings indicate that drone data effectively produces high-resolution orthophotos, contour maps, and 3D models to monitor terrain changes before and after landslides. Overall, drone technology improves efficiency, enhances safety, and increases data quality for better landslide risk management in nickel mining.

Sistem deteksi Suspected Hostile untuk Tracking Target Sentry Gun di garis pantai pulau terluar menggunakan metode Background Subtraction merupakan sistem pengolahan citra digital yang dirancang untuk mendeteksi dan melacak objek bergerak sebagai bagian dari upaya pertahanan wilayah Indonesia. Mengingat Indonesia berbatasan dengan sepuluh negara dan memiliki wilayah laut yang luas serta keterbatasan personel penjaga perbatasan, sistem ini diharapkan menjadi solusi efektif dalam pengawasan wilayah pesisir. Sistem dipasang di sekitar garis pantai untuk memantau aktivitas secara terus-menerus. Saat mendeteksi objek bergerak, sistem akan membunyikan alarm ke ruang operator. Operator kemudian mengidentifikasi objek tersebut, dan jika terdeteksi sebagai Suspected Hostile, dapat menggerakkan Sentry Gun secara manual atau otomatis, sementara tindakan penembakan tetap dilakukan manual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode ini cepat dan akurat dalam memproses input kamera. Sistem mampu bekerja optimal pada jarak 5–25 meter dengan intensitas cahaya 10.240 Lux dan tetap mendeteksi lebih dari satu objek meski terjadi perpindahan kursor saat objek baru muncul. Sistem juga berfungsi pada intensitas cahaya 10.240 hingga 20 Lux dengan kecepatan objek 4,9 kph, namun gagal mendeteksi jika intensitas di bawah 20 Lux. Penelitian mencatat delay gambar 0,2–1,6 detik.

KRI merupakan salah satu komponen dari Alutsista TNI AL. Galangan Kapal dalam negeri telah mampu membuat sebuah kapal perang jenis Angkut Tank yaitu KRI Teluk Bintuni-520. Dalam melaksanakan tugas pokoknya KRI ini membutuhkan senjata Penangkis Serangan Udara (PSU) sebagai self defence. Namun, senjata PSU milik KRI di jajaran TNI AL saat ini sebagian besar sudah tua salah satunya adalah Meriam di KRI Teluk Bintuni, sehingga tidak dapat menjamin keberhasilan tugas pokok. Oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu langkah strategis dalam upaya mencapai kesiapan tempur kapal secara optimal. Langkah-langkah yang dapat dilakukan antara lain modernisasi sistem senjata yang mengacu pada Minimum Essential Force/MEF TNI AL. Senjata PSU yang menjadi alternatif harus sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi pesawat tempur dan rudal. Dalam proses pengambilan keputusan pengadaan Senjata digunakan metode DEMATEL (Decision MakingTrial and Evaluation Laboratory) dan ANP (Analytic Network Process) yang mempunyai kemampuan mengakomodasi keterkaitan antar kriteria atau alternatif. Berdasarkan pengolahan data, telah terpilih senjata PSU yaitu NG-18 6-Barreled 30 mm Naval Gun buatan Cina. Senjata ini mempunyai beberapa keunggulan jika dibandingkan terhadap alternatif senjata lainnya, antara lain hubungan diplomatis dengan negara produsen sangat baik, harga yang kompetitif, kemudahan service dan operasional serta Rate of Fire yang sangat tinggi.

Students with intellectual disabilities often face challenges in mastering life skills, including the ability to perform basic financial transactions such as checking balances and withdrawing cash. These life skills are crucial for supporting their independence and active participation in daily life. This study aimed to develop an instructional video on Automated Teller Machine (ATM) transactions tailored to the needs of students with intellectual disabilities. The research employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, encompassing five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Validation was conducted by subject matter and media experts, followed by practicality tests by teachers and effectiveness tests through pretests and posttests with students. The results demonstrated that the developed video met validity criteria, requiring minor revisions in content but no revisions in media design. Practicality tests indicated that the video was highly user-friendly, engaging, and motivating for students. Effectiveness tests using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test showed significant improvement in understanding, with a p-value of 0.005. In conclusion, the video was proven valid, practical, and effective in enhancing the life skills of students with intellectual disabilities, particularly in basic financial skills. This video is expected to serve as an innovative solution to help these students achieve greater independence in their daily lives.

Desain grafis mulai dikenal dan dimanfaatkan oleh manusia sejak abad ke-19 sebagai sarana komunikasi visual. Dalam perkembangannya hingga era modern saat ini, desain grafis digunakan untuk menyampaikan pesan melalui elemen visual seperti gambar, teks, dan garis. Media ini memungkinkan komunikasi baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung antar individu. Desain sendiri merupakan representasi visual yang melibatkan konsep geometri kompleks. Meski tampak sederhana dan kurang estetis, proses penciptaan desain membutuhkan analisis mendalam untuk menghasilkan ide baru. Desain grafis mencerminkan cara berpikir manusia dalam menyederhanakan informasi agar mudah dipahami. Pelatihan desain grafis ini dilaksanakan di Gedung D Asrama Putra, dengan peserta dari Santri Putra dan Putri Multimedia, masing-masing berjumlah 4 orang. Kegiatan berlangsung selama 2 hari, dari pukul 08.00 hingga 16.00. Metode pelatihan mencakup penyampaian materi dan praktik langsung menggunakan perangkat seperti laptop. Hasilnya, peserta mampu memahami prinsip keseimbangan, mengatur kontras, memberi warna dan pola pada objek, serta mendesain logo yang menarik. Kegiatan ini juga mendorong kreativitas individu maupun kelompok sebagai bekal awal untuk memasuki dunia kerja.
